Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan bekal bagi remaja karang taruna di Desa Dayeuh agar memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan dan sikap dalam memasuki dunia wirausaha yang mandiri sebagai salah satu upaya dalam rangka menumbuhkan kecakapan hidup bagi anak-anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan dengan memberikan pendidikan non formal dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan tidak berupa pemberian materi tetapi melalui praktek langsung kepada anak-anak panti asuhan yang notabene adalah siswa siswi sekolah menengah pertama sampai dengan sekolah menengah tingkat atas. Praktek yang dilakukan berupa pembuatan makanan berbahan dasar pisang dengan kreasi dan inovasi yang berbeda. Target luaran dari program pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kepedulian dosen kepada masyarakat, selain itu dapat menjadi motivasi dan inspirasi bagi anak-anak panti asuhan saat nanti memulai berwirausaha. Dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang mumpuni, diharapkan akan mampu menumbuhkan sikap kemandirian yang matang, agar biaya hidup dan biaya pendidikan dapat berjalan lancar serta dapat membantu meringankan beban panti, maka mereka perlu diberdayakan untuk perbaikan kualitas hidupnya.

Abstract

Islamic leadership is an important skill in a leader and depends on him various factors, both internal and external factors based on Islamic values. Currently, the problem of Islamic leadership is an urgent problem, so the phenomenon of a crisis of Islamic leadership arises due to a crisis of trust. One solution that can be put forward is to create individuals who are capable of becoming leaders. This training is a series of activities designed to improve skills, knowledge, experience, or change the attitude of student organization members at SMK Bina Mandiri Multimedia Cileungsi. The method used in carrying out this activity is to conduct training for student organizations in growing the spirit of Islamic leadership in an organization. The purpose of this community service activity is to train students in Islamic leadership management in an organization. The result of this community service activity is that the Intra-School Student Organization or OSIS at SMK Bina Mandiri Multimedia Cileungsi can acquire and learn attitudes, abilities, skills, behavioral knowledge related to Islamic leadership in an organization.

Abstract

This study used a questionnaire as the research instrument and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique with 32 respondents. Data was collected using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing. From the results of the study, it is known that the Work Environment and Work Motivation contribute 44.3% to the increase in Employee Performance while the remaining 55.7% is contributed by variables other than Work Environment and Work Motivation. The test results show that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously work environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
