Abstract

The Community Service Team (PKM) will carry out PKM activities at SMA Negeri 1 Metro (SMAN 1 Metro), and focus on class XII students, totaling 388 students. This PKM activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Metro because there was no interest from SMAN 1 Metro students for entrepreneurship and still did not understand how to start a business. Based on interviews conducted with several students, it was found that: 1) Students do not have an interest in entrepreneurship, 2) there are students who have an interest in starting entrepreneurship, but still do not have sufficient knowledge, 3) students' lack of knowledge about digital marketing. Therefore, the service team saw that this was one of the challenges for the service team to help SMAN 1 Metro to share knowledge about starting a business and digital marketing. The method used in this PKM activity is the method of socialization / counseling, discussion, simulation, and application. The results of the PKM activities that have been carried out are the presentation of material on E-Business Concept, Social Media Marketing, Management Branding Social Media, Personal Branding, business assistance and proposals for the FIKSI national competition. This PKM activity has a positive impact on students of SMAN 1 Metro, they become inspired to become young entrepreneurs, and have basic knowledge to run a business. The knowledge possessed by students and students will encourage them to ask for entrepreneurship. The material presented made the students know how simple it is to start a business, build a brand by using social media, and build personality as a businessman.

Abstract

Lecturers are human resources (HR) who have an important role for the development of a tertiary institution. In creating these human resources, education and training are the most dominant factors in improving the performance of the lecturers concerned. This study discusses the impact between education variables and training variables. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire distribution technique (to the Permanent Lecturer of IBI Darmajaya) which was tested through an instrument test and then assisted in processing it using the Statistical  Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Application Program. The results of the study indicate that the education and training variables are strategic variables to support the lecturers' performance. This education and training variable is strategic because it has a significant positive impact on performance. The reference of this research is to improve the quality of lecturer performance, the organization must first improve the education model and lecturer training model.Keywords — Education, Training, Strategic and Performance

Abstract

One of the goals of IIB Darmajaya is to become an Entrepreneurial University, which is included in one of the indicators of a world-class university. This research aims to determine the forming factors that can increase students' desire to become entrepreneurs. This study is important because the output of this research is to know the driving factors that exist in students becoming entrepreneurs. The population of this research is students who have taken technopreneur courses totaling 1104 students. The sample used was 92 students. The data analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that Self-Efficacy, Subjective Norms, Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, and Propensity To Act affected Entrepreneurial Intention. This means that to increase Entrepreneurial Intention, students need to pay attention to the constituent variables, namely Self-Efficacy, Subjective Norms, Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, and Propensity To Act

Abstract

This research will explain about a rovlution of human resources in the industrial era 4.0. Human resources needed by the industry today who have competence in digital technology. People must have expertise and experience especially technology development to follow era industril revolution 4.0. For this reason, an increase in skills (up-skilling) or expertise (reskilling) for human resources is based on the needs of the industrial world. This study uses a qualitative participatory research method, which emphasizes research results in the researcher is directly involved as a research instrument. Data obtained through literature studies and interviews. Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan permintaan dari pihak sekolah SMA IT Qordhova pada masa pandemi covid 19, yang bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan siswa/siswi tentang manfaat TI dalam dunia enterpreneurship, dan cara berjualan secara online. Kegiatan ini memberikan materi agar siswa dapat memanfaatkan peluang dari dampak covid-19 bahwa manusia banyak beraktivitas dengan TI, oleh karena itu siswa/siswi membutuhkan pengetahuan bahwa Teknologi Informasi adalah sarana yang dapat mengupgrade kemampuan individu, terutama untuk menjalankan bisnis pada dunia enterpreneurship. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga fase yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Fase pertama yakni persiapan dimulai dengan melakukan kunjungan ke sekolah untuk melakukan koordinasi dan mempersiapkan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Fase pelaksanaan kegiatan menerapkan metode ceramah dengan teknik presentasi, praktik langsung, dan dengan tanya jawab, serta permainan game education. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMA IT An Qordhova selama 3 hari pada tanggal 3-5 Agustus 2020 yang dihadiri sekitar 15 siswa/siswi dan 5 orang guru. Fase pelaporan dikerjakan setelah terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian. Kegiatan ini berdampak bahwa siswa/siswi telah memiliki akun dan dapat mulai berjualan di medsos.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap produktivitas dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan sebagai variabel exogenus, Produktivitas sebagai variabel endogenus, dan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis IIB Darmajaya berjumlah 62 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada sampel sebagai responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis struktural menggunakan pendekatan partial least square dimana pengolahannya menggunakan software PLS. Analisis di awali dengan pengujian outer yaitu uji instrumen variabel dan deskripsi variabel dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian kelayakan model dan diakhiri dengan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas, Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi.
