Abstract

The progress of an organization is inseparable from the role of humans as activators of the organization. Human resources are crucial aspects to support the performance of a company in order to be able to survive in the current tight business competition. Therefore, a company must be able to manage its human resources well in order to improve performance in the company. Many factors that affect performance include work stress and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance at the Conrad Hotel. The study was conducted with a total sample of 81 people. The sampling technique uses the Proportioned Stratified Random Sampling method. This research uses quantitative methods that use data from the results of questionnaire data processing. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work stress (X1) has a negative effect on performance with the regression coefficient value is -0.100 is negative and the significance value is 0.015. Work motivation (X2) has a positive effect on performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.447 and a significance value of 0.000. F test results show the value of F is 86.255 and the significance value is 0.000 this means that work stress and work motivation simultaneously affect performance with a percentage of 68.1% performance influenced by work stress and work motivation and 31.9% influenced by factors outside research

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect level of education on employee performance at the Alila Seminyak Hotel, (2) the effect of work experience on employee performance at the Alila Seminyak Hotel, (3) the effect of education level and work experience together on employee performance at Alila Hotel Seminyak. Sampling was conducted at permanent employees of the Alila Seminyak Hotel by using a random sampling method with a total sample of 76 people. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis technique used to answer hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of this study indicate that: (1) the level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Alila Seminyak Hotel, evidenced from the tcount of 4.473 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Alila Seminyak Hotel, evidenced from the tcount of 3.659 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) the level of education and work experience simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Alila Seminyak Hotel, as evidenced by the test results obtained by Fcount of 93,387 with a probability level of 0,000 which is far below alpha 5%.

Abstract

Pelayanan prima merupakan ujung tombak perusahaan. Dalam konsep pelayanan prima terdapat empat unsur pokok, yaitu: kecepatan, ketepatan, keramahan, dan kenyamanan. Semakin tinggi tingkat kualitas pelayanan yang dipersepsikan, maka semakin meningkat kepuasan masyarakat. Dimensi kualitas pelayanan jasa adalah Keandalan, daya tanggap , jaminan,empati, dan bukti fisik. Dimensi jaminan adalahkompetensi,kesopanan, kredibilitas, dimensi empati yaitu akses, komunikasi, dan pemahaman terhadap pelanggan.Bukti fisik berhubungan dengan penampilan fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian kualitas pelayanan prima terhadap klaimen asuransi kecelakaan pada PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang masih perlu ditingkatkan terhadap klaimen asuransi kecelakaan pada PT Jasa Raharja (Persero). Jumlah responden79 orang dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif.Kesimpulan dari pembahasan adalah kualitas pelayanan prima yang diberikan kepada klaimen PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Bali adalah “Baik” (berkualitas) dengan rata-rata (mean) sebesar 4,16. Kualitas pelayanan prima yang terbaik adalah keandalan yang memperoleh nilai paling tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu 4,23, sedangkan kualitas yang memiliki penilaian paling rendah adalah empati. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hanya sebesar 4,09 serta terdapat pula dua variabel yang masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan yaitu dimensi daya tanggap yang hanya memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,97 dan dimensi empati yang juga memperoleh nilai rata-rata (mean) sebesar 3,97

Abstract

The purpose from this research is to recognize the effect of work discipline, incentive non material motivation and educational training in regard to medical advisor performance both simultaneous and partial and recognize dominant variable which influence the performance. This research took place at Wangaya Public Hospital with address at Jalan Kartini Number 133 Denpasar – Bali with respondent amount 88 medical advisors. The data analyze technique that was used to verify hypothesis is factor analysis which has the purpose to recognize how far the variable that was studied can be explained by each dimension. Furthermore, used multifarioous linier regression analysis to recognize simultaneous effect and its partial and decide dominant variable which effected performance. Based on the analysis result was recognized that Work Discipline, Incentive Non Material Motivation, Educational and Training have the effect in a simultaneous in regard to medical advisor performance with contribution amounting to 82,9 percents where incentive non material motivation variable makes into the form of dominant factor in regard to medical advisor performance of Wangaya Public Hospital and the rest amounting to 17,1 percents were effected by the variable outside studied. Based on research result so the suggestion can be given to the Hospital Director and its row must be more to observe safety factor and medical advisor comfort, work placement, work time, appropriate educational and training assigment so that tey can increase medical advisor performance at Wangaya Public Hospital in Denpasar.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various tourism sectors in Bali. The drastic decline in the number of visitors and changes in the target market from foreign tourists to local and domestic tourists was experienced by Bali Zoo. Bali Zoo should adapt to various aspects of the company, including the promotion strategy. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Celebrity Endorsement strategy carried out by Bali Zoo in an effort to get brand awareness during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the selection procedure and content presentation in the Celebrity Endorsement strategy. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Celebrity Endorsement strategy can be an effective promotional strategy during the pandemic which is carried out by barter collaboration. The success of implementing this strategy can be seen from the level of social media engagement of Bali Zoo. The procedure for selecting celebrity endorsers at Bali Zoo goes through several stages, namely: searching, screening, inviting, negotiation, arrival of celebrity endorsers, and content uploaded by celebrity endorsers. Content presentation is carried out by celebrity endorsers usually include photos or videos, tag Bali Zoo accounts and locations, include caption and hashtag.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the important economic sectors in Indonesia, because industry contributes to the country's foreign exchange. Convention tourism (MICE) is one of the tourism sectors that is being held by the Indonesian government, because convention tourists are seven (7) times more consumptive than leisure tourists. This study aims to determine the implementation of a tourist convention (MICE) at Kuta Paradiso Hotel. This research was conducted with a sample of 25 people. The analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). The results of this study indicate that in the Summary Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) the score on strength is 2.10 and weakness is 1.09, so the value that can be used is a strength value of 2.10. In the Summary of External Factor Analysis (EFAS) the score on the opportunity is 2.03 and the challenge is 1.08, so the value that can be used is the probability value of 2.03. In the diagram, cartesius shows the position of the implementation of convention tourism (MICE) located in quadrant I is an aggressive strategy while this strategy shows a very favorable place. The implementation of convention tourism (MICE) at Kuta Paradiso Hotel has strengths and opportunities that are united and mutually supportive by using power factors to take advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence and the level of competence, organizational commitment and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. This research is quantitative. Sources of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 234 respondents as research samples and secondary data in the form of company general description data. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that competence has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This shows that the better the competence in the company, the higher the OCB felt by employees. Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on OCB. This shows that the good or bad organizational commitment of employees in the company will not affect the increase or decrease in the OCB of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on OCB. This shows that the better the organizational culture in the company, the higher the OCB felt by employees.
