Abstract

This Tuesday Market is the first market, the Lumping Horse art community and is enough to attract the attention of the wider community. Seeing the public's interest in the performance of horse lumping art and bazaar, the youths of Karang Puri village took the initiative to turn the bazaar into a night market and a performance of Kuda Lumping art. After the market was running, many residents proposed to open the market in the morning so that mothers would not have trouble finding daily necessities. In addition, the existence of this market helps the karangpuri community to get or open a business as a trader, cart builder, etc. Looking at the background of the problem, the question arises, what is the role of the market in improving the economy of traders and what is the view of the islamic economy on the economic behavior of market traders tuesday in an effort to improve the economy of traders. The type of research that the author uses is field research (field research) which is the role of the Tuesday market is very beneficial for society especially in the economic sector. The survey found that merchants take on four roles namely: the products sold are varied, as jobs, and buyer dependence, strategic time and place. From the perspective of Islamic Economics, the Tuesday market of karang puri village applies ketauhidan and conducts healthy competition. The policy of Prohibiting Unfair Competition in The Commercial System and Islamic Sharia is regulated in Law No. 5/1999. Because it can harm society and destroy the State. Abstract

Covid-19 is a virus that emerged in Indonesia in early 2020. During the emergence of the pandemic, the government implemented several policies, one of which was PPKM. This makes UMKM’s unabele to run their bussines as before. So some UMKM’s choose to close their outlet’s because it has a significant impact. On the other hand, several new UMKM’s appeared due to several reasons, one of which was due to the impact of termination of employment by the previous workplace. Even though the pandemic does not know when it will end, UMKM’s must continue to run their business. Work motivation for UMKM’s is very influential to run their respective businesses to be more optimal. In realizing work motivation, there are psychological factors that can support a person's work motivation, one of which can be realized through religious factors or religiosity. This study aims to find out whether religiosity affects work motivation for UMKM owners in Bunderan Pasar Jimbaran during the pandemic. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in this study was 43 respondents. The results showed that the religiosity variable has a significant influence on the variable of a person's work motivation. Based on the results of the religiosity t test, it has a calculated value of 3,365 > 2,021 so that H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the F test, Fcounts 11,321 > Fof the table 4,085 so that H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. The work motivation according to MSMEs is a spirit and active in work and worship, and has responsibility in a job. It is hoped that the results of this study can be useful in the morning of the author and readers. Abstract

The SMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, namely crackers and shredded chicken bone SMEs in Sawocangkring, Sidoarjo. The impact was purchasing power decrease so that production was carried out only the orders. The MSME owner (Yuni) has a work spirit based on an Islamic work ethic and can be seen from obtaining a halal certificate. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Yuni's Islamic work ethic spirit. This research method is descriptive qualitative using purposive and purposive-snowball sampling techniques. Yuni's motivation: wanted to increase family income, prepare children's educational supplies, and intend to worship. The Covid-19 pandemic caused Yuni had surrender attitude, inconsistent with the Islamic work ethic. Yuni still has working spirit based on other Islamic work ethic, including hard worker; smile and be friendly, when serving customers; considering the selling price; Honest; paying attention to the quality of goods; as well as professionalism. Yuni can resolve the problems with look for solution to overcome the attitude of giving up.
