Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara metode drill statis dan metode drill dinamis terhadap teknik dasar Sepak sila di Klub Takraw Keris Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuasi eksperimen yang sampelnya secara keseluruhan diambil dari populasi yang berjumlah 14 atlet yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama adalah kelompok latihan dril statis dan yang kedua adalah dril dinamis. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan menggunakan tes keterampilan dasar Sepak takraw tes kontrol (Ball Control). Adapun analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas, uji paired sampel t tes, uji homogenitas varians, dan yang terakhir uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t antar kelompok (independent t-test) menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 22. Hasilnya, mengacu pada Uji paired sample t test, bahwa ada pengaruh kedua metode dril tersebut terhadap teknik dasar Sepak takraw Sepak sila. Hasil dari independent t-test menyatakan bahwa kedua variasi metode dril tersebut tidaklah ada berbedaan yang berarti dari kedua rerata metode tersebut. Namun secara jumlah peningkatan rerata, metode dril dinamis lebih unggul daripada statis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a training model or variations of movements to be able to improve the ability to jump serveas a solution to overcome existing problems. This research uses Research and Development research methods. Small group trials are carried out with a sample of 6-12 male volleyball athletes. While the field trials were carried out on 30 volleyball male athletes. The results showed that the volleyball jump servetraining model was effective in developing the male volleyball jump serveability. The volleyball jump servetraining model developed and made by researchers is a product that aims to assist the trainer in developing volleyball jump servetraining programs, in an effort to improve the men's volleyball jump serveability, and as a reference for training materials.

Abstract

This research is a field experimental study that aims to find out the difference between the effects of non-ball smash exercises and silent ball smash exercises on the ability of volleyball smash on students of the FOK UNG Sports Coaching Education Study Program. The population and sample involved in this study were 60 students of the FOK UNG Sports Coaching Education Study Program. However, in accordance with the research design, two research groups were formed which consisted of ball-free smash exercises and silent ball smash exercises. The research was carried out for six weeks with frequency of exercise 3 times a week. Based on the results of data analysis using the paired t-test formula and the unpaired ttest at a significant level of 95%, it can be concluded as follows: There is a significant effect of smash training without the ball on the ability to do volleyball smash (to = 8,869> tt = 2,045 ). There is a significant effect of the silent ball smash exercise on the ability to do volleyball smash (to = 13,535> tt = 2,045). There is a significant difference in the effect between the smash ball practice without the ball and the silent ball smash exercise on the ability to do volleyball smash (to = 8,259> tt = 2,000)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kemampuan maksimal oksigen (VO2Max) mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu keolahragaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa semeseter 4 Prodi Ilmu keolahragaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo yang berjumlah 16 orang yang merupakan seluruh populasi dari mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu keolahragaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan multistage fitness test. Hasilnya, mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo adalah 26,95. Dimana kategori bagus 1 orang atau 6.25% cukup 5 orang atau 31.25%, sedangkan kategori kurang 2 orang atau 12.5% dan kategori kurang sekali sebanyak 8 orang atau 50%.
