Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program keamanan sistem informasi pada sebuah perusahaan perakitan elektronika. Pengolahan data merupakan bagian dari operasional bisnis perusahaan. Kerahasiaan, integritas dan ketersediaan informasi menjadi salah satu fokus perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, dimana penulis menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan fakta yang terjadi atau program apa saja yagn dilakukan berkaitan dengan keamanan sistem informasi. Penulis akan melakukan pengamatan dan pengecekan secara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian akan dapat mengungkapkan sejauh mana program atau aktifitas yang dilakukan dan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari program atau aktifitas yang dijalankan. Dengan mengetahui keberhasilan dalam menjalankan program ini, maka perusahaan akan merasa tenang bahwa informasi perusahaan dapat terkontrol, dilindungi serta dapat diakses ketika diperlukan. Selain itu juga penelitian ini bisa dijadikan perusahaan lain sebagai referensi untuk menerapkan keamanan sistem informasi. Sehingga keberlangsungan bisnis perusahaan dapat terus berjalan.

Abstract

XYZ is an electronics assembly industry company on Batam Island. The company has utilized information technology support to support the company's business activities. Utilization of information technology as a whole, starting from the HRD, Finance, Planning, Logistics, Development, Quality and Operation. The company's dependence on the availability of information technology support is very high. So that the necessary operational information technology that is stable and able to provide a quick reaction in the event of a disruption or incident. For this reason, the writer tries to analyze IT Incident management, whether the service currently provides benefits to the company. To find out the analysis, the author will use an approach that refers to the concept of governance that has been recognized or has world standards. From the results of the analysis, the company can make the right decision, whether the IT incident management has been running well and continues to be maintained, or needed some improvement, with the hope that it can increase company productivity. High hopes that the results of this writing will not only benefit PT. XYZ, but it is also useful for other companies, who want to use IT incident management in implementing the company.

Abstract

Today's artificial intelligence has helped humans in everyday life. As we know, almost all companies now use the method fingerprint as employee attendance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to replace the attendance system method fingerprint with a face recognition or attendance system facescan. For this purpose, it is motivated by the current virus pandemic Covid-19 which requires all employees to maintain a distance or practice social distancing. This face recognition attendance consists of 2 stages, namely the face recognition stage and the face detection stage. At the face recognition stage is the process of comparing a face image with a face database, to find a match. At the face detection stage, human faces are taken by digitally scanning 2D photos. At the stage of the test results, the user is asked to try to run the facescan . The user is asked to bring the face closer to the camera on the facescan, then the facescan will detect the user's face and display the user's personal data. Not only that, facescan will display the user's body temperature at the time of detection
