Pada kegiatan Kandidat Sarjana Mengabdi kepada masyarakat permasalahan yang kita angkat yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menaati protokol kesehatan untuk mengurangi resiko penyebaran dan juga tertularnya virus COVID 19. Masyarakat seperti enggan memakai masker, kurang sadar dengan mencuci tangan setalah melakukan aktivitas diluar rumah, oleh karena itu kami memberikan edukasi agar masyrakat bisa meningkatkan kesadaran dan pentingnya menaati protokol kesehatan yang sesuai dengan anjuran pemerintah. Metode yang kami gunakan yaitu sosialisai cara terhindar dari virus, pembagian masker, pembuatan tempat cuci tangan di tempat yang biasa dikunjungi banyak orang, dan juga pembuatan poster tentang pentingnya menaati protokol kesehatan. Masyarakat merasa senang dan juga terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan ini karena dapat memberikan informasi penting mengenai kesehatan diri, mencegah tertularnya virus COVID 19, serta mematuhi protokol kesehatan.

This research discusses presidential elections and legislatures, especially selecting regional heads in Papua using the Noken system. Furthermore, related to the form of political education through Noken for Papuans. Important to study, given that Papua is a region that has unique characteristics compared to other regions. This type of research uses doctrinal research, with a normative juridical approach. The choice of methods using deductive thinking patterns, the positivity paradigm, is then analyzed Prespriktif descriptively. This study is the first to apply the use of Noken in Papua in the Regional Head Election using two systems, namely Noken Bigmen and hanging Noken. Noken Bigmen means that all votes are submitted or represented to the customary chairman. Meanwhile, residents can see the agreement and the vote. Second, the form of political education through the Noken system's use is the deliberation in consensus to determine a leader. The people fully believe in the chief of the tribe, who is a candidate who is considered acceptable and worthy of election. The consensus is the fourth incarnation of Pancasila. Keywords: Noken; Papua; Political Education.Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemilihan Presiden, Legislatif, khususnya pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Papua menggunakan sistem noken. Selanjutnya terkait bentuk pendidikan politik melalui noken bagi masyarakat Papua. Hal ini penting untuk dikaji, mengingat bahwa Papua merupakan wilayah yang memiliki karakteristik khusus dibanding dengan daerah lain. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian doktrinal, dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Pilihan metode menggunakan pola berfikir deduktif, paradigma positifisme kemudian dianalisis dengan deskriptif presprektif. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah pertama, penerapan penggunaan noken di Papua dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah menggunakan dua sistem yaitu noken bigmen dan noken gantung. Noken bigmen artinya seluruh suara diserahkan atau diwakilkan kepada ketua adat. Sedangkan noken gantung warga dapat melihat kesepakatan dan ketetapan suara. Kedua, bentuk pendidikan politik melalui penggunaan sistem noken yaitu adanya musyawarah dalam mufakat untuk menentukan seorang pemimpin. Rakyat sepenuhnya percaya kepada ketua suku, siapa calon yang dianggap baik dan layak dipilih. Musyawarah untuk mufakat merupakan penjelmaan Pancasila sila ke empat.

This research aims to dig deeper into ethical or moral knowledge in the book of Jawahirul Adab by Ulama nusantara Sheikh Ahmad Nawawi bin Sheikh Abdul Hamid al-Qosimy Al Bulumanisi from Bulumanis Pati, this type of research is literature research, data collection using interactive methods using primary and secondary reference sources before carrying out data presentation. The results of this study that the book of Jawahirul Adab provides the explanation needed by the current generation especially to overcome the saturation of learning in the pandemic era which is classified into 3 parts, namely adab interacting with Allah swt, adab interacting with fellow humans, and adab interacting with themselves both physically (physical senses) and spiritual (heart), in addition this book has a moral education concept that is very useful in order to direct and enlighten as well as control the morals of learners in the pandemic era in order to overcome the saturation that befalls themselves, because if there is with God, neighbor and self has been good then it will be very easy to foster earnestness and determination in carrying out all positive daily routines.

The election of the local government is conducted democratically and it creates many chaos. The resolution of the election disputes is carried out in Supreme Court from the Local Government. One of the democracy forms is by establishing a general election. The solution in overcoming the election of the regional head which is done in the Constitutional Court creates vagueness which then supports the creation of Special Judicature. This analysis has two problems: (1) why is the Special Judicature needed? (2) What are the rules of Special Judicature to settle the dispute of the local government election. To discuss the problems, the researcher uses the doctrinal research using normative juridical approach with deductive thinking method, positivism paradigm then it is analyzed using perspective descriptive method. The results of this analysis are (1) the reason of the creation of special judicature, whether it is Supreme Court or Constitutional Court has no power in overcoming the problem of regional election; to solve the problem there needs to be a special institution to achieve justice. (2) The rules of special judicature are substantive and structural. Substantive means that it must provide law events, structural means a form of an ad hoc. The ad hoc judge is chosen from ex Constitutional Court judge or academician who is expertise in local autonomy and general regional election law. The special judicature should be located in every province.
