Abstract

This paper explains about of the development of Islamic psychology which the explanation begins with the history of contemporary psychology. Then explain the reasons for the emergence of Islamic psychology. With the development of new schools and theories that emerged. Because it is open to scientists to provide criticism and refinement of existing theories. The presence of the Islamic Psychology school is a form of psychology based on human image according to Islamic teachings, which studies the uniqueness and patterns of human behavior as an expression of the experience of interaction with oneself, the environment, and spiritual nature, with the aim of improving mental health and the quality of religious life on the basis of Islamic noble values to achieve the happiness of living in this world and the hereafter. The existence of this paper is expected to trigger psychology scientists to develop Islamic Psychology according to figures in Muslim thought as a study of behavior and mental life on the basis of theories on understanding the verses of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Abstract

Emosional adalah reaksi terhadap rangsangan dari luar dan dalam diri individu. Merujuk Daniel Goleman secara emosional ke perasaan dan pikiran yang berbeda, keadaan biologis dan psikologis dan serangkaian kecenderungan untuk bertindak. Emosional berhubungan dengan perubahan fisiologis dan berbagai pemikiran. Jadi, emosi adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia, karena emosional dapat menjadi motivator perilaku dalam arti meningkatkan, tetapi juga dapat menyebabkan perilaku negatif bagi manusia. Dalam Al Qur'an, deskripsi yang cermat tentang berbagai perasaan emosional yang dirasakan oleh manusia, seperti ketakutan, kemarahan, cinta, kegembiraan, kebencian, kecemburuan, dan kesedihan diungkapkan. Al-Quran memberikan petunjuk tentang cara mengelola emosi dengan baik dan benar sehingga dapat melahirkan kecerdasan emosi. Kemudian untuk mengembangkan emosi agar memiliki dampak positif, perlu dilakukan upaya proses pembelajaran untuk berimajinasi sehingga memungkinkan mereka menyalurkan berbagai keinginan yang tidak dapat diwujudkan dalam kehidupan nyata atau menetralkan berbagai emosi negatif yang ada pada dirinya.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of self-refulation abilities on student resilience during the distance learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bangka High School. The overall result of the calculation of self-regulation with a cumulative score percentage of 82.36% with a very high category. While the student resilience variable during the distance learning process during the covid 19 pandemic at Bangka High School with a cumulative value percentage of 76.01% in the high category. The significance level obtained through the two variables tested through correlation and regression tests has a significance of 0.00. Meanwhile, the results of the determination test show that self-regulation has an effect on student resilience during the distance learning process by 61.1%. While the rest (100% -61.1 = 38.9%) is influenced by other variables or variables that are not examined
