Abstract

Kota Manna merupakan Ibu Kota Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan Provinsi Bengkulu, Sumatera Bagian Barat. Sebagai kota pantai yang terus berkembang, yang sejak beberapa tahun terakhir telah menjadi tujuan wisata air (wisata pantai), dengan perkembangan ini maka berpengaruh terhadap tingkat perekonomian masyarakat kota, bagi masyarakat yang memiliki tingkat perekonomian baik maka lingkungan dan tempat hidupnya akan sangat baik, sementara bagi kelompok masyarakat yang tingkat perekonomian tidak terlalu baik akan berada pada lingkungan yang tidak baik (Kawasan kumuh). Timbulnya pemukiman yang kumuh ini beberapa hal terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah daerah yang tidak berpihak kepada masyarakat ekonomi lemah. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode obeservasi terlebih dahulu, berurutan sesuai dengan kesepakatan pelaksanaan pengabdian, hasilnya adalah metode atau dokumen kawasan pemukiman kumuh di Kota Manna, Bengkulu Selatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions of beams and columns that are able to withstand the load acting on the main structure in the analysis of planning the construction of shop houses (shop houses) on Jalan Colonel Haji Burliyan, Pagar Alam City, while the dimensions of columns and beams that are able to withstand the load main structure in the analysis of planning the construction of shop houses (shop houses). For planning the calculation of this shop using the Earthquake Resilience Planning Guidelines for Houses and Buildings (SKBI-1,353. 1987) and procedures for calculating concrete structures for buildings (SK SNI T-15-1991-03). From the calculation it is produced that the roof and floor plates are planned to be 12 cm or 0.12 thick using reinforced steel D10-100 (with As area = 785.4 mm2), roof beams with 5m span are used beam dimensions size 20 cm x 30 cm, reinforced steel 8D12 ( with As = 9043.2mm2) with D-8 reinforcement (Av = 50mm2) for stirrups with a maximum spacing of 150mm for the overall length of the beam, floor beams with 5m spans are used dimensions of the beam size 20 cm x 30 cm, used reinforcement steel 8D14 (with area of ​​As = 1230.88 mm2) with reinforcement D-8 (Av = 50mm2) for stirrups with a maximum spacing of 180 mm for the overall length of beams and columns with a height of 4m used column dimensions size 20 cm x 20 cm, used reinforcement steel 8D14 (with area of ​​As = 1230.88 mm2).

Abstract

Over time, the number of students from the Pagar Alam High School from year to year has increased rapidly, not only from the city of natural fences, the increase in students began to arrive from other cities with the increasing number of students who were not matched with infrastructure such as classrooms. teaching and learning activities will be a little disturbed. Therefore the provision of learning space facilities must be considered and the development planning vertically so that it can utilize the land as best as possible. In this study planning the construction of a class building at the Pagar Alam College of Technology. done by manual calculation to get the dimensioning of columns, beams, plates and the area of ​​reinforcement. After the manual calculation was obtained it was only analyzed with the help of the Etabs program, after analysis was carried out with the Etabs program there were several results from manual calculations that were unable to withstand the workload so that modifications were made to the column and the number of reinforcement. In planning, it requires special assessment in accordance with the requirements of SNI 03-2847-2002 and SNI 03-1726-2002.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of substitution of palm shell ash mixture on concrete compressive strength. In this case the use of the mixture was made with as many as 9 tests and using 2 variations of concrete age 3 days and 28 days with concrete quality planning f'c = 20 mpa. Based on the results of research in the laboratory, the concrete compressive strength using Palm Shell Ash at 28 days is 20.59 mpa. The robustness of a building is greatly influenced by the quality of the concrete quality, in order to know the quality of a concrete first there is a more careful planning and supervision of the materials to be used. So far, no research has been carried out in the Pagar Alam City Area by removing the Palm Shell Ash.

Abstract

Development in the field of construction in the modern era shows a very rapid development, including in the construction of housing, offices, hospitals and so on. Concrete as a construction material has long been used and widely applied by the community because it has advantages easily formed according to construction needs. The development of concrete technology has also continued to develop with the presence of high-strength concrete. The process of making lightweight concrete certainly requires mixed materials that have low specific gravity. One alternative material that can be used is newsprint and fly ash, both materials are materials that have a low specific gravity and are easy to work on, the addition of fly ash and newsprint so that the relationship of compressive strength and weight of concrete influence each other, the more addition of fly ash and newsprint, the compressive strength increases and the weight of the concrete increases.

Abstract

In the modern era construction in the field of construction shows a very rapid development, thus demanding more innovative concrete technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial replacement of split aggregates with wood powder and the addition of NaOH with different variations to specific gravity and compressive strength of concrete, to achieve specific gravity and compressive strength in concrete. The method used in this study is the experimental method, which is held a direct experiment to get a desired result. Testing of mechanical properties of concrete was performed at ages 3, 14, and 28 days for concrete weight test and concrete compressive strength. Based on the results of the study can be concluded: There is a negative influence of variation of partial replacement of coarse aggregates with wood powder and the addition of NaOH to the compressive strength of the concrete. The results of the specific gravity test indicate that the more use of wood powder, the smaller the specific gravity. Based on the results of weight testing the concrete has decreased an average of 10.27% for BCN 5% and 21.20% for 10% BCN, while the compressive strength of 45.28% for BCN 5% and 78.72% for 10% BCN.

Abstract

In planning the construction of buildings located in earthquake-prone areas, especially in the city of natural fences, which are included in earthquake zone 5, namely areas with high levels of earthquake, so that the structural analysis can be planned with the special moment-bearing frame system method (SRPMK) and provides bracing on the portal so that the building structure becomes more rigid. Concentric bracing has a variety of forms including types Z, X, V and Ʌ. This study aimed to plan the safe upper structural eliments from the burdens that occur by adding bracing variations and in accordance with the standards set by the Indonesian National Standards. The object of the study was to compare 2 types of symmetrical structures, namely type 1 in the form of a portal with bracing X and type 2 in the form of a portal with bracing V combined with forms of concentric bracing. Analysis of building planning used ETABS assistance programs. From the result of the analysis of the displacment ETABS program on the three building strucktures it was tend to be almost the same in the X direction which was alapproximately 5-60 mm, while for the y direction the displacement difference was very noticeable due to the addition of type 1 portal bracing stiffener X was 2,4 – 25,4 mm, for type 2 portal bracing V was 2,93 – 29,3 mm, and for ordinary portals was 4,86 – 53,57 mm.

Abstract

lightweight concrete is concrete that has a lighter weight than concrete in general. The weight of lightweight concrete is less than 1800 kg / m³, the advantages of lightweight concrete are mainly the weight of the concrete so that when used in high-rise buildings can significantly reduce the building's own weight, which in turn has an impact on the calculation of the foundation. In this study, using added ingredients foam agent with a variation of 10%, 12.5%, and 15% with a fc plan of 16.9 MPa. This test includes slump test, concrete specific gravity and concrete compressive strength. To find out the compressive strength of concrete, a concrete compressive strength test was performed on each mixture composition at the age of 3, 7, 21 and 28 days with a 5cmx5cmx5cm cube specimen, using SNI 03-6825-2002 method.

Abstract

Dalam perencanaan jembatan rangka baja bentang 62 meter Tebat Gheban Kota Pagar Alam dibutuhkan perhitungan yang sangat teliti dan penuh hati-hati. Karena jembatan merupakan bangunan besar yang nantinya akan digunakan atau dilalui oleh kendaraan dan manusia. Perencanaan jembatan meliputi struktur bagian atas dan struktur bawah. Struktur bagian atas terdiri dari batang atas, bawah, tegak dan diagonal. Penelitian ini mengenai perencanaan struktur atas saja, yaitu meliputi lantai kendaraan, gelagar memanjang dan melintang, ikatan angin, batang atas, batang bawah, batang tegak, batang diagonal dan sambungan. Hasil dari perencanaan manual bahwa dimensi jembatan menggunakan profil Wf 400x300 dengan mutu beton fc’ = 41 Mpa dan mutu baja fy = 400 Mpa. Sedangkan analisis struktur menggunakan software STAAD Pro V8i untuk profil batang atas menggunakan Wf 500x400 dan batang bawah menggunakan Wf 350x300, profil batang tegak Wf 350x350 dan batang diagonal menggunakan profil 500x400 dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan setelah dianalisis profil tersebut aman.
