Abstract

Fences nature one of the cities that is growing both in the field and in the economy inprastruktur. Transportation is a means of support in the development in an area, transportation improvements are very necessary for the development of an area. Gria servant of the state is a new housing in the city of Pagar Alam who is still in the process of increasing the field inprstruktur. Road access in and out in a residential neighborhood still land and no building pavement. This study was conducted to plan pengunana access roads in and out of the housing Gria servant negra. Type of pavement is planned or rigid pavement using concrete cast. Based on the calculation results obtained 150mm thick layer of concrete pavement with reinforcement in the transverse direction and reinforcement of the longitudinal direction D12-250mm D12-150mm.

Abstract

Highway as one of the means of transportation, construction of highways which is a priority scale of development in City Pagar Alam. Along with the rapid development, so can increasing of vehicle owners in Pagar Alam City. Planning of road construction of Gunung Gare office area in Pagar Alam City. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the carrying capacity of the land on the road construction and analyze the pavement thickness of the Gunung Gare Office Ring Road segment in Pagar Alam City to the volume of vehicles through it so that it can produce pavement thickness according to Bina Marga standards. The method used to determine the required pavement thickness above the layer which has a certain CBR value is by testing the CBR value in laboratory manner. The results of the study were to calculate the carrying capacity of the soil on the asphalt road that for pavement thickness each D1 was taken 5 cm and D2 taken 10 cm, and pavement thickness of Purnalam Gare City Gunung Gare pavement thickness with a 10 year plan life, for D3 pavement layer is 13 cm. The results of the analysis of pavement thickness on the circumference the office of Gunung Gare in Pagar Alam City based on the volume of vehicles through which meet the requirements according to the type of material used.

Abstract

: In this study analyzing the project control of the Pagar Alam City Sludge Treatment Plant (IPLT) using software ms. Project 2007. the extent of the effectiveness of the process of controlling time, labor, material and costs in the project. Analyzing critical work paths, Analyzing workforce needs, Analyzing material needs, Analyzing work costs and cash flow. Based on the results of the analysis using the software ms.project 2007 provides more efficient results than the previous work plan, time and cost of implementation of 180 calendar days at a cost of Rp. 4,175,352,000.00 - while the results of the analysis using software 2007 ms.project time and costs are used 124 calendar days with a cost of Rp. 2,910,421,890.

Abstract

Concrete is a construction material that cannot be separated with modern social life. Self Compacting Concrete is concrete that can condense under its own weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coarse aggregate types on the characteristics of Self Compacting Concrete concrete. To find out the Self Compacting Concrete criteria, workability and flowability testing is performed using the EFNARC method. And compressive strength testing using SNI 1974: 2011. Based on the results of tests conducted in the laboratory of the College of Natural Fence Technology. The optimum compressive strength value obtained at 28 days with the code specimen K1 20.06 MPa and K2 15.42 MPa. The effect of coarse aggregate which has a smooth surface can reduce the compressive strength in concrete Self Compacting Concrete.

Abstract

lightweight concrete is concrete that has a lighter weight than concrete in general. The weight of lightweight concrete is less than 1800 kg / m³, the advantages of lightweight concrete are mainly the weight of the concrete so that when used in high-rise buildings can significantly reduce the building's own weight, which in turn has an impact on the calculation of the foundation. In this study, using added ingredients foam agent with a variation of 10%, 12.5%, and 15% with a fc plan of 16.9 MPa. This test includes slump test, concrete specific gravity and concrete compressive strength. To find out the compressive strength of concrete, a concrete compressive strength test was performed on each mixture composition at the age of 3, 7, 21 and 28 days with a 5cmx5cmx5cm cube specimen, using SNI 03-6825-2002 method.
