Abstract

This paper will specifically discusses the concept of wujud in the al-hikmah al-muta'aliyah of Mulla Sadra. Mulla Sadra's thought has been widely studied among intellectuals, traditional madrassahs and modern universities. This shows that the intellectual tradition in Islam is in fact always evolving and is alive up to these days. It did not cease in Ibn Rushd's era, as it was understood by many partieslearned in the West.The study aims to find, discover and show the excellence of al-hikmah al-muta'aliyahof Mulla Sadra among the earlier Islamic thinkers, and then analyzes its important implications for the history of Islamic thought in general, and for Islamic philosophy in particular. The result shows that al-hikmah al-muta'aliyah is one of genres in the history of Islamic thought which has a unique characteristic that is trying to integrate two previous genres, the peripatetic and illumination genres. Mulla Sadra's formulation of the philosophy of wujud is based on three fundamental principles, namely ashalatul wujud, Tasykik wujud and causality.

Abstract

In practice the principles of the religion, problems of the women’s awrah is often in public conversation because it’s one of the practice teachings of Islam. Actually the issue is not something new. However, the issue arises when a muslims want to practice Islam in pure. Haji Agus Salim as a muslim scholar, has expressed to his thoughts about women. Abstract

Land issues are a matter related to basic people's rights so that land is often contested by everyone. The complexity of land disputes is a result of land requirements, disputes can occur vertically, horizontally or vertically-horizontally. Land disputes should not always be resolved through court but they can also be resolved through out-court channels such as customary justice with the aim of avoiding ongoing dispute. Customary courts are given the authority to resolve land boundary disputes with the principle of familial approach. Settlement of land boundaries through customary courts can be done by means of mediation, deliberation and negotiation to obtain a peaceful collective agreement. In the results of the research note that the existence of land boundary disputes successfully resolved peacefully through customary court. The dispute was in Gampong Ujong Lamie and Alue Seupeng of Nagan Raya District. By looking at the settlement process practiced by this customary court, it has been shown that customary judicial institutions have already demonstrated their role and existence in settling land boundary disputes.

Abstract

This paper discusses the issues of mind and revelation that are examined based on the philosophy of Islamic Education. It is examined by running three steps. First, collecting primary and secondary data; second, clarifying all the important elements and analyzing the data; third, presenting the real movement which is the conception of mind and revelation. Based on these stages of work, the writer utilized three methods of study. First, content analysis method to analyze the content of the text; second, descriptive interpretation to interpret books; third, historical and philosophical method, that is reviewing the historical and social context, religion, politics and philosophy. Looking at the epistemological framework coming from the authoritative of mind and revelation and history, either the classic or the modern one optimizes the function of revelation in all aspect of life, either in educational reality or in knowledge of morality, human, and God.

Abstract

Islamic studies is a learning material that is studied by students of Islamic colleges. It is also one component of general courses that must be taken by all students in all faculties and all majors. It covers a wide range of Islamic sciences, from the one dealing with the law, education, history, thoughts in Islam, even studies about the different kinds of approach in understanding the religion, the source of the teachings, the characteristic of Islamic teachings itself, to the methodology of understanding Islam in a comprehensive manner with diver theories along with model or type of the research. Such approaches include a "normative theological, anthropological, sociological, psychological, historical, cultural, and philosophical approaches"

Abstract

The term management comes from the word "administratie". In a sense, the administration refers to the paperwork in the office. It is in this sense that cause theonset of examples of complaints management that has been alluded to slow, because management is limited in scope as the paperwork. Other uses of "management" comes from english "administration" as "the management of executive affairs". With the limitations of this kind, understanding, then the management at synonym by "management" an understanding of the wider in scope. Management functions in accordance with the performance profile of education in General is carrying out the functions of planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, leading (facilitating, motivating, innovating), reporting, controlling. In the world of education, directing the term more precise term wear leading to facilitating expansion, motivating, innovating. Furthermore the supervisory function was implemented as part of a managerial execution. On the level of the school, the more supervisors act as "quality assurance"with the task of supervision as an attempt towards a coaching staff to improve and enhance the quality of education that exists now

Abstract

In order to make teaching and learning can take place with good and perfect is influenced by a variety of important factors supporting them are media education, media as a carrier of information between a source and a receiver information. Learning media use has a very important meaning, in addition to complement and enrich the teaching materials, as well as being a medium of learning that can enhance creativity and effectiveness in student learning. In general the media teaching religious education have three forms, namely media viewpoint (visual aids ), the media listen (audio aids) and the media heard-of view of (audio-visual aids). Learning media use at the stage orientation will help greatly the effectiveness of the learning process and the delivery of the message and the content at that time. In this case there are several factors that influence the effective learning of religious education in schools, including; teachers, students, facilities and infrastructure, the purpose of education and curriculum. In the implementation of the learning process of teachers suffered obstacles, namely the lack of props so troublesome in the delivery of the material, the book packages that are not complete and still the presence of students who are less able to understand the learning material using media and very few hours of instruction

Abstract

Abstract

Parents play an important role in provide education to his son in the family. Parents must pay attention in education particularly education religion to his son according to their parents, although preoccupied with their activities. Parents who he must know the responsibility of very much determines the formation of a couple of families who, and he shall be responsible for what would be its role, then the parents it will lead, educate and grant for the rest of his family in all things. Efforts must be done of parents in education on child by starting teach religious education and guide the implementation of their religious rituals, keep an eye on children and rebuked their behavior when they commit is not a good thing. In terms of material the old man gave his son as any other use send their children and meet immediate needs. Parents must also be able to provide guidance faith, giving exemplary and able to develop growth personality and a sense of responsibility. Consciously parents carrying an obligation to maintain and managing their children to be a useful family.

Abstract

The character of an educator is shaped by his/her faith and is manifested in numerous forms of attitude. Good character is not shaped merely by the lesson, instruction, or prohibition. For the soul to take its honor cannot be provided only by teacher’s saying to do a thing or not to do other things. Instilling good morals requires a life time education. Education will not succeed without providing a real example of good character. The character of the educators is the most effective form of this example, especially to lead individuals to have good character, good faith, and piety toward Allah the Almighty. The noble characteris embodied in attitudes that are based on religious teaching, social norms, and are not against the local wisdoms. It is universal in nature and accepted by anyone and anywhere. This must have character for the educators is viewed important either from the aspects of faith and worship or in the aspects of human relation or character. Teachers as the educators are expected to give guidance and advice. Accordingly, they have to apply it themselves first hand because they are the role model to be followed anywhere they are. Good character is in the very top position in human life. The importance of good character is not only matter in individual life. It is also very necessary in family and community life. In fact, it is a matter that shapes a nation.
