Abstract

The development of science and technology has led to changes and competition for various circles, organizations, companies, even the world of education. Therefore, Human Resources that is needed today is Human Resources who are able to master the technology quickly, adaptive, and responsive to technological changes. In this condition, personal integrity is increasingly important to win the competition.To respond to the demands and challenges that exist, organizations, corporations and educational institutions must prepare reliable workers in various fields. It is because Human Resources is a resource that is needed by an organization or educational institution, because Human Resources is a source that plays an active role on the way an organization and decision-making process. In the world of education, of course, is the teacher as an educator. Teachers play a major role in the development of education and as the most influential component of the creation of quality educational activities and results. Therefore, teachers need to give education, training, development and experience sufficient to improve their quality, so that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities. Responsibility will be accomplished if supported by ability. The ability to produce achievement and achievement will determine the quality of education. Finally training and development is a basic need that is expected to be influential in improving teacher competence and achievement.

Abstract

This paper seeks to reveal a brief overview of the thought of Ibn Juzay through his interpretation of the Qur’an. The goal is to determine the pattern and characterisiques of the schools as part of the study of Islamic civilization in the western part of Islam (Andalusia and North Africa). In his case al-Tas-hil Li ‘Ulum al-Tanzil, he was able to interpret the Qur’an in just four volumes with all its characteristics and advantages. Through a literature review and with a content analysisapproach, the study found the fact that the doctrine of al-Ash’ariyah was in the style and interpretation of Ibn Juzayy al-Kalbi. However, he was able to rule out his ego by advancing the data evidence displayed in the book of his Tafseer.

Abstract

Abstract The success of the transformation of knowledge from a teacher to a student is largely determined by the intelligence of three aspects, namely intelligence, emotional and spiritual. This study discusses the concept of teacher professionalism and its relation to ESQ. In discussing the above problems, the writer uses library research with qualitative analysis research methods. From the results of the study the authors conclude that teacher professionalism is a profession that animates a teacher in generating intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence of students, ESQ is the result of the integration of IQ, EQ and SQ through the principle of tawhid. With the awareness of monotheism, emotions will be controlled, so that a sense of calm and peace will arise. With this controlled emotional calm, the God spot or the door of the heart opens and works, so that divine whispers invite the qualities of justice, compassion, honesty, responsibility, care, creativity, commitment, togetherness, peace and heart whispers. other noble will be heard so that the potential for intellectual and emotional intelligence works optimally. Keywords: ESQ, Teacher , Profesionalism Abstrak Keberhasilan transformasi ilmu dari guru kepada seorang murid sangat ditentukan oleh kecerdasan dari tiga aspek yaitu inteligensi, emosional dan spiritual. Penelitian ini membahas kosep profesionalisme guru dan kaitannya dengan ESQ. Dalam membahas permasaalahan di atas, penulis menggunakan penelitian perpustakaan (library research) dengan motode penelitian analisis kualitatif. Dari hasil kajian penulis menyimpulkan bahwa profesionalisme guru merupakan profesi yang menjiwai pada seorang guru dalam membangkitkan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik, ESQ merupakan hasil integrasi IQ, EQ dan SQ melalui prinsip tauhid. Dengan kesadaran tauhid, maka emosi akan terkendali, sehingga akan timbul rasa tenang dan damai. Dengan ketenangan emosi yang terkendali tersebut, maka God spot atau pintu hati terbuka dan bekerja, sehingga bisikan-bisikan Ilahiah yang mengajak kepada sifat-sifat keadilan, kasih sayang, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kepedulian, kreativitas, komitmen, kebersamaan, perdamaian dan bisikan hati mulia lainnya akan terdengar sehingga potensi kecerdasan intelektual dan emosional bekerja dengan optimal. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini difokuskan di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok, ketika tahun 2009 SMP ini mengalami keterpurukan. Jika sekolah tidak mampu menerima anak-anak lebih dari 10 siswa maka SMP ini terancam akan ditutup. Faktor keterpurukan SMP ini disebabkan oleh marketing yang gagal dan pelayanan jasa pendidikan yang menurun. Dengan menerapkan implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan, SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok ini mampu bangkit dari keterpurukan. Sehingga konsumen, orang tua, dan masyarakat kembali yakin dan percaya untuk menyekolahkan anaknya di SMP ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui: (1) observasi, (2) dokumentasi, dan (3) wawancara mendalam kepada kepala sekolah, waka humas, waka kesiswaan, orang tua siswa dan siswa. Teknik validasi dan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Depok yaitu: (1) melakukan strategi pemilihan pasar dengan melakukan segmentasi pasar, targeting dan positioning. (2) menetapkan marketing mix dengan cara menerapkan produk-produk yang berkualitas dari SMP ini, menonjolkan letak geografisnya yang cukup strategis, menerapkan harga yang bersaing, dan juga melakukan langkah-langkah promosi serta langkah-langkah lainnya. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Strategi Pemasaran, Pelayanan Pendidikan, Marketing mix. Abstract This research focused on SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Depok Sleman Yogyakarta, in 2009 this junior high school experienced adversity. If the school was unable to receive more than 10 students, this school would be closed. This SMP downturn is caused by failed marketing and declined educational services. By applied implementation the marketing strategy of educational services, SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Depok able to rise from adversity. So that consumers, parents and the community would trust and believe in sending their children to this junior high school. This study was aimed at determining the implementation of educational services marketing strategies in improving educational services in SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Depok Yogyakarta. This research was a qualitative research used the marketing strategy theory approach to educational services. Data were collected through: (1) observation, (2) documentation, and (3) in-depth interviews with principals, public relations staff, student affairs, parents of students, and students. Data validation and validity techniques were undertaken by using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the study indicated the implementation of marketing services marketing strategies in improving education services in SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Depok, namely: (1) implementing market selection strategies by segmenting the market, targeting and positioning. (2) establishing the marketing mix by applying quality products from this junior high school, highlighting its geographical location that is quite strategic, applying competitive prices, and also taking promotional steps and other steps. Abstract

Tulisan ini menelaah putusan cerai gugat yang diajukan oleh penggugat (istri) kepada tergugat (suami) yang berada di wilayah yurisdiksi Mahkamah Syar'iyah Tapaktuan, ketidakhadiran tergugat dalam proses persidangan setelah adanya beberapa pemanggilan, membuat hakim menjatuhkan putusan verstek pada kasus nomor perkara: 24/Pdt.G/2021/MS.Ttn. Berangkat dari persoalan putusan verstek tersebut, penulis tertarik melakukan kajian dengan pendekatan metodologi analisis yuridis yang bersumber pada data kepustakaan, guna menemukan bagaimana proses hakim menjatuhkan perkara tersebut dengan putusan verstek. Dari hasil penelahaan, putusan yang dikeluarkan hakim Mahkamah Syar'iyah Tapaktuan tidak bertentangan dengan hukum yang bersifat formil ataupun materil, karena selama proses persidangan tergugat tidak pernah hadir dan untuk mendapatkan putusan yang inkrah, hakim memutuskan secara verstek dengan beberapa pertimbangan dalil dari penggugat. Ketidakhadiran tergugat setelah adanya pemanggilan yang sah dan patut oleh juru sita,menjadi alasan kuat bagi hakim untuk menjatuhkan putusan verstek. Adapun faktor yang melatarbelakangi tertugat tidak hadir yakni tergugat memang tidak ingin lagi membina rumah tangga dengan penggugat karena beberapa faktor yaitu karena pertikaian dan salah satu pihak tidak menjalankan kewajiban sesuai perintah syariat.
