Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  dan  mengukur tingkat efisiensi investasi  yang  ada di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara  pada periode 2001 - 2013 dan mengembangkan langkah-langkah kebijakan yang mendukung  masuknya investasi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode perhitungan Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) digunakan untuk penilaian tingkat efisiensi investasi  di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Secara matemastis Harrod-Domar   menunjukkan rumus ICOR. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa investasi yang masuk ke Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dari periode 2001-2013  masih tergolong tergolong efisienJika dilihat dari  nilai ICOR lag 0 maupun lag 1  masih tergolong cukup efisien  dengan nilai ICOR diantara 3 dan 4 meskipun pada tahun tertentu terdapat nilai ICOR diatas 4 yang menunjukkan kurang efisiennya tingkat investasi dengan koefisien nilai ICOR lag 0  pada tahun 2009 dan 2013 sedangkan  lag  1  pada tahun 2012 dan 2013. Sedangkan berdasarkan metode akumulasi investasi yang menerapkan prinsip rata-rata tertimbangmenunjukkan semakin tidak efisiennya tingkat investasi pada  periode pengamatan  dari  2004-2013, 2005-2013, 2006-2013, 2007-2013,2008-2013masing-masing  menunjukkan nilai  ICOR diatas 4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan jangka panjang untuk menganalisis  adanya pengaruh nilai tambah industri  terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi  di Provinsi  Sulawesi  Tenggara  Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa literature maupun dokumentasi dengan responden instansi terkait  pada kantor BPS  Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan data sekunder berupa data runtun waktu (time series) mengenai nilai tambah industri dan pertumbuhan ekonomi (PDRB) dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Pengujian  menggunakan uji t-statistik  dengan menggunakan software program SPSS 16.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Nilai Tambah Industri berpengaruh negatif  hal ini menunjukkan belum mampu meningkatkan  PDRB di provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

Pembukuan Keuangan Sederhana Bagi Peternak Usaha Ayam Potong Di Desa Amoito Kecamatan Ranomeeto Kabupaten Konawe Selatan belum tertib administrasi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Permasalahan yang dialami mitra adalah lemahnya manajemen usaha dalam bidang pencatatan dan pembukuan keuangan dalam mendukung kelancaran produksi ayam potong di Desa Amoito. Tujuan Program ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman pembukuan keuangan sederhana bagi peternak usaha ayam potong agar dapat memisahkan pembukuan keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha sehingga secara operasional dapat dianalisis penerimaan dan pengeluarannya setiap periode dan sebagai pedoman dalam penyusunana laporan keuangan secara sederhana sehingga dapat memperluas ekspansi usaha secara bersinambungan. Untuk mencapai tujuan dan target perlunya peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan pembukuan keuangan sederhana dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang sedang dan yang akan dihadapi beberapa mitra peternak usaha ayam potong di Desa Amoito dengan melakukan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan meningkatkan kemampuan untuk tertib administrasi dan melaksanakan pembukuan keuangan pada usaha ternak ayam potong. Setelah adanya kegiatan ini telah memberi pengaruh yang signifikan bagi peternak usaha ayam potong untuk tertib administrasi dalam pembukuan keuangan sederhana.

Abstract

BSM Customers in Kendari Branch searched, select and use the entire services of a bank if the quality of the bank's services is able to meet the customer's needs. However, this is not enough for customers if the value of the benefits of banking products offered is not in accordance with the perception of the applicable customer value. In this case the better the quality of service, trust and customer satisfaction, the higher the customer's loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kendari Branch. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of service quality, trust and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kendari Branch. The method used in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data that are qualitative and quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis software with the help of SPSS 16. The results show that simultaneously (together) between service quality, trust and customer satisfaction there is an influence Against customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kendari Branch while partially that the quality of service, trust and customer satisfaction there is an influence on customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kendari Branch

Abstract

Program Hibah Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan pelatihan pemanfaatan limbah serbuk gergaji kayu menjadi briket arang yang bernilai ekonomis pada kelompok pemuda di Kelurahan  Mataiwoi Kota  Kendari. Permasalahan yang dialami mitra adalah belum adanya sosialisasi pemanfaatan pengolahan limbah serbuk gergaji kayu menjadi briket arang yang merupakan salah satu energi biomasa alternatif yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mengatasi krisis energi khususnya sektor rumah tangga dan warung makanan dan lain sebagainya. Kurangnya pengetahuan keterampilan membuat briket arang sebagai alternatif bahan bakar yang ramah lingkungan serta kurangnya pengetahuan berwirausaha dalam pembuatan briket arang dalam menciptakan peluang usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan.  Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok pemuda dengan keterampilan mengolah pemanfaatan briket arang dengan menerapkan metode pelatihan, pembinaan, pendampingan dan meningkatkan kemampuan membina dan membekali  beberapa  kelompok pemuda di kelurahan Mataiwoi agar  mengetahui manfaat limbah serbuk  gergaji kayu menjadi briket arang yang bernilai ekonomis. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan dampak yang positif selain mengurangi limbah serbuk gergaji juga dapat menghemat penggunaan alternatif bahan bakar yang ramah lingkungan serta sebagai peluang usaha.

Abstract

Decisions regarding purchasing JAFRA Cosmetics International products are often influenced by other individuals, friends and communities. Along with technological advances and the development of social media with viral marketing E-WOM has an impact in terms of positive and negative statements of consumer behavior.  The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of viral marketing on purchasing decisions of Jafra products mediated by E-WOM. This study used an explanatory type of research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Jafra consumers in Kendari City. The sampling technique uses Purposive sampling of 50 respondents from consumers of Jafra products and data analysis techniques using Smart-PLS. The results showed that Viral Marketing does not directly affect Purchasing Decisions, but the existence of E-WOM is able to mediate Viral Marketing to affect JAFRA Cosmetics International Purchasing Decisions in Kendari City. The mediation variable model found in this study is that E-WOM has a role as a perfect mediation (Complete mediation). In this case, E-WOM has a greater impact on more effective marketing communications.

Abstract

Buah naga merupakan komoditas tropis yang banyak dibudidayakan dan dikonsumsi di Kota Kendari sehingga miliki potensi untuk diolah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi seperti keripik sehat. Masalah yang dihadapi pelajar SMAN 11 Kota Kendari adalah kurangnya pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta kreativitas dalam memanfaatkan kulit buah naga sebagai ide bisnis. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan, keterampilan teknis, dan semangat kewirausahaan pelajar  SMAN 11 Kota Kendari melalui pelatihan pengolahan kulit buah naga. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyuluhan, pendampingan, dan pelatihan langsung menggunakan pendekatan informatif dan praktik. Konsep yang digunakan mengacu pada experiential learning dan planned behavior theory yang mendorong pembelajaran melalui pengalaman nyata serta penguatan niat berwirausaha. Hasil kegiatan ini pelajar SMAN 11 Kota Kendari memberi dampak dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan  dan mengolah kulit buah naga menjadi keripik  sebagai ide bisnis yang berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Dan mampu berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan menciptakan produk bernilai ekonomis dalam mendukung inisiatif pendidikan nasional dan pengabdian masyarakat yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

IntroductionIn today's competitive marketing environment, knowledge sharing and effective training transfer have become essential strategies for enhancing employee performance. This study investigates how these two mechanisms influence the performance of Sales Promotion Girls (SPGs) for Unilever’s Islamic product lines in Kendari City, Indonesia. ObjectivesThe research aims to examine the roles of knowledge collecting and knowledge donating, as well as the transfer of training outcomes, in strengthening SPG communication and sales skills.MethodUsing a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were collected through 25 in-depth structured interviews, participant observations, and document reviews involving selected SPG participants and supervisors. Thematic analysis was conducted manually using the interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.ResultsThe findings reveal that formal knowledge collecting—mainly through structured training sessions—improves understanding of personal selling concepts and Unilever’s Islamic products. Informal knowledge sharing, including peer discussions, enhances practical skills but still faces challenges in conceptual depth. The study also finds that knowledge donating, although beneficial, is hindered by time constraints, uneven knowledge levels, and limited organizational recognition. Additionally, the transfer of training—delivered by Unilever’s internal supervisors and brand-specific trainers—is significantly influenced by hands-on field practice, collaborative coworker support, and motivational incentives, especially recognition from management for successfully applying training content.ImplicationsThese findings highlight the importance of integrating formal and informal knowledge-sharing mechanisms with practical training transfer strategies. The study implies that companies should provide applied learning opportunities and structured appreciation programs to foster a more collaborative and adaptive work environment that supports SPG performance.Originality/NoveltyThis research offers novel insights into how knowledge dynamics and training transfer operate within the marketing of Islamic (halal-certified) products in an emerging economy. Specifically, it contributes to the limited literature on frontline personnel development—such as Sales Promotion Girls (SPGs)—by highlighting how value-driven knowledge sharing and Sharia-aligned training practices enhance communication and sales effectiveness. This contextualized contribution bridges gaps in Islamic marketing literature, where most studies focus on consumer behavior or branding, rather than internal HRD mechanisms supporting faith-based marketing implementation.

Abstract

IntroductionIn today’s dynamic and competitive organizational landscape, leadership is a critical determinant of work behavior, motivation, and managerial effectiveness. In the Indonesian Islamic banking sector, leadership presents unique challenges due to the need to balance operational efficiency with Islamic ethical and spiritual values. Despite asset growth, reports from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) highlight stagnation in organizational effectiveness attributed to weak employee motivation and commitment. While Islamic leadership has shown potential to enhance work culture and motivation, its integration into management practices remains inconsistent.ObjectivesThis study aims to empirically examine the effects of transformational and transactional leadership styles on managerial effectiveness, mediated by Islamic leadership and work motivation, within the context of Indonesian Islamic banking. The study addresses gaps in the literature regarding the mediating role of Islamic values and work motivation and compares the effectiveness of two dominant leadership styles in a religious-based organizational setting. MethodUsing a quantitative explanatory research design, the study surveyed employees from three Islamic bank branches in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The total sample consisted of 57 respondents selected through purposive total sampling. Data were collected via a structured questionnaire using validated Likert-scale instruments. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) using SmartPLS to evaluate both measurement and structural models, ensuring robustness for small sample sizes and non-normal data distributions. ResultsThe analysis revealed that both transformational and transactional leadership significantly influenced managerial effectiveness, with Islamic leadership and work motivation acting as partial mediators. Transformational leadership demonstrated a stronger direct and indirect effect compared to transactional leadership. Islamic leadership emerged as a pivotal mediating variable that bridged modern leadership styles with religious organizational contexts, enhancing motivation and managerial outcomes. ImplicationsThe findings provide theoretical insight by introducing a new conceptual model positioning Islamic leadership as a core mediating construct in leadership dynamics. Practically, the study offers actionable strategies for Islamic bank leaders to align spiritual values with performance targets, informing policy development and training programs on Islamic leadership capacity building.Originality/Novelty Despite growing interest in leadership models in Islamic organizations, few studies have systematically examined the mediating roles of Islamic leadership and work motivation in linking transformational and transactional leadership styles to managerial effectiveness—particularly within the Indonesian Islamic banking sector. Moreover, comparative evaluations of these two leadership styles in religious-based institutions remain underexplored. Addressing this gap, the present study proposes an integrative model that reflects both the spiritual context of Islamic organizations and modern leadership theory.

Abstract

Initially a social media platform, TikTok has evolved into the most extensively downloaded medium for product promotion and sales, prompting both endorsement and critique. This study aims to explore the impact of enjoyment as a mediating variable between perceived interactivity, immersion, and buying decisions utilizing SEM-PLS analysis. Findings reveal that perceived interactivity and immersion significantly and positively influence enjoyment, yet perceived interactivity fails to significantly impact purchase decisions positively. Notably, enjoyment as a mediating variable demonstrates mediating effects on purchase decisions, with distinct degrees of mediation, including partial and full mediation.
