Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the health and economy of families, therefore, one of the things that needs to be  maintened during the Covid-19 pandemic  is choosing needs, maintaining cleanliness and food health  so that it not contaminated by bacteria, germs, and harmful subtances. Which can pose a threat to health. Food needs are currently a big problem for the community, because the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on family food nees has changed consumption pattern from shopping, processing and consuming food product, so it is necessary to pay attention to family groups who are vulnerable to problems with food products to thethreat of hunger. İn addition, the family financial recession due to the Covid-19 pandemic requires people to have the ability to face change so that family economic resilience is getting better. The purpose of this study was to analyze food security programs and family economic resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in data analysis is a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), in which the research uses books, national and international journals, related articles, and other literature that is searched, selected, and analyzed. The result of this research is the need to build food security and family economic resilience amid the food crisis that hit during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, it is necessary to diversify the sources of livelihoods to meet food and non-food needs, so that the economic resilience of the family also increases.

Abstract

Innovation ambidexterity has emerged as a fundamental strategic requirement for organizations striving to maintain competitive advantages in an increasingly digitized global market. This study aims to synthesize current research on service innovation ambidexterity, specifically exploring how firms balance exploratory and exploitative innovations through digital and social integration. The research employed a systematic literature review methodology, analyzing high-impact studies indexed in Scopus and Web of Science published between 2016 and 2025. Following the PRISMA framework, a thematic synthesis was conducted on 174 initial records, focusing on empirical evidence from diverse sectors including manufacturing, banking, and hospitality. The findings reveal that digital supply chain capabilities and transformational leadership are the primary catalysts for ambidextrous outcomes. Internal and external supply chain integration were found to significantly mediate the relationship between technological visibility and product innovation. Notably, while e-integration drives exploitative efficiency, its impact on exploratory innovation is subject to suppression effects by rigid supply chain strategies. Furthermore, informal social relations and relational capabilities were identified as vital drivers of supplier-led innovation in emerging economies. The study concludes that achieving innovation balance requires a synchronized approach of digital prowess and strategic flexibility. These findings imply that managers must move beyond standard integration to foster relational agency, providing a roadmap for sustaining operational performance amidst market volatility.

Abstract

The growth of the organic market and the demand for residue reduction are driving the need for environmentally friendly inputs, but biopesticide adoption at the farmer level remains limited. This study analyzes the dynamics of biopesticide demand by assessing the impact of willingness to pay (WTP), operational performance, and the Go Organic Program in two agroecological contexts: Bendunganjati Village (Pacet) and Randugenengan Village (Dlanggu). The research design was a quantitative explanatory survey (cross-sectional) using stratified random sampling. The instruments were validated and reliable. The analysis used multiple linear regression to test the influence of explanatory factors on demand and usage intensity, and an exponential smoothing approach to predict monthly demand. The results show that Willingness to Pay has a positive and significant effect on demand, the Go Organic Program has a negative and significant effect, indicating a possible substitution to biopesticide production practices, while operational performance is positive but not significant. The model is simultaneously significant, indicating that the variation in demand is explained by the three variables. For forecasting, a larger alpha provides the closest trace to the actual data and produces more accurate predictions for the following period than a smaller alpha. These findings confirm that strengthening WTP based on evidence of efficacy and redesigning the implementation of the Go Organic Program to encourage, rather than substitute, commercial demand is more crucial than operational improvements alone. Managerial recommendations include measurable demonstration plots, packaging economy, visual SOPs, stock and lead time management, and the integration of biopesticide materials into the Go Organic Program module.
