Bandung is one of the best tourist destinations in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Bandung has its own charm as a tourist spot with a variety of tourist attractions ranging from natural, culinary, heritage and cultural tourism. Tourism supports 40% of Bandung City's Regional Revenue and one of the tourist areas is Punclut. At first Punclut area was a green hills. Since the 1990s, there have been many travelers go to Punclut just to exercise in the morning. Now, there were more and more travelers with varied purposes, like for having meals or just hang out. Slowly, more and more commercial buildings were built in this area. Most of the designation is for restaurants. This conditions of course has an impact on the ecology of the area. Therefore, the authors conducted a study to determine an environmental sustainability in the Punclut area through the perceptions of tourists who have come to Punclut. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by conducting literature studies and distributing digital questionnaires through the Google Docs application. The results showed that environmental sustainability in the Punclut area was perceived by tourists who had visited there as "moderate" with a "good" tendency.

Peran biro perjalanan wisata dalam mengembangkan perekonomian dengan permintaan pasar yang cepat berubah, para pemerintah daerah dan pelaku industri pariwisata mempunya peran yang cukup penting dalam pencapaian kesuksesan di bidang pariwisata. Terutamanya di biro perjalanan wisata, selain mengembangkan bisnisnya, biro perjalanan wisata juga memiliki dampak terhadap kemajuan pariwisata di suatu kota. Menurut Hasibuan (2002:160), Kinerja diartikan sebagai hasil kerja yang telah dicapai oleh seseorang dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya berdasarkan kecerdasannya, usaha serta kesempatan yang dilakukannya. Banyaknya paket wisata yang tersedia saat ini, membuktikan keberagaman minat dari wisatawan dan permintaan pasar, itu juga bisa membuktikan dengan banyaknya kunjungan berbagai motivasi yang datang ke Kota Bandung. Dalam makalah ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan Jasa Belitung Utama (JBU) Tour And Travel Bandung. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa strategi bisnis yang paling dilakukan dari pemilik JBU ini adalah dengan pemasaran yaitu promosi melalui periklanan dan personal selling.

Abstrak: Desa Kadingeh, Kecamatan Barakan, Kabupaten Enrekang khususnya merupakan wilayah yang kaya akan ragam keunikan di desa, namun baik masyarakat maupun pengelola destinasi belum terlihat menyadari benar potensi tersebut sehingga penanganan desa yang memenuhi karakteristik sebagai desa wisata tidak dilakukan dengan semestinya. Untuk itu penelitian kali ini menitikberatkan pada identifikasi potensi yang dimiliki di desa kadingeh untuk menjadi desa wisata. Hasil identifikasi tersebut akan digunakan untuk pengembangan Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa dan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan melalui Desa Wisata. Dari hasil survey dan wawancara diperoleh data desa wisata kondisi dan potensi pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat, serta potensi wisata di lokasi desa. Di samping itu, untuk melengkapi potensi yang ada dalam penyusunan paket desa wisata, maka kunci keberhasilan adalah kesiapan dari seluruh penduduk untuk membuka diri dan berubah. Untuk menyiapkan penduduk agar mampu mengelola desa wisata maka perlu diberikan pelatihan kompetensi untuk mengelola desa wisata khususnya pada pengelolaan paket wisata, sehingga desa wisata dapat berjalan secara berkesinambungan Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Paket Wisata, Potensi Wisata, Desa Wisata Kadingeh Abstract: Kadingeh Village, Barakan District, Enrekang Regency in particular is an area that is rich in a variety of uniqueness in the village, but both the community and destination managers have not been seen to be fully aware of this potential so that the handling of villages that meet the characteristics of a tourist village is not carried out properly. For this reason, this research focuses on identifying the potential of Kadingeh Village to become a tourist village. The results of the identification will be used to develop a Model for Village Community Empowerment and Poverty Reduction through Tourism Villages. From the results of surveys and interviews obtained data on the condition of tourism villages and the potential for community-based tourism development, as well as tourism potential in village locations. In addition, to complement the potential that exists in the preparation of tourism village packages, the key to success is the readiness of the entire population to open up and change. To prepare residents to be able to manage tourist villages, it is necessary to provide competency training to manage tourist villages, especially in the management of tour packages, so that tourist villages can run sustainably. The coal mine closures have turned Sawahlunto into an idle city. By integrating the post-mining sites landscape and the Dutch colonial architecture heritage, Sawahlunto becomes a city of a kind. Therefore, the local government and the legislature (DPRD) as well as other stakeholders created a vision for Sawahlunto as a “A Cultural Tourism Mining City” in 2020, set in Local Government Regulation (PERDA) No 2 of 2001. The year 2020 was set as a target to motivate the local government and stakeholders to achieve the vision. As a matter of fact, Sawahlunto has been included as a World Heritage site by UNESCO as of 2019. This research aims to understand the role of stakeholders in developing and rebranding Sawahlunto, by using the Pentahelix model. This research uses a qualitative method along with the case study approach as well as utilizing interviews, observations and archival study as the types of research methodology. Finally, the result of this research shows that the stakeholders carry out their roles well and fully support the vision of Sawahlunto city.

Baturraden Botanical Garden is a nature tourism destination in Banyumas Regency with distinctive management focused on plant conservation, unlike nearby attractions that target mass visitors. It serves primarily as a conservation area, with tourism activities built around environmental education and ecotourism principles. Tourist perceptions play a key role in managing and sustaining this ecotourism destination. Understanding these perceptions aids in developing strategic plans, enhancing the destination’s eco-friendly image, and supporting local community empowerment. This study aims to identify tourist characteristics and perceptions of ecotourism sustainability at Baturraden Botanical Garden. Data were collected with a questionnaire survey measuring perceptions on ecotourism principles including recreation, conservation, environmental education, community empowerment and general tourism factors like accessibility and visitor satisfaction. Responses were recorded on a Likert scale from 1 to 5 and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Results indicate generally positive tourist perceptions toward ecotourism aspects of the site. Strategies including the enhancement of interpretive media and local community empowerment can be employed to preserve favorable tourist perceptions and guarantee ecotourism sustainability at Baturraden Botanical Garden. Keywords: Baturraden, conservation, ecotourism, perception, tourist Abstrak Kebun Raya Baturraden merupakan salah satu obyek destinasi wisata alam di Kabupaten Banyumas. Berdasarkan latar belakang dan fokus pengelolaannya, kawasan Kebun Raya Baturraden dibuka dengan fokus utama sebagai kawasan konservasi koleksi tumbuhan. Hasil dari kegiatan konservasi tumbuhan dan kawasan tersebut kemudian dimanfaatkan sebagai atraksi ekowisata. Pemahaman mengenai persepsi wisatawan tersebut berguna dalam penentuan strategi pengembangan, membantu pembentukan citra destinasi ekowisata ramah lingkungan, serta memperkuat dukungan kepada pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan persepsi wisatawan terhadap keberlanjutan ekowisata Kebun Raya Baturraden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan survei menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner dirancang untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terkait prinsip ekowisata, meliputi rekreasi, konservasi, pendidikan lingkungan, pemberdayaan masyarakat serta konsep wisata secara umum meliputi aksesibilitas dan kepuasan wisatawan. Variabel persepsi diukur dengan skala likert dengan rentang nilai 1-5 . Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya persepsi baik dari wisatawan terhadap berbagai aspek ekowisata di Kebun Raya Baturraden. Beberapa upaya seperti pengembangan media interpretasi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal dapat diterapkan untuk menjaga persepsi positif dari wisatawan serta menjamin keberlanjutan ekowisata di Kebun Raya Baturraden.
