Abstract

Penggunaan E-commerce dalam teknologi informasi semakin meningkat. Salah satu e-commerce yang sering digunakan akhir-akhir ini adalah marketplace. Dari sekian banyak yang marketplace yang tersedia, shopee adalah marketplace yang sering digunakan pelanggan, termasuk ibu-ibu PKK (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga). Selama ini ibu-ibu PKK hanya berperan sebagai pelanggan tanpa menyadari potensi keuntungan finansial yang dapat diraih. Maka dari itu kami menyelenggarakan kegiatan abdimas dengan bentuk pembelajaran dan pemberian pelatihan berniaga menggunakan marketplace shopee. Kegiatan ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk membekali ibu-ibu PKK di kelurahan Pabuaran-Cibinong dalam memaksimalkan marketplace shopee agar dapat berperan aktif dalam kegiatan perniagaan yang menghasilkan keuntungan finansial. Memaksimalkan market place shopee dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan meminimalisir pengeluaran karena tidak memerlukan toko fisik, biaya promosi atau biaya untuk membayar karyawan. Apalagi jika penjualannya masih dalam skala kecil, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK yang dapat melakukan penjualan tanpa harus meninggalkan kegiatan mereka sehari- hari sebagai ibu rumah tangga

Abstract

PT. Alssa Corporindo is a company engaged in the distribution of electronics and telecommunications. PT. Alssa Corporindo at all times supervises the recording of inventory. Inventory data processing is usually recorded in the general ledger based on the receipt of the purchase of goods from the supplier of goods. Recording is done so that the transaction of goods entering and leaving the warehouse can be known. So far, the recording of these transactions is done using paper media as transaction reports made by the warehouse department. Then the office administration section re-records these reports into the general ledger. The process of recording these transactions creates problems because errors often occur in recording or the information cannot be accessed quickly. Making reports of goods entering and leaving the warehouse is experiencing difficulties because there are more and more proof of receipts for each transaction. As a result of the inaccurate reporting data, the stock of goods is not in accordance with consumer demand. Searching for data on goods in the warehouse is very difficult because the documents between goods and physical goods are irregular. Based on these problems, research was conducted to overcome these problems. The research was conducted in system development using the WaterFall method. This research succeeded in building a new system to process inventory at PT. Alsa Corporindo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja PT. Wirama Mercu Metal dalam memproses pengolahan data transaksi penjualannya dapat menghasilkan informasi yang lebih akurat dan efisien memberikan layanan pembelian baja serta efisiensi dari setiap proses yang ada dimana pada sistem berjalan dalam pembelian baja pembeli harus datang langsung ke kantor PT. Wirama Mercu Metal, kemudian data-data yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelian baja diolah oleh penjual menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Excel lalu disimpan dalam bentuk arsip. Peneliti menggunakan dua metodologi penelitian dalam hal pengumpulan data dan perancangan sistem informasi. Dalam penelitian ini, tahap perancangan sistem menggunakan metode pengembangan System). Untuk menganalisis sistem berjalan. Sedangkan untuk pemodelan perancangan sistem mengunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi pada sistem informasi ini yaitu berbasis web dengan tools yang digunakan diantaranya Code Igniter sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai server database, serta pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi berbasis website yang mempermudah pembeli dan staff penjualan dalam proses pembelian baja.

Abstract

HRIS is a system that helps manage problems related to the management of human resources in the company. It contains data about employees, their qualifications, and their performance. Managing human resource data at PT. XYZ can be a challenge in itself. There are a variety of different systems and databases to manage, and it can be difficult to keep track of all the information. Companies find it difficult to obtain information about human resources because they are still managed manually. To help with these problems, a Human Resources Information System was created that can assist the personnel department in carrying out their duties, starting from the recruitment process to preparing reports, and producing information that can be used for decision making. The Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern is a popular way to structure code for software applications. This pattern is used in computer software development, where this pattern divides the application into three main layers: Model, View, and Controller. The model is the representation of the data model in the database, the View is the view between the user and the Controller is the application business logic processor. This makes the application easier to develop at a later date. There are various days that are most suitable for the company, depending on its development and needs.

Abstract

. The longer it goes on, the more changes occur in the rapidly evolving world of technology. Humans today are greatly facilitated by activities that are more practical and require less effort. This development occurs in almost all areas of human life, from children to adults. Digital product development can be one solution to improve community welfare. Digital products themselves can take the form of applications, platforms, or systems that can assist people in various aspects of life, such as education, health, economy, and others. However, not everyone in society necessarily knows and understands digital products themselves. Therefore, training and mentoring are needed to increase the community’s digital capacity and develop it according to their needs. Digital product development can also boost the creative economy and open up business opportunities for the community. Therefore, developing digital products can be a strategy to improve community welfare and reduce social inequality. In achieving the objectives of this activity, the implementing team used a counseling/socialization method in an event. The implementing team, acting as tutors, provided knowledge while also assisting the training participants in mastering the training material. This allowed participants to master the material while simultaneously practicing with instructor guidance. The results of this activity show that the partner group, especially the youth organization members, felt happy and helped because they were able to create whatever they focused on in developing a digital product
