Abstract

Akar korupsi tertanam jauh di sepanjang fase pemerintahan Indonesia yang sampai sekarang malahan semakin merajalela. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan alternatif strategi menihilkan korupsi di sektor pendidikan dan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi kepustakaan melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, secara umum, pemberantasan korupsi di seluruh sektor sepanjang fase pemerintahan Indonesia tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Sementara, secara khusus, lembaga pendidikan dan kesehatan merupakan korban sekaligus pelaku tindak korupsi. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan, diperlukan strategi menihilkan korupsi di sektor pendidikan dan kesehatan melalui strategi preventif dengan revolusi moral secara bersama-sama civil society sebagai kekuatan moral. Roots deeply embedded corruption in all phases of the Indonesian government which until now even more rampant. This study aims to find alternative strategies nullify corruption in the education and health sectors. Method of research is the study of literature through qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed, in general, to eradicate corruption in all sectors throughout the phases of the Indonesian government did not show significant results. Meanwhile, in particular, health and educational institutions are victims and perpetrators of corruption. The results of the study recommend it, annihilate corruption strategy is needed in education and health through preventive strategies with a moral revolution together civil society as a moral force.

Abstract

This study analyzes local tax efforts through the buoyancy rate method in 423 regions consisting of 341 Regency Governments and 82 City Governments in Indonesia for the period 2007 to 2019, using the panel data regression method with a fixed effect model. The research shows that changes in regional taxation policies with Law of Republic Indonesia Number 28 year 2009 concerning Local Taxes and Charges have a positive impact on efforts to collect Local Taxes with a significant increase in the value of the regional tax buoyancy rate. The value of the local tax buoyancy rate obtained is higher for the City Government than for the Regency Government, so it is necessary to adjust regional tax policies consistently to overcome the inequality of income realization that occurs between the Regency and City Governments in order to increase regional fiscal independence.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of brand leadership (consisting of the dimensions of quality, value, innovation, and popularity) perceived by consumers of an e-commerce website on customer satisfaction among private college students. The sample of this research was taken from 171 private college students using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality dimension has the most influence to drive customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity. The study notes that consumers have logical opinions on leading brands even when they are not yet popular. Online reviews and word-of-mouth reviews can be used to increase brand popularity based on the best product quality.

Abstract

Food security is an absolute requirement for the implementation of national development. Food security of the people in the Province of Aceh decreased rapidly because of share expenditure of the people on food. Food security still encounters many heavy obstacles, in the dimension of availability, accessibility, and utilization of food. Food security is not only associated with food, but more strategically it is associated with the fulfillment of quality of the nutrition and protein needed for human resource development, the determinant of future competitiveness of the Indonesian nation in order to improve employment and welfare. The finding of this research shows that food security and employment opportunity partially and simultaneously have significant effect on the household welfare of farmers in Province of Aceh.
