Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) struktur apa saja yang terkandung dalam naskah Sêrat Dongèng Asmadaya dan (2) id, ego, superego dalam naskah Sêrat Dongèng Asmadaya dari perspektif psikologi sastra. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah naskah Sêrat Dongèng Asmadaya. Data dalam penelitian ini meliputi struktur, psikologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan analisis isi. Validitas data penelitian ini menggunakan trianggulasi sumber data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan pemahaman makna yang dilakukan secara heuristik dan hermeneutik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan (1) struktur dalam naskah Sêrat Dongèng Asmadaya yang terdiri dari fakta-fakta cerita penokohan, alur, latar kemudian tema dan dari sarana-sarana sastra berupa simbolisme,dan (2) id, ego, superego dalam naskah Sêrat Dongèng Asmadaya dari perspektif psikologi sastra. Kata-kata kunci: Naskah Jawa, Psikologi Sastra, Bahasa Jawa

Abstract

This study aims to explain the form of modification and the factors behind the degradation of traditional values in Javanese wedding ceremonies as a result of the implementation of PPKM during the Covid 19 pandemic. The data source in this study is the event of Javanese wedding traditions in Jatipuro Karanganyar. The data are in the form of behavior, actions, words, and symbols in the Javanese wedding event in Jatipuro Karanganyar. Collecting data using the listen method using the recording technique, and the advanced note-taking technique. The research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The method of presenting the results of data analysis using informal methods. The results explain that restrictions on community activities during the pandemic have an impact on the modification of traditional wedding ceremonies. Javanese wedding traditions are sacred and noble and become a medium for the community in synergizing in the same 'feel', being friendly and helping each other to change. The change was caused by a modification to summarize the order of the wedding ceremony and a reduction in the number of participants or cultural actors involved, during the covid 19 pandemic. This has an impact on the degradation of the value of a Javanese wedding tradition. In the past, it was created by the ancestors to have hope as a symbol of the concept of prayer of hope, andum rasa (sharing happiness), guyub (crystallization of the value of harmony), tepa selira (understanding and respecting each other), tulung tinulung (helping each other), now everything is difficult to feel. People cannot be free to be part of the running of a tradition because of the prohibition on gathering and restrictions on community social activities. The results of this study are a scientific contribution and source of learning about socio-cultural changes in society and as a reference for stakeholder policies in taking strategic steps for implementing community activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study addresses the low proficiency and interest of students in reading and writing Javanese script, which are often attributed to monotonous teaching methods and the lack of engaging instructional media. The study aims was to evaluate the effectiveness of Flashcard media integrated with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving the Javanese script reading and writing skills of seventh-grade students at MTs Terpadu Al Mustaqim. This study employed a quantitative pre-experimental design using a One-Group Pretest–Posttest approach. The participants consisted of 32 seventh-grade students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using pretest and posttest instruments and analyzed using the Paired Sample t-test and N-Gain analysis. The findings revealed a statistically significant improvement in students' reading and writing skills, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The average N-Gain score was 0.6241 (62.41%), indicating a moderate level of improvement and demonstrating the effectiveness of integrating Flashcard media with the PBL model. These findings suggest that the use of interactive Flashcards combined with Problem-Based Learning significantly enhances students' proficiency in reading and writing Javanese script.
