Abstract

Dental caries among school-age children is a health problem that often occurs, but lack of optimal treatment. One of factor that might influence dental caries is cariogenic food, which sweet and sticky. The study aimed to identify the relationships between cariogenic food consumption and risk of dental caries among school-age children. The methods of this study was descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study were 163 school-age children selected by using random sampling technique. The analysis technique used was chi square. The result showed that most of respondents had high consumption of cariogenic food (55,8%) and high risk of dental caries (76,7%). It showed the relationships between consumption of cariogenic food and risk of dental caries (p-value < 0,05). The study suggest that health care provider need to prevent risk of dental caries by minimizing the consumption of cariogenic food among school-age children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang makna dari simbol-simbol budaya yang terdapat pada Naskah Bekesah Pusakrama yang berhubungan dengan konsep moral dan spiritual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif pendekatan semiotik dengan teknik analisis isi. Adapaun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 30 tembang (paragraf) yang memiliki makna budaya pada masyarakat Sasak, terdiri dari; 1) Percaya kepada Tuhan (Apage) sebanyak 5 data, 2) Cinta terhadap pasangan (Eros) terdiri dari 3 data, 3). Cinta terhadap sesama (philia) terdiri dari 9 data, 4). Cinta terhadap diri (Narsistik) terdiri dari 2 data, 5). Perduli terhadap lingkungan (Kosmik) terdiri dari 3 data, dan 6 ). Cinta terhadap negera (Patriotik) terdiri dari 4 data. Bekesah Puspakrama merupakan naskah taradisi lisan yang digunakan dalam berbagai kegiatan ritual adat. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan berdampak pada pengembangan pendidikan bahasa dan sastra sekaligus sekaligus sebagai upaya pelestarian naskah tradisi lisan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Contingency is a theory about finding a leader with the right situation. Contingency leadership assumes that the effectiveness of leadership is determined by whether or not a leader is suitable for his environmental situation. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of contingency leadership in educational institutions. The method used in this study is a library research where researchers examine and examine various existing sources to be used as studies in this study. The result of this research is that each leader will lead in a different way according to the existing situation and conditions. but there are three important things that must be applied by the leader, namely the relationship between the leader and members, the arrangement of the leader's duties to be carried out by the members, and the last is the strength of the position. These three things are things that a leader must have.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya media sosial, telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap cara institusi agama melakukan dakwah dan berinteraksi dengan umat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi transformasi yang terjadi pada institusi agama dalam mengadopsi teknologi sebagai sarana dakwah di era digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai strategi yang diterapkan oleh lembaga keagamaan dalam memanfaatkan platform media sosial, seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan Twitter, untuk menyebarkan ajaran agama, memperkuat hubungan dengan komunitas, serta meningkatkan partisipasi umat dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi memberi peluang untuk jangkauan dakwah yang lebih luas dan efektif, tantangan besar juga muncul, seperti kesalahpahaman ajaran, penyebaran informasi yang tidak akurat, dan pergeseran dari praktik ibadah tradisional. Artikel ini menyarankan perlunya pemanfaatan teknologi dengan pendekatan yang bijak dan terarah, agar dakwah tetap dapat menjaga substansi spiritualitas tanpa kehilangan makna dalam perubahan zaman. Kata Kunci: Institusi Agama, Transformasi, Era Media Sosial Abstract Technological developments, especially social media, have had a significant impact on the way religious institutions conduct da'wah and interact with the people. This article aims to explore the transformation that has occurred in religious institutions in adopting technology as a means of da'wah in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes various strategies implemented by religious institutions in utilizing social media platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, to spread religious teachings, strengthen relationships with communities, and increase people's participation in religious activities. The results of the study show that although technology provides opportunities for a wider and more effective reach of da'wah, major challenges have also arisen, such as misunderstandings of teachings, the spread of inaccurate information, and a shift away from traditional worship practices. Abstract

Communication is a fundamental element in modern organizational management. One of the most effective forms of communication in the work environment is assertive communication, which is the ability of individuals to express opinions, feelings, and needs in an honest, open manner, and while respecting the rights of others. This study aims to analyze the role of assertive communication styles in improving organizational performance, especially in the context of work relations, team effectiveness, and its contribution to productivity and well-being. The discussion in this article reviews two main aspects: first, the definition and characteristics of assertive communication styles in organizations; and second, how this communication style contributes to improving organizational performance. Assertive communication has been proven to be able to create a healthy work climate, minimize conflicts, speed up the decision-making process, and strengthen individual confidence and responsibility. In the long run, an assertive communication culture encourages the creation of an adaptive, inclusive, and solution-oriented organization. Leaders and employees who adopt an assertive communication style show improvements in work effectiveness, conflict management, and the ability to build harmonious working relationships. Additionally, organizations that build systems and policies that support open and assertive communication tend to have higher work performance. Thus, assertive communication not only serves as an interpersonal strategy, but also as an important foundation in building organizational excellence in a sustainable manner. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of assertive communication training and the formation of an organizational culture that encourages healthy and constructive self-expression.
