Abstract

This article aims to discuss the waqf model in the country's social financial system that can be used in Indonesia, especially in financing public goods. The analytical method used is literature study. The analysis shows that Indonesia can use the waqf money model to finance public goods by investing money waqf through Islamic financial institutions and / or Islamic financial instruments. This model is in accordance with the model that is also offered in money waqf management in Malaysia. So that the government can reduce spending especially on financing pure and mixed public goods.

Abstract

Indonesia has the largest number of Muslim in the world, therefore the potential of zakat can reach 3.46 percent of GDP. But in fact, total collection of zakat is not accordance with its potential. One of the solution which can be done is approach the millennial generation and take advantage of current financial technology. Along with the issue, the purpose of this research is to examine the faktors that influence millennials generation in Jabodetabek in their decision to pay zakat, infaq and alms through digital platforms. Based on the literature review, behavioral intentions will affect individual behavior of consuming an item or service, which in this study is behavior in deciding to pay ZIS through a digital platform such as OVO, GoPay, mobile banking. In addition, religiosity is a form of individual behavior towards their religion and it can influence the decisions to pay ZIS. By using PLS-SEM analysis, as well as survey data from the distribution of questionnaires to 153 respondents, it was found that intention behavior was significantly influential in the decision to pay ZIS through digital platform. While religiosity has no significant effect on the decision to pay ZIS through a digital platform.

Abstract

Masyarakat Melek Investasi adalah inisiatif program pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan semakin kompleksnya dunia keuangan dan meningkatnya peluang investasi, pemahaman yang baik tentang pengelolaan keuangan dan investasi menjadi sangat penting. Program ini mencakup serangkaian kegiatan edukasi, pelatihan, dan workshop yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar mengenai investasi, risiko, dan manajemen keuangan. Melalui pendekatan interaktif dan partisipatif, peserta diharapkan mampu mengembangkan keterampilan dan sikap positif terhadap investasi yang cerdas dan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilakukan oleh tim dosen dari Universitas Teknologi Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta, tetapi juga mendorong mereka untuk mengambil keputusan keuangan yang lebih bijak dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat secara keseluruhan.
