Abstract

This study aims to determine how to manage Islamic Religious Education learning by using cooperative problem e-learning during the Cocid 19 Pandemic. This type of research uses a qualitative type with field studies on Muhammadiyah High School Sukoharjo, Central Java with a descriptive analysis approach.The results showed that shows that the method cooperative problems e-learning is the ideal solution in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in Islamic Religious Education learning. Because this method can connect and solve problems that occur between students and technology today. The collaboration of the two concepts of cooperative learning and e-learning problems makes a very significant contribution to students to have the ability to understand the material, communication skills and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, critical analysis and skills in increasing faith, piety, and noble character, religious tolerance and harmony, and other skills needed by students. Thus, with the presence of technology 4.0, it really provides convenience in the limitations of the learning process through concepts and methods that can be solved easily cooperative problems e-learning

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Strategy Islamic education in educational institutions in Indonesia in the new norm era.This study uses a qualitative approach with field research in State Junior High School 1 Ambalawi, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. As for the process of data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the strategy of Islamic education teachers in the new normal era is carried out in accordance with the current situation this is a learning collaborate between face-to-face learning directly (offline) or indirectly (online), and sometimes carry out overall learning offline while staying on applicable health protocols. The process of implementing the strategy of Islamic education teachers in learning in the new normal era, namely by using the package books provided by the school while the learning videos are provided directly by the teacher. Supporting factors for learning strategies in the new normal era at State Junior High School 1 Ambalawi are support from several related parties, assistance internet quota, freedom to work and follow learning, teacher readiness in dealing with existing problems. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by Islamic education teachers in implementing learning strategies are: in the new normal era at State Junior High School 1 Ambalawi as follows: a) lack of student involvement, 2) students' unequal access to media and, 3) time-limited learning, 4) perception mistakes from parents, 5) lack of internet quota assistance, 6) decreased student enthusiasm, 7) communication media constraints. Thus the teacher is expected to be able to provide and develop more varied learning methods in the use of learning directly or through Go online by developing the use of online and offline learning instruments easier to evaluate learners

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic religious leaders in straightening aqidah in the Nyadran tradition in Wonogiri Regency, Central Java Province. This type of research uses a qualitative type with field studies in Plosorejo Village, Kismantoro District. While the research approach used is descriptive analysis. The data analysis used is using inductive analysis with an ethnographic approach. The results showed that the role of religious leaders in rectifying the aqidah related to the Nyadran tradition in Plosorejo Village, Kismantoro District, Wonogiri Regency was quite good starting as a spiritual leader, builder and claimant of the people and as a builder of social ethics through inclusive and varied methods. Abstract

This study aims to determine cash waqf from the perspective of sharia economic law by focusing on human resource management in Indonesian waqf savings wallets for the poor. This study uses a qualitative research type with a field study on the Indonesian Waqf Savings of Dompet Dhuafa Republika in Ciputat Indah Permai with an approach descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques are interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis uses data reduction, compiling categories, and synthesizing by inductive analysis. The results showed that human Resource Management implemented by TWI is by sharia, both in planning, recruitment, nazir selection, training, development, supervision, performance appraisal, and employee compensation. To create good corporate governance in the management of cash waqf, TWI should have a System Procedure. Because to measure the performance of cash waqf management, of course, it is guided by the operational standards that have been set.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the concept of halal tourism development in Indonesia in the new normal era. The research uses a qualitative type with empirical and exploitation, while the data sources come from related parties such as the head of the Bima Regency office, tourism actors and other parties. The secondary data comes from books, journals, websites related to halal tourism. The techniques used in the SWOT analysis. The results show that the tourism potential towards Sharia has a great opportunity.The implementation of sharia tourism potential will run productively if there is synergy between stockholders, the tourism office and the community around the tourism locationthe concept of collaboration of various elements is indispensable in supporting the development of halal tourism.
