Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of leadership toward the compensation & organizational climate,  the effect of the compensation on the organizational climate, and the impact of the compensation and organizational climate on the work motivation. Population of this study is all employees (62 persons) in Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi & Informatika of Padang Panjang Region. Based of slovin formula 54 employees were selected as the respondence, is path analysis was used answer the research problem. This study proved that the leadership ha significant influences toward the compensation & organizational climate, The compensation significantly effected on organizational climate and compensation & organizational climate significantly influenced the work motivation. Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the effect of price on customer satisfaction, 2) the effect of promotions on customer satisfaction, 3) the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, 4) the effect of price on customer loyalty, 5) the effect on customer loyalty promotion, 6) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, 7) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman. Type of research is ex post-facto, the study population is customer Kinali Adira Finance in District 890. Proportional sampling technique is simple random sampling. Samples totaling 110 people. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale models that have been tested validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction rates, 2) There is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction campaign, 3) There is a positive and significant impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, 4) There is a positive and significant impact on the price customer loyalty, 5) there is no significant influence on customer loyalty promotion, 6) there is a positive and significant impact of service quality on customer loyalty, 7) there is a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty customer satisfaction Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman. In terms of direct and indirect influence of price, promotion, quality of service and satisfaction to customer loyalty Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman amounted to 36.66%, found that customer satisfaction had the greatest influence of 18.75%. This suggests that an understanding of the direct satisfaction has a major role to the emergence of customer loyalty in the District of Adira Finance Kinali West Pasaman. Abstract

The aim of this research are to analyze: 1) influence of leadership toward the work enviroment, 2) influence of leadership toward the work satisfaction, 3) the effect of the work enviroment on the work satisfaction, 4) the influence of leadership toward the work discipline, 5) the impact of leadership toward the work discipline and 6) the impact of work enviroment on the work discipline. Kinds of this research is causative descriptive research. Population is all employees (46 persons) in Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura dan Peternakanof Pasaman Barat Region. Sampling method is stratified propotional random sampling so that were selected 41 employees as the respondence. Descriptive analisys , analisys rule and regulation test and path analisys were used answer the research problem. Result this research proved that 1) leadership hassignificant influences toward the work enviroment, 2)leadership hasn’t signifcant influence toward the work satisfaction,3) work enviroment hasn’t significant influence toward the work satisfaction, 4) leadershiphas significant influence toward the work motivation, 5)work  enviromenthas  significant influence toward the workmotivation, and 6) work satisfaction has significant influence toward the workmotivation. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership functions, work environment, and work motivation on personnel performance at the police station Pasaman Barat. Type of research is causative. The study population was all personnel at the police station Pasaman Barat. Sampling was based on stratified random sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that: (1) The function of leadership a significant effect on work environment, (2) The function of leadership and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation, (3) The function of leadership, work environment, and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. (4) The function of leadership have a significant effect on performance through work environment, (5) The function of leadership have a significant effect on performance through motivation, and (6) work environment significant effect on performance through work motivation. This suggests that the function of leadership, work environment, and work motivation has a significant effect, directly or indirectly, to the performance of personnel at the police station Pasaman Barat. Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the influence of leadership on compensation, 2) the effect of leadership on organizational climate, 3) the influence of leadership on employee motivation, 4) the effect of compensation on organizational climate, 5) the effect of compensation on employee motivation, 6) the effect of organizational climate on employee motivation on Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City. Type of research is ex post-facto, the study population was employee of the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City. The technique Sampling is a sampling population. Samples numbered are 42 people. The technique data analysis used is the Path Analysis. The results of the study showed: 1) Leadership significant effect on compensation of employees in the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City, 2) Leadership significant effect on organizational climate at the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City, 3) Compensation significantly influence the organizational climate at the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City 4) Leadership significant effect on employee motivation in the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City, 5) Compensation significant effect on employee motivation in the Department of Socia and Labor of Padang Panjang City and, 6) Organizational Climate significant effect on the motivation of employees working at the Department of Social and Labor of Padang Panjang City. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of quality of service (direct evidence and reliability), sales promotions, and location against customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang. The design of this research is descriptive. Population is customer saving on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang, which accounts for up to the end of December 2011 as much as 4667 customer. Total sample research 98 customer. The sampling technique used in the study is accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques to test research hypotheses are multiple regression analysis with the F test and test. The results of this study found that the quality of service to ascendant significantly to customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang with regression coefficients of 0,279, sales promotion effect significantly to customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang with regression coefficients of 0,249, and location effect significantly to customer loyalty PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk Unit Kodya I Padang Panjang with regression coefficients of 0,349. Key Words : Quality Of Service, Sales Promotion, Location, Customer Loyalty.
