Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the effect of price on customer satisfaction, 2) the effect of promotions on customer satisfaction, 3) the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, 4) the effect of price on customer loyalty, 5) the effect on customer loyalty promotion, 6) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, 7) the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman. Type of research is ex post-facto, the study population is customer Kinali Adira Finance in District 890. Proportional sampling technique is simple random sampling. Samples totaling 110 people. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale models that have been tested validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction rates, 2) There is a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction campaign, 3) There is a positive and significant impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, 4) There is a positive and significant impact on the price customer loyalty, 5) there is no significant influence on customer loyalty promotion, 6) there is a positive and significant impact of service quality on customer loyalty, 7) there is a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty customer satisfaction Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman. In terms of direct and indirect influence of price, promotion, quality of service and satisfaction to customer loyalty Adira Finance in Sub Kinali West Pasaman amounted to 36.66%, found that customer satisfaction had the greatest influence of 18.75%. This suggests that an understanding of the direct satisfaction has a major role to the emergence of customer loyalty in the District of Adira Finance Kinali West Pasaman. Abstract

Justice collaborators play an important role in law enforcement. The role or function of a justice collaborator includes disclosing a criminal act or the impending occurrence of a criminal act, so that the return of assets resulting from criminal acts can be achieved to the state, providing information to law enforcement officials, providing testimony in the judicial process. The aim of this research is to analyze the legal position of justice collaborators in the criminal justice legal system in Indonesia. This research uses a type of normative juridical research by analyzing primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of the research are that the legal position of justice collaborator has a very important role in uncovering a well-organized criminal act, or a particular criminal case, so that the suspect or defendant's request to become a justice collaborator must be granted. considered based on the evidence at trial in this case. It is within the judge's authority to grant the justice collaborator's request, because this will affect the sentence. In conclusion, justice collaborators are not regulated in the criminal procedural law book in Indonesia, but are regulated in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims, as well as Joint Regulations for Law Enforcement Officials and Witness and Victim Protection Institutions concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims. Abstract

The Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) is an institution established by the community for people engaged in education. PKBM has now become a forum or facilitator for meetings between learning needs and resources, a meeting facilitator between people with learning needs and learning resources so that learning events occur. The implementation of this service is to provide an introduction to the science of entrepreneurship to PKBM students so that later after completing their education at PKBM the students already have what business provisions are suitable to start when completing education at this PKBM. The methods used in this activity are lectures, questions and answers and simulations. Based on this, the solution given to students at PKBM is to provide material and an introduction to the tricks of starting and developing a business so that they are able to take advantage of existing business opportunities
