Abstract

The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling with a sample size of 55 respondents. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work stress on employee performance at PT Erafone Artaha Retailindo South Tangerang either partially or simultaneously. In collecting data using observation techniques and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 11.839 + 0.805. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (4.488 > 0.266). Thus H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance. Job Stress has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 0.994 + 0.940 X2. The correlation value is 0.910. This means that the two of them have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 8.29%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (16.017 > 0.266). Thus H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between Job Stress on Employee Performance. Leadership and Job Stress have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 1.567 + (-0.024) X1 + 0.949 X2. The correlation value is 0.900. This means that the independent variables and related variables have a very strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 82.9% and the hypothesis test obtained an Fcount value of 125.999 > Ftable 3.17. Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Erafone Artha Retailindo Tangsel.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Sharia Financing Saving and Loan Cooperative Mitra Sejahtera Raya Indonesia Tangerang Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that the Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Performance with a regression value of Y = 5.390 + 0.839X1. The correlation value is 0.760 (strong). The coefficient of determination R square is 57.8%. The t value is 10.335> t table 1.665. Work motivation partially affects employee performance, with a regression value of Y = 7.461 + 0.813X2. The correlation value is 0.894 (very strong). The coefficient of determination R square is 79.9%. The t value is 17.589> t table 1.665. Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously affect Employee Performance with a regression value of Y = 3.747 + 0.223 X1 + 0.675 X2. The correlation value is 0.903 (very strong). The coefficient of determination R square is 81.1%. The calculated F value of 171.002> F table 3.115 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Mitra Sejahtera Raya Indonesia Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi Y = 5,390 + 0,839X1. Nilai korelasi 0,760 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi R square sebesar 57,8%. Nilai t hitung 10,335 > t tabel 1,665. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai regresi Y = 7,461 + 0,813X2. Nilai korelasi 0,894 (sangat kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi R square sebesar 79,9%,. Nilai t hitung 17,589 > t tabel 1,665. Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi Y = 3,747 + 0,223 X1 + 0,675 X2. Nilai korelasi 0,903 (sangat kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi R square 81,1%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilyah II Tangerang Selatan. The method used is quantitative. The population of this study were 80 employees at the South Tangerang Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency and 80 employees were taken as samples using saturated samples. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that reward has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 53.3% and the hypothesis test is obtained t value > t table or (9,440 > 1,990). Punishment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 50.4% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (8,905 > 1,990). Reward and punishmnet simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 16,695 + 0,333X1 + 0,230 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0,776 and the coefficient of determination is 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F value > F table or (58,255 > 3,115).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of occupational health safety (K3) and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation in Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 62 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that occupational health safety (K3) has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 44.9% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.732 > 2.000). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 39.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.194 > 2.000). Occupational health safety (K3) and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.217 + 0.421X1 + 0.336X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (44.626 > 2.760).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan para karyawan sebagai sampel. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Serta, penelitian ini menggunkan berbagai uji penelitian yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien regresi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda Y = 16,979 + 0,218X1 + 0,361X2 +3,779. Nilai koefisien regresi pada variabel kinerja sebesar 16,979 menyimpulkan bahwa jika motivasi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) tetap (tidak mengalami perubahan) maka nilai konsistensi kinerja (Y) sebesar 16,979. Hasil uji t untuk Motivasi terhadap Kinerja sebesar (2,810 > 1,998) dengan sig. 0,006 < 0,05 dengan demikian H0 ditolak Ha diterima, sehingga secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan Lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap Kinerja sebesar (4,763 > 1,998) dengan sig. 0,000<0,05. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak sehingga secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan hasil perhitungan statistik uji f Motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap Kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar (17,450 > 3,100) dengan menggunakan batas signifikan 0,05, maka diperoleh nilai signifikan tersebut sig. 0,000<0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa simultan variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja fisik, mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work environment on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City. The background of this research arises from the limited implementation of career development programs and the less optimal work environment, which are suspected to influence employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sample in this study consisted of 86 employees of Ciledug District.. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale, while the data analysis was processed with SPSS version 26, including validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the career development variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 7.862 > t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 6.472 > t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance, with an F value of 35.487 > F table 3.110 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 46.1% indicates that career development and work environment contribute to improving employee performance, while the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other factors. The results emphasize the importance of continuous career development and a conducive work environment in enhancing employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT.Pratama System Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi ,uji koefiesn determinasi, uji hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Pratama System Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yatu sebanyak 65 responden. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis terkat Stres Kerja (X1) diperoleh thitung=6,953 > ttabel-1,998  dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT.Pratama System Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. Sedangkan, hasil uji hipotesis terkat Beban Kerja (X2) diperoleh thitung = 8,634 > ttabel =1,998 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Beban Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT.Pratama System Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. Kemudian, hasil uji hipotesis Fhitung = 48,298 > Ftabel = 3,145 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya dapat disimpulkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Stres kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT.Pratama System Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur.
