Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur, Disiplin, Komitmen Afektif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Populasi untuk penelitian pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 62 responden, dan memakai teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian memakai pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan uji instrumenya memakai uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis memakai uji t serta uji f. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, standar operasional prosedur (SOP) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Buadaya Organisasi memiliki berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) bagi pegawai di Perusahaan Air Miunum Tirtamarta Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota PDAM yang berjumlah 50 anggota. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel jika semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Adapun teknik analisis data yamg digunakan yaitu uji statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasakan hasil pengujian hipostesi menunjukan bahwa: Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini Kepemimimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Hasil dari penelitian ini tentunya dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dan acuan bagi Perusahaan Air Minum Tirtamarta Yogyakarta serta dapat memberikan peningkatan yang lebih dan spesifik lagi terhadap pemimpin dan karyawan serta tercapainya tujuan organisasi/ perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline, facilities, and locus of control on work performance. The population in this study were elementary school employees who were in the scope of the Regional Coordinator of Kapanewon Paliyan, Gunungkidul Regency as many as 175 employees. The sample in this study was 64 employees, the sampling technique used the slovin formula. The method of data collection in this research is to use primary data with questionnaires distributed to employees at elementary schools in Kapanewon Paliyan. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression, t test (partial), coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the effect of training, work discipline, and facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on work performance. While locus of control has no effect on work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and reward on the performance of employees of PT. Wika Cilacap Region. The meth-od used in this research is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from a question-naire with 51 respondents with a saturated sample technique. Then the data were ana-lyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simul-taneous), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that communi-cation had no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation had no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, reward had a posi-tive and significant effect on employee performance, and communication, motivation and simultaneous rewards had a positive and significant effect on performance. em-ployee. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Conscientiousness, Communication Satisfaction and Job Characteristic variables on employee performance. This research was conducted at KUD Sadar Sejahtera Musi Rawas. The sample of this research used total sampling so that the respondents in this study were 67 respondents. The test instrument used in this research is the Test of Validity and Reliability, Test of Classical Assumptions. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that Conscientiousness, Communication Satisfaction and Job Characteristics affect employee performance

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the influence of democratic leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of Basa-Basi Café Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The research population is all employees of Cafe Basa-Basi Yogyakarta, totaling 50 employees. The research sample is the entire population, amounting to 50 employees of Cafe Basa-Basi Yogyakarta. The technique of determining the sample using gross sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis, and classical hypothesis testing included testing for normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, as well as multiple regression testing. The results showed that democratic leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction had a partial and simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at Café Basa-Basi Yogyakarta.
