Abstract

Complaints and grievances of public services to the public service so that raises people's perceptions of how the performance of the employees of the District in serving the community public services. This study aims to prove the effect of partial and simultaneous variable abilities, discipline and employee satisfaction to employee performance at the District Office Rejoso Nganjuk. The method used in this sampling is sampling saturated or census, the number of samples is equal to the total population of the census called by employees at the district office Rejoso Nganjuk totaling 44 people. Analysis of multiple linear regression equation used to determine the effect of several independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study suggest that the ability, discipline and employee satisfaction partially affect the performance of employees at the District Office Rejoso Nganjuk. This is evidenced by the acquisition t each variable is greater than t table and the significance value less than the limit of significance 5%. The ability, discipline and employee satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the District Office Rejoso Nganjuk. This is evidenced by the acquisition of F count each variable larger than F table and the significance value less than the limit of significance of 5%. Job satisfaction which has dominant influence on employee performance at the District Office Rejoso Nganjuk when compared with the ability and discipline of employees working at the District Office Rejoso Nganjuk. This is evidenced by the large value of the regression of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze leadership, management and organization for the effectiveness of community services in Sonobekel Village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency. Data collection techniques are used by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to village groups and staff. The sampling method used in this study uses Purposive Sampling. The population in this study was the Community of Sonobekel Village, Tanjunganom Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency. While the sample in this study were 15 respondents. Then an analysis of the data obtained using quantitative analysis was carried out. Quantitative analysis is an interpretation of the data obtained in the study as well as the results of data processing that has been done by giving information and explanation. The results of data analysis concluded that Leadership, Management and Organizational Structure had a significant or partial effect on the Effectiveness of Community Services in Sonobekel Village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

Technological developments and the increasingly modern era of globalization are currently driving the times and lifestyles of an increasingly modern society which has led to the development of increasingly varied and complex consumer needs. So this research is entitled "Product Quality and Price In Influencing Consumer Purchase Interest at UD. Lumpang Mebel Nganjuk". The aims of this research are 1). To find out the quality of the product has a partial effect on consumer buying interest, 2). To find out the price has a partial effect on consumer buying interest, and 3). To know product quality and price influence simultaneously on consumer buying interest. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study used calculations with the slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was rounded up to 79 respondents. Source of data in this study using primary sources with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis by conducting a t statistical test for partial testing and an F statistical test for simultaneous testing. The results of this study concluded that 1) product quality partially affects consumer buying interest at UD. Lumpang Mebel Nganjuk, t_count 5.617 and Sig.0.000. 2) prices partially affect consumer buying interest at UD.lumpang Mebel Nganjuk, t_count 3.301 and Sig.0.001. 3) product quality and price simultaneously affect consumer buying interest at UD. Lumpang Mebel Nganjuk, F_hitung25.084 and Sig.0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance Through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol, Tulungagung Regency. To manage HR efficiently and effectively, organizations must pay attention to each individual through human resource management. The organization ensures the effective and efficient use of human talent to achieve organizational goals. This research is an explanatory research. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol, Tulungagung Regency. The population in this study were teachers and staff at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction at SMP Negeri 2 Sumbergempol Tulungagung.
