Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal skill, salesmanship skill, technical skill, and work motivation on salesperson performance PT United Tractors Tbk. Research variables include: interpersonal skill (X1), salesmanship skill (X2), technical skill (X3), work motivation (X4) as independent variables, and salesperson performance (Y) as dependent variable. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Samples are selected by using the method of purposive sampling. 55 salesperson are selected as samples in this study. Data collections techniques were using questionnaires, interview, observation, and documentary study. Based on the result of this study, interpersonal skill, salesmanship skill, technical skill, and work motivation have positive and significant influence on salesperson motivation. While the adjusted R square has value 65,9%, it means that interpersonal skill, salesmanship skill, technical skill, and work motivation give contribution to salesperson performance (Y) on 65,9% while 34.1% influenced by other variables which were not described in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Integrated Distribution and Export Document Supporting Service on Overall Service Excellence Perception at PT Bakhtera Trans Cargo Semarang. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. This research used questionnaire as the primary data. The amount of respondents are 46 who are customers of PT Bakhtera Trans Cargo Semarang. Based on the research that had been done, the independent variables (Integrated Distribution –X1 and Export Document Supporting Service –X2) effected the dependent variable (Overall Service Excellence Perception –Y) either stimultaneously and partially. The result of F-test shows that F sig. value about (0,000) < significance level (α=0,05). It means that the independent variables had significant effect on the dependent variable stimultaneously. Based on the t-test result, partial Integrated Distribution had significant and positive effect on Overall Service Excellence Perception with sig. value about (0,008)< α = 0,05 sig. level and coefficient of 0,279. Export Document Supporting Service had significant and positive effect on Overall Service Excellence Perception with sig. value about (0,000)< α = 0,05 sig. level and coefficient of 0,663. Based on the adjusted R-squared (R2) value about 0,565, which means 56,6% change in Overall Service Excellence Perception at PT Bakhtera Trans Cargo Semarang could be explained by two independent variables that were Integrated Distribution and Export Document Supporting Service. While the rest of 43,5% was explained by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of product variation and sales promotion toward sales performance of PT Muara Krakatau II both partially and simultaneously. The Independent variables studied in this research are product variation and sales promotion, meanwhile the sales performance is as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research using secondary data in the form of time series in quarterly starting at 2015-2017. The analysis method used in this research are classic assumption test consist of (normality, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity, autocorrelation, and linearity test), t-test,F-test, multiple linier regression test and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of structural equation is Sales Performance is 0,806 Product Variation + 0,331 Sales Promotion. The result of significant parameter t-Test stated that both independent variables namely Product Variation and Sales Promotion partially has a significant influence on Sales Performance. The result of F-Test shows that simultaneously there is a significant influence among Product Variation and Sales Promotion on Sales Performance. The coefficient Determination (Adjusted R2 value) of the model is (0,883) 88,3%, it means that the contribution of Product Variation and Sales Promotion to Sales Performance of PT Muara Krakatau II is 88,3%. The rest of the contribution 11,7% is affected by other variables that are not describes in this research.
