Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pertumbuhan pada anak salah satunya diukur melalui berat badan untuk mengetahui status gizi. Apabila bayi memiliki berat badan tidak sesuai usia resiko mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan, mudah terinfeksi penyakit dan penurunan kesahatan. Salah satu upaya mengatasi berat badan tidak sesuai usia dilakukan terapi pijat bayi. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi usia 6-12 bulan di PAUD terpadu ABATA kota Banjarmasin. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Experiment dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian bayi usia 6-12 bulan sebanyak 30 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi serta timbangan berat badan bayi. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon dan Uji Mann Whitney. Hasil: Mayoritas kelompok kontrol berjenis kelamin laki-laki 53,4%,berusia 11 bulan 26,7%,anak pertama 53,4%,tidak memiliki saudara kandung 53,4%,usia ibu 26-30 tahun 60%,tingkat pendidikan ibu S1 80% dan kelompok intervensi mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan 53,4%,berusia 10 bulan 26,7%,riwayat BBLR 53,4%,anak kedua 53,4%,1 saudara kandung 53,4%,pekerjaan ibu PNS 60%. Rata-rata berat badan kelompok intervensi sebelum 7260 gram dan sesudah 7826 gram dan rata-rata kelompok kontrol sebelum 8413 gram dan sesudah 8726 gram. Pengaruh pijat bayi usia 6-12 bulan terhadap kelompok intervensi sebesar p<0.001. Perbedaan bermakna rata-rata berat badan bayi pada kelompok intervensi sebesar 566.6 gram dan kelompok kontrol sebesar 313.3 gram (p<0.000). Simpulan: Ada pengaruh terapi pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi usia 6-12 bulan dan ada perbedaan pada kedua kelompok di PAUD terpadu ABATA kota Banjarmasin

Abstract

Background: Violence against women is a global public health problem, with an estimated one in three women experiencing physical, emotional, or sexual violence. Approximately one in three women worldwide have experienced physical or sexual violence. Intimate partners have the right to beat their female partners, violence experienced by women is often underreported. Purpose: to describe the causal factors that contribute to violence against women. Methods: Systematic review method, data sources, study selection, search, eligibility criteria, data collection, and literature taxonomy. These articles were published over a 6-year period from 2018 to 2023 with selection using PRISMA. the results found 12 articles that had been studied extensively to map the research area. Results: 61 variables consisting of two parts, namely demographic characteristics and factors that contribute to the cause were studied in the article. Based on the results of the article analysis, it was found that the dominant factors studied, and had a significant relationship to the occurrence of violence against women included: 1) age; 2) women's education; 3) place of residence; 4) family income; and 5) women's work. Conclusion: Based on the findings, the dominant factors are very important to be followed up in further research with an artificial intelligence (AI) approach using machine learning, which is an interdisciplinary collaboration, especially in the field of women's reproductive health, in line with the emphasis of the digital era on the use of AI.
