Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the training method on the accuracy of kicking at the goal of the FKIP Unpatti futsal player Patriot Patriotek. This research is an experimental study, where the author wants to know the ability of futsal player Patriot Penjaskesrek to improve shooting accuracy, with a one group pre-test-post-test-design research design. The method used in this study is an experimental method based on the reference Suarsimin Arikunto. Based on the results of submitting a hypothesis in this study that there is the effect of the training method on the accuracy of kicking at the goal of the Futsal Patriot player of the FKIP Unpatti Penjaskesrek Study Program. This shows that Squat, Heel raise, Cones drill, and Kick to the goal exercises can significantly influence the ability to kick into the goal so that it can be explained that the Exercise Squat, Heel raise, Cones drill, and Kick to the goal is one alternative that can used to improve the ability to kick into the goal on the Futsal Club Patriot FKIP Unpatti Study Program Penjaskesrek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of power training on mawashi kick speed in Maluku INKANAS karate athletes. By getting the results of the initial test (pre test) and post test (post test) of the effect of power training on mawashi kick speed in Maluku INKANAS karate athletes. Based on the calculation results, it can be seen that tcount = 7.631 and then consulted with the critical figure for the data ttable at both the 5% and 1% significance level by first determining the db or df where db or df = N-2 = 15-2 = 13. Thus for a significant level of 5% it is known that the value of ttable = 2.160 While for a significant level of 1% it is known that the value of ttable = 3.012 That means that at a significant level of 5% it is smaller than tcount greater than a significant level of 1% or ttable<tcount>ttable or in other words it can be concluded that 2.160 < 7.631 > 3.012. Based on the hypothesis testing criteria, if tcount > ttable, the alternative hypothesis or Ha is accepted and vice versa, the null hypothesis is rejected. Based on the test above, it can be concluded that power training has an effect on the speed of mawashi kicks in Maluku INKANAS karate athletes. That means the alternative hypothesis 〖(H〗_a) is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected 〖(H〗_o).

Abstract

Karate is one of the most popular martial arts branches and is in great demand by the public from children to adults, one of the most important basic techniques in karate martial arts is the ushiro mawasih kick technique which requires speed in executing the kick. This study aims to determine the effect of Speed Agility Quikness (SAQ) training on kick speed of Ushiro Mawasih, karate athlete inkanas dojo red-land halong. The research design used the One Group Pre Test Post Test Design. The population in this study were 10 athletes in the Inkanas Dojo Red-Land Halong Karate. Based on the results of data processing and testing using the t-test formula, it turns out that t-count = 7.6820 and t-table for a significance level of 5% = (N-2 = 8) = 1.8595, because t-count > t- table at a significant level of 5%, or 7.6820 > 1.8595, thus Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of Speed Agility Quikness (SAQ) training on kick speed of ushiro mawasih karate athlete inkanas dojo red-land halong. The conclusion based on the results of the discussion above is that the effect of Speed Agility Quikness exercises (scissor hops, lateral jump with two feet and front cone hops) is proven to have shown real effectiveness, meaning that this exercise can increase Ushiro Mawasih's kick speed in Karate athletes in Kanas Dojo Red-land Halong .
