Abstract

Anemia  masih merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama pada ibu hamil di Indonesia. Penyebab paling umum dari anemia pada ibu hamil adalah kekurangan zat besi,dampak kekurangan zat besi pada wanita hamil dapat diamati dari angka kesakitan dan kematian janin, serta peningkatan resiko terjadinya berat badan lahir rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawas minum obat tablet Fe pada ibu hamil yang anemia  terhadap kenaikan Hb di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Padang Luar Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini mengunakan desain quasi – eksprimen dengan mengunakan pendekatan “Non –randomized control group pretest – postest design”. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling yaitu dengan jumlah sampel 50  orang yang dibagi dua kelompok, 25 kelompok intervensi dan 25 kelompok kontrol. Pada kelompok intervensi melibatkan keluarga sebagai pengawas minum obat tablet Fe sedang pada kelompok kontrol tanpa  pengawas minum obat tablet Fe. Teknik analisa yang digunakan untuk kelompok intervensi dan kontrol yaitu mengunakan uji Wilkolson.Hasil uji stasistk kelompok intervensi dan kontrol didapatkan nilai p= 0,00 (<0,05). Maka dari hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh pengawas minum obat pada ibu hamil yang anemia terhadap kenaikan Hb. Maka dapat disimpulkan kerterlibatan keluarga dalam pengawas minum obat tablet Fe dapat meningkatkan kepatuhaan ibu dalam mengkonsumsinya sehingga dapat menaikan Hb dan menurunkan angka kejadian anemia

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep merupakan salah satu ruang lingkup mata pelajaran IPA. Buku sebagai sumber ilmu digunakan untuk memahami konsep pelajaran tersebut. Tetapi teori dalam buku kurang mendukung tercapainya pemahaman konsep sesuai dengan indikator. Untuk mengatasi permasalan itu, perlu dilakukan perubahan model dan media pembelajaran dalam pencapaian pemahaman konsep. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIB SD Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbasis laboratorium dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPA siswa kelas VIB SD Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang. Hal tersebut terbukti dari hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I kemampuan siswa di atas KKM sebesar 74% dan pada siklus dua meningkat menjadi 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media laboratorium dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPA bagi siswa.

Abstract

The habit of watching English movies provides an opportunity to learn language skills. Movies can be difficult for students to understand because they speak more quickly than they do in everyday conversation or English, but they can also be entertaining and help to improve specific English language skills, like listening. To measure English language skills, especially listening, reading, and structure, the English language test or TOEFL has recently become a very important thing to master in facing global competition and has become a prerequisite for graduation on various campuses in Indonesia. The study aimed to determine whether students' habits of watching English-language films and their listening comprehension on the TOEFL were related. The students were members of the English Education Department at UIN Alauddin Makassar.The study design used a quantitative approach and the correlation method. The researcher employed tests and questionnaires to gather data. The study's participants consisted of third-semester English Education Department students at UIN Alauddin Makassar. There were one hundred students in the study's sample. Random sampling was used for this study.The method of using a questionnaire to gather information about students' viewing habits of English-language films. The TOEFL exam was the method used to gather listening data. This data analysis method made use of the Pearson product-moment correlation. The results of the study indicate a significant positive correlation (rxy = 0.826 > rtable = 0.196) between students' listening and watching habits in English during the TOEFL exam at UIN Alauddin Makassar. As a result, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This statement indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' habit of watching English-language movies and their ability to listen on the TOEFL exam.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of an online attendance system and digital literacy on teacher discipline and performance in elementary schools. A quantitative explanatory research approach was employed to provide empirical evidence regarding these relationships. The research population consisted of 170 elementary school teachers in Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency, who were selected using proportional stratified random sampling to ensure representativeness. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The measurement model evaluation demonstrated strong reliability and validity across all constructs. Cronbach’s Alpha values ranged between 0.820 and 0.872, Composite Reliability between 0.881 and 0.911, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) between 0.649 and 0.718. Discriminant validity was confirmed based on both the Fornell-Larcker Criterion and the Heterotrait-Monotrait Ratio (HTMT). The structural model showed good predictive relevance with a Goodness-of-Fit (GoF) value of 0.366, indicating a large effect. Hypothesis testing results supported all proposed relationships. Digital literacy was found to positively influence teacher performance, while the online attendance system significantly affected both teacher discipline and teacher performance. Furthermore, teacher discipline was proven to have a positive effect on teacher performance. Mediation testing revealed that teacher discipline acted as a significant partial mediator in the relationships between digital literacy, online attendance systems, and teacher performance. The findings provide empirical validation for the Task-Technology Fit Theory and the TPACK Framework in the context of educational human resource management. This study confirms that digital transformation, through strengthening digital literacy and online systems, represents an effective strategy to improve teacher professionalism and enhance academic quality in elementary schools.

Abstract

Anemia is still one of the major health problems in pregnant women in Indonesia. The most common cause of anemia in pregnant women are iron deficient, the impact of iron deficiency in pregnant women can be observed from fetal morbidity and mortality, as well as increased risk of low birth weight. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Fe tablet medicine supervisor on pregnant women with anemia of Hb increase in work areas of Padang Luar public health center sub province Agam 2012. Design of study was quasi - experiment with "non-randomized control group pretest - posttest design". Samples were taken in Total sampling technique amount to 50 subjects who were divided into two groups, 25 groups of intervention and 25 group of control. In the intervention group involves the family as a supervisor to take medication tablet Fe while in the control group without medication tablet Fe supervisor. Analysis techniques used for the intervention and control groups using the Wilkolson test to see a significant. The statistical test result in intervention and control groups obtained the value p = 0.00 (<0.05). Hence, from the results of this study, there was influence of medication supervision of anemia in pregnant women to increase Hb. It can be concluded that the involvement of family in supervise the medication can improve the obedience of mothers consuming Fe tablets, then increase Hb and decrease anemia incidence.
