Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menyelidiki pengaruh Syariah Compliance Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Koperasi Keuangan Mikro Islam. Studi Kasus pada BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional di Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Teknik  analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria sampel. Pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada Nasabah BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional di Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian menemukan bahwa secara sharia compliance berkorelasi cukup kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the trading strategy in the perspective of Islamic Business ethics in the Pringsewu Main Market. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of the study show that sellers have not applied business ethics that are in accordance with sharia, they more often apply ethics based on personal will in the pursuit of profit. This is influenced by educational and cultural factors. Education is one of the important factors in the formation of personality and ethics, especially in business activities. Culture can also lead to different perceptions and ethics among sellers when making sales transactions or about something.

Abstract

The existence of computers is a very important element in human life so that it can facilitate human work. The use of computers is not only limited to educational needs, but also involves general problems such as in business services, social or other needs where human needs will be met. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the promotion or sale of Pringsewu Lampung Pagelaran woven cloth and to help improve the superiority of Pringsewu Lampung Pagelaran woven cloth to be better known outside the area online and to make it easier for consumers to order a product. The research method used is the Waterfall method. From this research, it can be concluded that with e-business web applications, the promotion and sales process can be done quickly and can improve competitive advantage in Lampung woven fabrics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the opportunities and challenges of Islamic financial institutions in facing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and how the strategies of Islamic Financial Institutions to win the competition of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach that seeks to analyze various challenges, opportunities and strategies of Islamic Financial Institutions in facing the AEC (Asian Economic Community). The results of the study indicate that the opportunities for Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia can be strong in the face of the MEA. The challenges for Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia are the low quality and quantity of human resources with a sharia economic background, the sharia financial market share which is still relatively small compared to conventional finance, the level of understanding and awareness of sharia society is still lacking in the economy, lack of product development innovation and services that are competitive and based on community needs. Lack of support from the government, both in the form of regulatory support and government capital support. Strategies that must be carried out by LKS in Indonesia to increase competitiveness so that they are able to survive in the MEA competition are: Improving the quality and quantity of human resources, socialization and education to the community, service improvement and product differentiation, and support from all stakeholders, especially the government.
