Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, e-service quality, and image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator variable. Sample 200 respondents are customer who are transaction on the marketplace in Indonesia. Data collection using a closed questionnaire was measured by a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis method uses path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed (1) trust, e-service quality, and image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) trust, e-service quality, and image had a significant effect on customer loyalty (3) customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty (4) trust and image had a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as modiator variable, while e-service quality have no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediator variable. Keywords: trust, service, image, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

Pokoh Hamlet, Ngijo Village, Tasikmadu District, Karanganyar has various potentials, one of which is the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms. The main constraints on the marketing aspect and the tight competition of oyster mushroom craftsmen. The PKM team intends to help Partners provide marketing strategy development training. With this training, partners are expected to have better marketing skills. The PkM activity was held on Saturday 25 March 2023 with the aim of providing training in developing marketing strategies. This training activity received a positive response from Partners. From the results of the question and answer, Partners have understood the material related to marketing strategy development. The results of this training are expected to be a provision for Partners in developing their business and making a major contribution to sales and profits.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini mengkaji secara empiris efek dari budaya kerja, SPIP, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik pengujian secara partial dan keseluruhan. Dari 73 pegawai DLH Surakarta dipakai sebagai sampel. Seluruh data dari kontruk riset ini dikumpulkan via kuesioner. Dari data terkumpul, item seluruh konstruk telah memenuhi validty dan reliability test. Analisis regresi linier berganda dipakai sebagai alat atau teknik data analyze. Hasil riset budaya kerja, SPIP, kompensasi memiliki efek positif signifikan pada kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to understand how job satisfaction can mediate between leadership effectiveness and employee performance. In this study, quantitative research methods were used. Data were collected with the help of questionnaires and a sample of 115 employees. Path analysis and descriptive analysis are the data analysis methods used. Research findings show that all variables have a positive effect can be seen from 1) leadership effectiveness has an impact on job satisfaction variables. 2) Leadership effectiveness has an impact on employee performance. 3) Job satisfaction has an impact on employee performance. 4) The results of this study state that indirect influence is more potent than direct influence. Then job satisfaction is used as an intermediary between job placement variables and employee performance. Keywords: leadership effectiveness, job satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Tujuannya adalah untuk menguji pengaruh moderasi imbalan finansial dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap pengaruh religiusitas dan pengetahuan akuntansi syariah terhadap niat mahasiswa akuntansi di Solo Raya untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 mahasiswa akuntansi di Solo Raya, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kriterianya, mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan lulus mata kuliah Akuntansi Syariah. Metode analisis menggunakan Moderating Regression Analysis dan uji t. Hasil (1) religiusitas dan pengetahuan akuntansi syariah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat mahasiswa untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah. (2) Imbalan finansial dan pertimbangan pasar kerja bukan merupakan variabel moderasi pengaruh religiusitas terhadap niat mahasiswa untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah. (3) Imbalan finansial dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terbukti menjadi variabel moderasi yang dapat memperkuat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap niat mahasiswa untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Kata Kunci : religiusitas, pengetahuan, imbalan, pasar tenaga kerja, niat, akuntansi syariah ABSTRACT Objective, to examine the moderating effect of financial rewards and labor market considerations on the influence of religiosity and knowledge of sharia accounting on the intentions of accounting students in Solo Raya to have a career in Islamic financial institutions. The study using sample of 100 accounting students in Solo Raya, with purposive sampling technique. Criteria, final year students and pass the Sharia Accounting course. The method of analysis using Moderating Regression Analysis and t test. Results (1) religiosity and knowledge of sharia accounting have no significant effect on students' intention to have a career in Islamic financial institutions. (2) Financial rewards and labor market considerations are not moderating variables on the effect of religiosity on students' intention to have a career in Islamic financial institutions. (3) Financial rewards and labor market considerations are proven to be moderating variables that can strengthen the influence of religiosity on students' intention to have a career in Islamic financial institutions.
