Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and perceptions of organizational support on employee performance at Manyaran Sub-District Office with a quantitative approach. The hypothesis of this study is that work motivation, work discipline and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The population of all employees of Manyaran Sub-District Office is 42 people.using saturated samples. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data used are primary and secondary data. To test the quality of the data used validity, reliability, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The hhypothesis Testing with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that work motivation and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has no significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation is the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination of Adjusted R Square is 0.888. This means that 88.8% of the variation in employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of work motivation, work discipline and perceived organizational support, while the remaining 11.2% is explained by other variables not proposed in this study. Abstract

Purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion on job satisfaction and employee performance. The population in this study is the employees of the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency with a total of 90 employees. This study took a sample of 90 respondents with the sample method used by the researcher was the census, namely the entire population was sampled. The analytical technique used is to use an instrument test which includes validity and reliability tests, linearity tests, regression analysis, path analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test and correlation analysis. The results of the leadership hypothesis test have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. promotion has no significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Promotion has no significant negative effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the F test can be concluded that the variables of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency. The total R2 value of 0.944 means that the performance of employees in the Regional Water Company of Sragen Regency is explained by the variables of leadership, organizational culture, job promotion and job satisfaction of 94.4% and the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside the research model as an example of competence, work stress and work environment. Based on the results of the analysis, both direct and indirect effects, the indirect influence of leadership on performance through job satisfaction is the most effective or dominant influence on performance when compared to other paths. Job satisfaction variable proved to be effective or in research proved to be a mediating variable. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Promotion, Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Ngijo Village, Tasikmadu District, Karanganyar Regency has various potentials, one of which is the snack industry. Observation results, Partners have a good opportunity as evidenced by an increase in sales turnover every month. Partners have taken advantage of marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, OLX. Partner's understanding of banking digitalization is important to have, the problem is that Partners have not used internet banking. Community Service Activities carried out on Saturday 23 July 2022 in the form of a Workshop aimed at introducing internet banking as a strategy to improve sales performance. In practice, all partners are very enthusiastic about participating in the Workshop. By looking at the performance of Partners participating in simulations and doing exercises, it shows an increase in understanding where student partners have gained a good understanding of the use of internet banking to improve sales performance.

Abstract

To realize organizational goals, high discipline from all elements of the organization is required. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership and work environment on employee work discipline. This research is a quantitative study. The population as well as the sample are employees at a notary office. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 33 employees. Research instruments with questionnaires are tested with validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data analysis method with multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study showed that compensation has a significant effect on work discipline, leadership has a significant effect on employee work discipline, and the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee work discipline. Leadership has the greatest influence on the work discipline of employees. Keywords: compensation, leadership, work environment and discipline

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on employees, work environment, and competence on employee performance at Bank Jateng Boyolali Branch. This research is a quantitative research by analyzing primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to all respondents. While secondary data is the data obtained from the data that has been at Bank Jateng Boyolali Branch. Population in research this is employee at Bank Jateng Boyolali Branch with the amount of 88 employees. The data obtained were then analyzed by quantitative methods. The results of this study are motivation work, work environment, and competence has positive and significant influence to performance employees at Bank Jateng Boyolali Branch. Other results also show motivation work, environment work and competence by together have positive and significant influence to performance employees at Bank Jateng Boyolali Branch. Abstract

This study aims to understand how job satisfaction can mediate between leadership effectiveness and employee performance. In this study, quantitative research methods were used. Data were collected with the help of questionnaires and a sample of 115 employees. Path analysis and descriptive analysis are the data analysis methods used. Research findings show that all variables have a positive effect can be seen from 1) leadership effectiveness has an impact on job satisfaction variables. 2) Leadership effectiveness has an impact on employee performance. 3) Job satisfaction has an impact on employee performance. 4) The results of this study state that indirect influence is more potent than direct influence. Abstract

Data were collected with the help of questionnaires and a sample of 115 workers. Path analysis and descriptive analysis are the data analysis methods used. Research findings show that all variables have a positive effect from 1) organizational commitment impacts employee performance variables. 2) Organizational commitment has an impact on job satisfaction. 3) Job satisfaction has an impact on employee performance. 4) The results of this study state that indirect influence is more substantial than direct influence, then organizational commitment is used as an intermediary variable between job placement variables and employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana komitmen organisasi dapat beroperasi sebagai faktor moderasi antara kinerja karyawan dan penempatan kerja. Teknik penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penyelidikan ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan sampel sebanyak 115 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari seluruh variabel, dibuktikan dengan: Pengaruh variabel penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah signifikan. Dampak penempatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang signifikan untuk dipertimbangkan. Tingkat komitmen organisasi yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja mereka. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa dampak tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada dampak langsung. Konsekuensinya, konsep komitmen organisasi digunakan sebagai konstruk perantara yang membentuk hubungan antara faktor penempatan kerja dan efektivitas karyawan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengembangan karir dapat digunakan sebagai faktor moderating antara sifat kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan. Dengan bantuan kuesioner dan sampel 146 pekerja, data dikumpulkan. Analisis jalur dan analisis deskriptif adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel berpengaruh positif dapat dilihat dari: 1) Pengembangan karir mempunyai dampak terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. 2 ) Pelatihan kerja berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. 3) Kepuasan kerja memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengaruh tidak langsung lebih kuat daripada pengaruh langsung, maka kepuasan kerja digunakan sebagai variabel perantara antara karakteristik yang berkaitan dengan kinerja karyawan dan variabel yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja. Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kepegawaian Daerah (BPPKD). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya seluruh karyawan berjumlah 48 orang, menggunakan pendekatan sensus. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan angket. Alat analisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji F. Temuan penelitian: 1) Pelatihan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. 2) Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir, pelatihan.
