Abstract

Decision making is very necessary in choosing the application for Single Tuition Assistance at Budidarma University because to get Single Tuition assistance is very limited, a selection is carried out before the data is sent to Tertiary Education Institutions I North Sumatra. Solving the problem above requires a way to make a decision on the Selection of Single Tuition Aid at Budidarma University with the WASPAS method. The reason for using the WASPAS method for making a decision can help and make it easier to do the selection. The weighting approach using the SWARA method, with a decision-making method so that the results help decision makers make decisions accurately. Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Pertama Swasta PGRI 24 Medan sebagai salah satu sekolah menengah dikota medan yang memiliki tekad menjadi lembaga unggul dan mejadi rujukan dalam inovasi belajar. kualitas guru salah satunya melalui pembelajaran online dimasa pendemi. Untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran tersebut salah satu yang bisa digunakan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, Kemajuan teknologi ini berdampak pada semua aspek kehidupan yang berhubungan dengan dunia informasi dan teknologi. Salah satu bentuk perkembangan teknologi adalah Internet. Dengan internet kita dapat mengetahui berbagai informasi yang tersebar diberbagai negara. Pada pelatihan ini diterapkan pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) dimasa pendemi yang memanfaatkan salah satu aplikasi google classroom dengan pendekatan model pembelajaran kolaboratif. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini diharapkan dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa Pendemi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI 24 Medan dapat memberikan materi secara daring sehingga siswa/siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI 24 Medan dapat mendapatkan materi dengan lebih mudah dan cepat. Proses pemberian tugas dan kuis dapat juga dilakukan secara online akan mempermudah proses belajar mengajar pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI 24 Medan. siswa/siwi  dapat memberikan pertanyaan langsung melalui komentar pada materi yang belum dipahami dan  siswa/siswi lain juga dapat saling berinteraksi satu dengan lainnya,sehingga diskusi kelas bisa berjalan dengan baik.kata kunci : PGRI 24 Medan, Daring,Google classroom, materi dan onlien.

Abstract

Pituitary tumors are relatively common intracellular neoplasms, and constitute 10-15% of all intracial neoplasms. These types of tumors often have difficulties and not infrequent recurrence, even though surgery has been done. Although there have been many studies on pituitary tumors, the pathogenesis of the occurrence of these tumors is not entirely clear. It is generally considered that pituitary neoplasms are primary pituitary tumors. Biomolecular electrons show that pituitary tumors, both functional and non-functional, originate from the growth of one clone (monoclonal). The Dempster-Shafer method is used to look for inconsistencies in effects and also new facts that will change existing attitudes, using the Dempster-Shafer method that allows a person to be safe in the work of an expert. This study aims to apply the Dempster-Shafer method to expert systems to diagnose the risk level of a person's pituitary tumor based on factors and symptoms of a pituitary tumor. The problem experienced by the community is the difficulty of specialist pituitary tumors due to the limited time of specialists to work, besides that in terms of very expensive costs for them or those whose economies cannot diagnose or consult with tumor specialists.

Abstract

Edge detection of an image is one way to determine the authenticity of the data, at this time many scans are inefficient due to poor quality and unclear image colors. One of the problems that is often found is in the ct scan results to find out the truth of a disease. In this study, the problems that will be detected are the CT scan results of the lungs using the Error Level Analysis and Laplacian of Gausian method. The identification system can be seen from the results of a good file extraction. Extraction can be done by taking one part of the CT image. scan, and the part that is easiest to find is the edge of the image. The process of applying the Error Level Analysis and Laplacian of gausian method is by combining the Error Level Analysis method and the Lapciaan of gausian method. Method (ELA) a method is a modified image detection technique by restoring a new image, in the sense that it has been compressed after performing the calculation process on changing the compression level of the image. Meanwhile, the Laplacian of gausian method is a technique for detecting the edges of an image, so that the problem solving process is carried out by detecting the modified image and then proceeding to detect the edges of the image to determine the authenticity of the image. The results obtained from this study are the edge detection process of CT-Scan results obtained from the mean value of the Mean Square Error pixel

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem informasi interaktif yang menyediakan informasi, pemodelan dan pemanipulasian data. Sistem ini digunakan untuk membantu pengabilan keputusan dalam situasi yang semi terstruktur dan situasi tidak terstruktur. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibangun untuk mendukung solusi atas suatu masalah atau untuk mengevaluasi suatu peluang. Begitu pun untuk menentukan bidang keahlian pada SMK Swasta Mulia Pratama. Untuk menentukan bidang keahlian setiap siswa, maka dibutuhkan suatu metode promethee agar dapat memudahkan sekolah dalam menentukan bidang keahlian siswa/I tanpa harus mewawancarai secara langsung. Metode promethee ini sering disebut dengan metode penjumlahan terbobot. Konsep dasar metode promethe adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut.

Abstract

The importance of information value causes often the information desired by certain people can then modify it. To be able to validate the information obtained, authentication must be done so that the authenticity of the information is known. Signature is a marker or identity in a document. Signatures have an important role in verifying and legalizing documents. To secure digital signatures, a hash function can be processed, a hash consisting of a Secure Hash Algorithm. The Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA-1) method is a hash function that works in one direction, this means that messages that have been converted into message digest cannot be returned to the original message. Two different messages will always produce different hash values, and results from different string length input will result in an autput with a fixed string length of 160 bits.

Abstract

Determining the best ranking of districts in the Province of North Sumatra is done by determining the existing criteria, so the North Sumatra provincial government will easily determine which districts will be ranked as the best districts. selection is done by looking at the data that is in the North Sumatra provincial government and how the district has performed for the previous year. The problem faced by the selection team is how to determine the best districts from a number of alternatives that have advantages and disadvantages of each district so that they are not well targeted in providing the best assessment to be analyzed. This system is a Decision Support System (SPK) which was built using the WASPAS method and designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and using a Microsoft Access database. Data processing will be carried out by the Selection Team from North Sumatra provincial government by entering data or criteria for the district. then the system will perform calculations according to the WASPAS principle which will eventually produce a ranking of the best districts in the province of North Sumatra.

Abstract

The numerous issues often encountered in securing confidential messages revolve around message leaks. Message leaks occur through various means, such as eavesdropping. Eavesdropping happens when unauthorized parties manage to access and obtain information from ongoing communications. One way to maintain the confidentiality of secret messages is through encryption and decryption, known as cryptography, achieved by transforming the original message (plaintext) into a secret message (ciphertext). In this study, the results of the encrypted character ciphertext are v, v, w, ^, ™, ʽ, ¦, ¥, -, ¼, Ý, ó, ⁒, x, [], ", [], #, S, a, I, p, p. These findings can serve as an alternative solution to safeguard message confidentiality, ensuring only the message owner and those with knowledge of the key can access it. The Gronsfeld Cipher cryptographic method can also enhance the security of the Quicksort algorithm, a cryptographic algorithm, by generating a more randomized text message that does not reveal patterns connecting it to the original text message.
