Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

CorelDRAW X3 merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dipelajari pada pelajaran maupun mata kuliah desain grafis. Adapun dengan banyaknya tool dan fungsi menubar yang terdapat pada aplikasi CorelDRAW X3 menjadi salah satu kendala tidak tercapainya target belajar pada pembelajaran konvensional. Selain itu tambahanan jam pelajaran konvensional juga dianggap tidak efektif. Untuk mengatasinya penulis memberikan ide berupa merancang aplikasi pembelajaran CorelDRAW menggunakan metode web based learning untuk jam tambahan dirumah sekaligus menghemat waktu. Keberadaan metode pembelajaran berbasis web (WBL) dirasakan sangat membantu menyelesaikan target belajar CorelDRAW X3 dan menghemat waktu karena proses pembelajaran bisa dilakukan dimana saja yang masih terhubung dengan internet. Melalui aplikasi pembelajaran CorelDRAW X3 ini menggunakan metode web based learning ini diharapkan bisa membantu guru ataupun dosen maupun pelajar ataupun mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan target belajar dan membantu menghemat waktu. Selain itu aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa membantu orang-orang yang ingin belajar CorelDRAW X3 secara otodidak.

The Covid-19 virus that entered Indonesia, especially the city of Medan, forced the government to cancel face-to-face learning activities and replace them with online learning. This makes some students have difficulty understanding the learning provided by the lecturer online, as well as the eighth semester who carries out online thesis guidance using several learning applications. This difficulty brings students to stress, besides they do not understand the lecturer's instructions plus pressure from their families who force them to finish their thesis as soon as possible. Communication is the solution to this problem. Good form and communication will reduce the impact of stress on students and can motivate them to go through the implementation of the thesis without heavy stress

The selection of the Service Ambassador event is a consistent manifestation of PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, so that the best service can be accepted by the community. Service Ambassador is one of the selection of employees precisely with the best cashier position. Improving customer service skills must be a priority every day for every business that wants to excel in today's competitive market. Moreover, every interaction with the customer, provides an opportunity for customers to spread the best service to other potential customers. Through the selection of the Medan Service Ambassador, PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk moved more aggressively to improve services. The method used in this decision support system is the VIKOR (Vise criterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje) method. This method ranks alternatives and determines the ideal compromise solution, so that this system can later benefit PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk to get the title in determining the best Medan Ambassador service employees to be referred to the national level. From the selection results of the Service Ambassador event, PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk, hopes that the best service is truly acceptable to the community and can increase the level of sales which is greatly improved which can be beneficial for PT. The development of information technology today has spread and entered every dimension of aspects of human life. The village with all its governmental attributes is an arena that deals directly with the people. Village government is the center of local political power that is personified through the Village Head and his apparatus. The position of the village government is also very important, given the majority of Indonesia's population lives in the countryside. The Village Head and his apparatus as the executor of the village government should have the ability to manage government administration, especially the village apparatus which is directly under the village head, as is the Village Apparatus whose task is to assist the Village Head in the Administration and Technical Services Administration. The existence of village officials who are also entrusted with administrative tasks occupies a very important position because as the lowest organ of the government, they know all the conditions and problems in their area. Thus, village officials in carrying out their daily tasks, especially those related to the presentation the data and information needed, the more hard work and optimal capabilities are demanded in order to facilitate the implementation of government tasks. Bimbel stanpro learning center medan yang bersaing selalu mengedepankan mutu dan informasi. Informasi yang didukung dengan teknologi mutakhir merupakan kebanggaan setiap lembaga. Setiap lembaga pasti mernbutuhkan databases yang didukung dengan komputer. Agar setiap lembaga mampu mengakses dengan cepat sebuah informasi, maka perlu database yang baik dan cepat. sehingga dalam pengolahan data pada bimbel stanpro learning center medan dapat berjalan dengan baik. karyawan pada Bimbel Stanpro Learning Center Medan diwajibkan untuk melek teknologi informasi. karyawan didorong untuk meningkatkan kemampuan terutama kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi perkantoran. Perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang lembaga pendidikan dan persoalan administrasi adalah Microsoft Office salah satunya microsoft access.

Pada awal Maret 2020, istilah bekerja dari rumah dan belajar dari rumah seakan menjadi topik utama di semua penberitaan di Indonesia. Hal ini terkait himbauan Presiden Republik Indonesia, Joko Widodo untuk melakukan social distancing atas penyebaran virus Corona (Covid19) yang oleh WHO sudah ditetapkan menjadi Pandemi. Absensi online menjadi sebuah keniscayaan yang mutlak sejak pandemi COVID-19 melanda dunia. Siswa, mahasiswa, PNS, karyawan perusahaan, dan selainnya, terpaksa belajar dan atau bekerja dari rumah. Istilah asing yang populer, sering kita dengar adalah work from home (WFH). Kehadiran yang biasanya dengan tanda tangan atau sidik jari menjadi sulit dilakukan, sebagai gantinya dibuatlah daftar hadir daring. Sekolah SMKS Prayatna 1 Medan merupakan salah satu sekolah yang metode absensinya masih mengunakan WhatsApp (WA) dimana didalam peroses absensi siswa harus memberikan informasi kepada guru dengan cara share location kepada gurunya dan ada juga sebahagian guru yang meminta untuk video call agar memastikan peserta didiknya benar-benar ikut dalam proses pembelajaran, maka diperlukan pelatihan-pelatihan dan workshop bagaimana agar para guru dapat menguasai teknologi didalam pembelajaran dan membuat absensi sehingga proses absensi bisa lebih efektif bagi siswa-siswanya.Pada awal Maret 2020, istilah bekerja dari rumah dan belajar dari rumah seakan menjadi topik utama di semua penberitaan di Indonesia. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Swasta PGRI 24 Medan sebagai salah satu sekolah menengah dikota medan yang memiliki tekad menjadi lembaga unggul dan mejadi rujukan dalam inovasi belajar. kualitas guru salah satunya melalui pembelajaran online dimasa pendemi. Untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran tersebut salah satu yang bisa digunakan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, Kemajuan teknologi ini berdampak pada semua aspek kehidupan yang berhubungan dengan dunia informasi dan teknologi. Salah satu bentuk perkembangan teknologi adalah Internet. Dengan internet kita dapat mengetahui berbagai informasi yang tersebar diberbagai negara. Pada pelatihan ini diterapkan pembelajaran dalam jaringan (daring) dimasa pendemi yang memanfaatkan salah satu aplikasi google classroom dengan pendekatan model pembelajaran kolaboratif. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini diharapkan dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa Pendemi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI 24 Medan dapat memberikan materi secara daring sehingga siswa/siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI 24 Medan dapat mendapatkan materi dengan lebih mudah dan cepat. Proses pemberian tugas dan kuis dapat juga dilakukan secara online akan mempermudah proses belajar mengajar pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama PGRI 24 Medan. siswa/siwi dapat memberikan pertanyaan langsung melalui komentar pada materi yang belum dipahami dan siswa/siswi lain juga dapat saling berinteraksi satu dengan lainnya,sehingga diskusi kelas bisa berjalan dengan baik.kata kunci : PGRI 24 Medan, Daring,Google classroom, materi dan onlien.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are currently experiencing quite difficult conditions amid the changing business environment and increasingly intense national or international business competition. MSMEs as one of the supporters of economic growth especially in Indonesia should receive more attention from the government, increasing the MSME sector and reducing poverty are indicators of the success of development specifically for countries with low capita incomes. One obstacle for SMEs is environmental factors, both internal and external environmental factors. Ignorance for MSME actors anticipates changes in the environment and does not have a marketing strategy that causes MSMEs to be less competitive compared to other products. SWOT analysis is an appropriate alternative to help MSMEs determine marketing strategies and anticipate changes in the business environment. Where the SWOT analysis can analyze Strengths, Weaknesses which are part of internal factors in MSMEs and Threats, Opportunities which are part of external factors or competitors. From this research, 4 marketing strategies were obtained for MSMEs to improve competitiveness, namely the MSME S-O Strategy to innovate, make products unique and utilize technology as a promotional and sales media. The W-O Strategy, MSMEs are required to always pay attention to the reluctance of market share and also consumers who demand MSMEs to continue to innovate on product value. S-T strategy, products produced by SMEs should have a characteristic value and provide protection to the product by making their own trademarks. The W-T Strategy, introduces products to areas outside the product cluster and the resulting products are packaged in an innovative way.

Higher education competition in Medan City is currently developing very rapidly, this can be seen in every university evaluating and changing every side. One of the most prominent things in the evaluation is service to students, an image of a tertiary institution is considered good depending on whether or not the student service is provided to students. A good image of students is a positive value for universities which is a promotional value for the campus. Good service is a service that can know the desires and needs of people who use it. STMIK Budi Darma is one of the Private Universities who participated in evaluating student services in order to compete with other Private Universities. The purpose of this study is to measure student satisfaction with student services using the Facilities and Quality variables influence student satisfaction. This study used 97 respondents from a total population of 2800 people by testing the Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Partial Test (t test) and Concurrent Test (F Test).
