Abstract

Abstrak: Peningkatan Motivasi Pembelajaran pada Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dengan Menggunakan Metode Inquiry bagi Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri No 10 Pool Entikong, Sanggau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi pembelajaran pada Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dengan menggunakan metode Inkuiri bagi siswa kelas IV SDN 10 Pool Entikong Sanggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data maka diperoleh hasil penelitian yang meliputi motivasi instrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik sebagai berikut: motivasi instrinsik pada baseline diperoleh rata-rata 8,92%,siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 23,21%, siklus II 66,56%, dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 76,78%. Peningkatan dari baseline ke siklus III sebesar 67,86% dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik pada baseline diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 12,49%, pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 23,21%, siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 78,56%, dan pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 92,85%. Peningkatan dari baseline ke siklus III sebesar 80,36% dalam kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Metode Inkuiri. Abstract: Increasing on Motivation Learning on Natural Science with Using Inquiry Method for Student Class IV Elementary Schools Country No. 10 Pool Entikong Sanggau.This Research were purpose describe increasing motivation learning on Natural Science with using inquiry mothod for student class IV Elementary Schools Country No 10 Pool Entikong Sanggau. Research method that were use are descriptive method. Based on data analisys there for produse research that cover intrinsic and extrinsic motivation as follow: intrinsic motivation at baseline produce average 8,92%, cycle I produce average 23,21%, cycle II 66,56%, and at cycle III increased to 76,78%. Increase from baseline to cycle III as big as 67,86% in higher category. While extrinsic motivation increases at baseline produce average 12,49%, at cycle I produce increase 23,21%, cycle II produce increase 78,56%, and at cycle III reaches to 92,85%. Increases from baseline to cycle III reaches 80,36% 0n higher category. Keyword: Motivation, Inquiry Method

Abstract

AbstractThe ability of the principal in leadership can affect teacher empowerment. The focus of this research is to know the principal's leadership in the effort of teacher empowerment. This research uses descriptive  method with qualitative research type. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach type. The location of research at the State Elementary School 15 Senutul. Subject research subjects, teachers and committees. The data collection procedure uses observation, interview and documentation. Model of Miles and Haberman's data analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results show that Leadership increases the potential of human resources through empowerment, guidance, improvement of professional duties, coordination and discipline. Internal support factors are strong coordination, tasks and responsibilities that are oriented towards school interests and needs. While the inhibiting factors are funds, facilities, and barriers are: road infrastructure and limited access to communications. Actualization of empowerment through the development of teacher teacher potentials develops curriculum, guides students, professional development through teacher work groups, training, seminars and workshops. Aspects of leadership are implemented effectively, evidenced by the large attention and responsibility of principals to exploit the potential that exists through the improvement of teacher actualization.Keywords: Leadership, Teacher Empowerment
