Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality and price have a significant impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. This research was conducted by observing and surveying consumers of cosmetic products in the Natar District. The population and samples were taken from cosmetic product consumers in the Natar District. Instrument of data collection using a questionnaire with a sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis technique, namely path analysis using SMART PLS, is carried out to show whether product quality and price have an impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products. The results showed that product quality had a significant impact on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products.Keywords: Quality, Price, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang mengeksplorasi dampak kemajuan teknologi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 terhadap Pendidikan Islam. Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang tak terelakkan mempengaruhi sektor pendidikan, mendorong digitalisasi sekolah, serta penguasaan teknologi oleh guru dan siswa. Guru memiliki peran krusial dalam keberhasilan pendidikan di era ini, termasuk dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam penggunaan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pengumpulan data dari sumber terpercaya seperti jurnal dan buku yang relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami peran penting Pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi dan mendorong siswa serta guru untuk menguasai teknologi guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kukang Coffee Cafe is a small business engaged in the Food and Beverage (FnB) sector. This study aims to optimize raw coffee bean inventory management at Kukang Coffee Cafe to minimize costs and prevent stockouts. The main challenges faced are fluctuating coffee bean demand and the costs associated with ordering and storage. The Primal Simplex approach is utilized to develop a mathematical model capable of determining optimal coffee bean order quantities and efficient torage policies. Historical sales data, ordering costs, and holding costs were collected from Kukang Coffee Cafe as a case study. The analysis results demonstrate that the application of the Primal Simplex model successfully identified the most cost-effective ordering and storage combination, leading to a significant reduction in total inventory costs while ensuring adequate stock availability. This study provides practical contributions to Kukang Coffee Cafe in improving operational efficiency and profitability through better inventory management.
