Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of E-CRM and E-Marketing on Market Orientation in Alligator Roastery. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods as well as data sources in the form of primary and secondary data. The population in the study is all consumers on Alligator Roastery by 2023. The sample size is 110 consumers with a tolerable error rate of 5%. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that E-CRM partially had no positive and insignificant effect on Market Orientation at Alligator Roastery. E-Marketing partially has a positive and significant effect on Market Orientation in the Café Alligator Roastery business. Based on the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously, it is known that the results of the F-test show that E-CRM and E-Marketing simultaneously affect Market Orientation in Alligator Roastery. The magnitude of R Square is 50.3% which means that E-CRM and E-Marketing can explain their influence on Market Orientation by 50.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ban Motor Merek FDR di PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, unit analisis dan observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Heir diketahui bahwa jumlah dari sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 konsumen PT. Masterban Berkat Indonesia, dengan metode sampel aksidental. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan secara sistematik berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan membuktikan hipotesis adalah dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga, Promosi dan Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of security, and consumer trust on online shopee shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were all STIE Eka Prasetya students who registered for T.A 2020/2021 who had shopped online shopee, totaling 120 people. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form with a total sample of 92 respondents. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the security variables, and consumer trust have an effect on the online shopee, shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students. This is evidenced by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t-test), which also show significant values of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the security variables, and consumer confidence on the online shopee shopee buying interest in STIE Eka Prasetya students, and the effect is 71.7%, this is evidenced by the determination test. So it is suggested to the online shopee shopee management to maintain consumer data and information, so that consumer confidence in buying shopee online shopee increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Location and Quality of Service on Buying Interest in Acen Dumpling Noodles. The sample in this study was as many as 105 responses. The analysis data used multiple linear regression analysis method which resulted in Purchase Interest Equation = 1.429 + 0.084 + 0.235 + 0.406 + e. Price has a positive but not significant effect on Buying Interest in Acen Dumpling Noodles The calculated value (1.151) < ttable (1.983) and the variable significance value of Price is 0.253 > 0.05. Location has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest in Acen Dumpling Noodles The calculated value (3.305) > ttable (1.983) and the significance value of the location variable is 0.001 < 0.05. La qualité du service a un effet positif et significatif sur l’intérêt d’achat pour les nouilles à boulettes d’acné La valeur calculée (7,175) > tableau (1,983) et la valeur de signification de la variable Qualité de service de 0,000 < 0,05. Les résultats des tests d’hypothèses simultanés sont connus que les résultats du test F montrent que les variables Prix, Emplacement et Qualité du service affectent simultanément l’intérêt d’achat des nouilles de boulettes d’acné, avec une valeur Fcalculate de > Ftable de 21,767 > 2,69, une valeur de signification de 0,000 < 0,05. Le nombre de carrés R est de 0,375 ou 37,5% L’intérêt d’achat pour les nouilles Dumpling est influencé par les variables Prix, Emplacement et Qualité du service, tandis que les 62,5% restants sont influencés par d’autres variables

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memudahkan generasi muda untuk memahami dan berpartisipasi dalam investasi, termasuk pasar modal. Namun, keterbatasan literasi keuangan sering menjadi penghambat bagi siswa untuk memulai investasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMK Negeri 2 Rantau Utara mengenai transaksi saham dan literasi pasar modal. Program ini melibatkan seminar, diskusi interaktif, dan pelatihan praktik transaksi saham. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada semua aspek yang diukur, termasuk pemahaman pasar modal (51%), sekuritas (46%), pembukaan rekening saham (43%), transaksi saham (40%), dan penentuan saham yang baik (34%). Program ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa dan mendorong mereka untuk berinvestasi secara bijak. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan lebih luas guna memperluas wawasan generasi muda tentang pasar modal dan investasi saham.

Abstract

The dynamics of global economic development is currently undergoing a paradigm shift where the resource-based economy becomes a knowledge and creativity-based economy or known as the creative economy. The creative economy is growing rapidly, supported by advances in information technology that produces information media such as the internet. The internet has become a means to meet the needs of the community in running their business, one of which is used for marketing or what is known as digital marketing. The right digital marketing strategy can be used to reach the targeted market segment so that it can increase profits for businesses and increase income for business actors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Business Capital on the Income of MSME actors in the Medan Area District. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all MSME actors in the District of Medan Area with an undetermined or uncertain number. By using the Hair formula, the maximum number of samples is 100 respondents. In this study, the number of samples was 96 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME actors in the Medan Area District. The data analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23 as a data processing tool

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of consumer behavior and trust on purchasing decisions at NewYorkArt Medan. The research method in this research is a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The population in this research is all consumers who made purchases at New York Art Medan as many as 216 consumers in 2022 and using the Slovin formula obtained 140 respondents. The research results show that consumer behavior have influences on purchasing decisions and trust have influences on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously shows that consumer behavior and trust influence purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior and trust can explain purchasing decisions by 49.7% and the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other factors originating from outside this research model such as service quality and brand image.

Abstract

Abstract: Community service is one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which is carried out as a form of contribution from academics, namely lecturers and students, to community development, which can be done through providing training in creative economic practices to improve people's skills which can be used as a basis for becoming MSMEs. The contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is quite large, therefore it is very important to have creativity and skills that can be used as capital in starting a business. Utilizing the local wisdom of an area into creative products with economic value is very necessary to create new businesses. Fortified Rice Milk is a creative product that can be made using rice as raw material. Pematang Johar Village is one of the villages in the city of Medan that produces rice. This workshop on making fortified rice milk aims to provide training that can improve the skills of housewives in Pematang Johar village as capital in starting a business.Keyword: fortified milk; rice; creative economy, MSMEs Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dilakukan sebagai bentuk kontribusi akademisi yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk pengembangan masyarakat yang bisa dilakukan lewat pemberian pelatihan praktik ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat yang bisa dijadikan dasar untuk menjadi pelaku UMKM. Kontribusi UMKM terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia cukup besar karena itu penting sekali untuk memiliki kreatifitas dan keterampilan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai modal dalam merintis usaha. Pemanfaatan kearifan lokal suatu daerah menjadi produk kreatif yang bernilai ekonomis sangat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan usaha baru. Susu Beras Fortifikasi merupakan salah satu produk kreatif yang dapat dibuat menggunakan bahan baku beras. Desa Pematang Johar adalah salah satu desa di kota Medan yang menghasilkan beras. Workshop pembuatan susu beras fortifikasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga di desa Pematang Johar sebagai modal dalam merintis usaha.Kata kunci: susu fortifikasi; beras; ekonomi kreatif, UMKM

Abstract

Makmur Jaya is a company engaged in the production of snacks and faces challenges in controlling raw material inventory, such as inaccuracy in the number of orders and high storage costs. This study aims to apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to improve efficiency in inventory management. The EOQ method is used to determine the optimal number of orders that can minimize the total cost of inventory, including ordering and storage costs. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of EOQ is able to significantly reduce the total cost of inventory compared to the conventional method that has been used by the company. In addition, EOQ also provides benefits in scheduling raw material orders more efficiently and systematically. Thus, the application of the EOQ method is an effective strategy in improving the efficiency of raw material inventory control in Makmur Jaya.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant role in the economy, including MSMEs in the culinary sector such as Putri Ice Cream Business. Decision making related to optimal resource allocation is crucial to increase the efficiency and profitability of MSMEs. This study aims to apply the linear programming method with the primal simplex algorithm to minimize production costs in the case study of Putri Ice Cream MSME. The objective function is to minimize the total production cost, as well as the limitations related to the availability of main raw materials and machine production capacity. Data on main raw materials and machine production capacity were obtained from the Putri Ice Cream MSME which was the case study. The results of the study show that the application of the primal simplex method produces an optimal solution that provides recommendations for product combinations for each type of Putri Ice Cream with minimal production costs. Sensitivity analysis was also conducted to test the stability of the optimal solution to changes in capital. This study provides a practical contribution to Putri Ice Cream MSME in optimizing their resource allocation and increasing cost efficiency through a quantitative approach.
