Abstract

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut adalah indikator kesehatan masyarakat. Adanya masalah kesehatan pada gigi dan mulut menyebabkan penurunan fungsi kesehatan individu. Masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut disebabkan oleh kebiasaan seseorang menyikat gigi secara tidak teratur. Banyak pilihan yang dapat dibuat untuk sampai ke lokasi di mana klinik gigi terdekat diinginkan, tetapi ada keadaan di mana klinik gigi yang direncanakan tidak buka. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan rute terpendek untuk sampai ke klinik gigi lain. Data dalam bentuk jarak, waktu dan rute untuk sampai ke klinik gigi yang diinginkan diambil dari peta Google, dengan total 10 simpul untuk diterapkan ke peta (maps). Untuk hasil peta, sebuah algoritma digunakan, dalam hal ini algoritma Greedy digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah menemukan rute terpendek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari klinik gigi terdekat dengan titik awal yang dicari menggunakan algoritma Greedy itu menghasilkan total jarak, waktu perjalanan dan titik yang dilalui.

Abstract

These days, computer technology has been a great need to us humans, especially in medical experts, which evaluated to adopt humans’ ability and knowledge to the computers. So that the computer is capable of solving problems like what an expert is capable of doing. The main purpose of developing the expert system is to substitute all kinds of humans’ knowledge to the technology that it can be useful to the public to solve some specific problems. The application of the expert system made with programming language based on PHP web and MySQL as the database. The method used is Forward Chaining. Expert system can mainly be used to diagnose diseases such as tuberculosis using Bayes method that can diagnose and identify the tuberculosis according to its symptoms.

Data collection techniques are done by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Abstract

Technology has developed very rapidly nowadays, especially on smartphones. Nowadays smartphone is an item that is in great demand by everyone. smartphone is a mobile phone that has a function like a computer and also called mini computer. There are people who find it difficult to choose a smartphone with various advanced features available. Therefore, a decision support system was made using the TOPSIS method to select the smartphone that suits your needs. TOPSIS (Technique for order prefrence by similarity to ideal solution) is one of the multi-criteria decision making methods to find preference values ​​based on criteria and alternatives. A total of 7 criteria chosen by the author that are: price, brand, ram, battery, front camera, rear camera and display. Therefore, the alternatives used are Samsung A20, Xiaomi Mi A1, Realme C2, Asus Zenfone Max M2 and Oppo F5 Youth. The data is then calculated using the TOPSIS method based on the stages. So that we can get the preferences value and the rank of the smartphone we wanted which is then implemented into a web-based application. Keywords : Smartphone, TOPSIS, DSS

Abstract

The identification of talent interests has been developed and its benefits have been felt in producing athletes who can excel at the national and international levels. Decision support system can be chosen because it is an appropriate way to determine interest and talent in sports, basically the concept of a decision support system is limited to activities to help assess a decision. In this study, using the Bayes method with this method requires probability information on each alternative to the problems faced to produce an expected value as a basis for decision making. The trial of calculations using the Bayes method on 50 samples of students who were successfully tested, namely 18 students with interests and talents in soccer, 13 gifted students in volleyball, 9 gifted students in badminton, 6 students who are gifted in sports. basketball, 4 gifted students in table tennis. In the application of the decision support system to determine interests and sports talents has been successfully made and running well to assist and facilitate the decision-making process of sports interests and talents.

Abstract

    One application of computer technology in the medical world is to determine the ideal body weight (BMI) of a patient by comparing the body weight, height, and size of the patient's own skeleton, so doctors can determine the diet menu that is most suitable for such patients. This becomes very important, especially in the field of medicine, such as the field of beauty, athletes, or other fields that require ideal body shapes such as models, artists and so forth.    This ideal body weighting system is done by the ratio of height to body weight, and the size of the patient's frame. While the K-Means Clustering algorithm is an algorithm that can classify data based on benchmark values given and calculate the data group.    This system can be used to determine ideal body weight by applying BMI values as X coefficients and the patient frame size values as the Y coefficients and cluster central points are set first. However, this system still needs further development because there is no change facility to clustering data category, grouping process is shown in the form of animation, and the need of clustering category in store in one structured database. Keywords: Ideal Weight, K-Means Clustering Algorithm

Abstract

Untuk meraih dan menuju perguruan tinggi berkelas dunia, Universitas harus  memperbaiki berbagai hal yang masih menjadi kendala salah satunya yaitu dengan digitalisasi. Unit Penjamin Mutu (UPM) Fakultas yang ada di UIN Sumatera Utara Medan  memberikan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa untuk memaksimalkan proses belajar mengajar di fakultas salah satunya yaitu program angket mahasiswa terhadap kinerja dosen. Dalam proses penyebaran atau pengisian angket masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana angket yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa dalam bentuk lembaran. Penulis mencoba membuat aplikasi angket online yang dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap kinerja dosen yang mengajarnya. Metode skala likert diterapkan dalam aplikasi online sebagai konsep perhitungan hasil. Dimana dalam penerapannya digunakan 5 skala dengan skala masing-masing memiliki nilai. Skala yang digunakan yaitu “Tidak Setuju” bernilai 1, “Kurang Setuju” bernilai 2, “Cukup Setuju” bernilai 3, “Setuju” bernilai 4, dan “Sangat Setuju” bernilai 5. Kemudian berdasarkan skala dengan nilai yang dimiliki akan dihitung hasil dengan mengambil jumlah responden dan frekuensi jawaban responden untuk tiap skala.

Abstract

Uang merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli dan sudah digunakan oleh seluruh manusia di setiap penjuru dunia. Hal ini sudah pasti menjadikan uang menjadi barang pokok untuk setiap orang, bahkan bagi para penyandang disabilitas seperti halnya tunanetra, kelemahan tunanetra dalam melihat dan mengidentifikasi uang dapat menyebabkan uang tertukar, salah ambil, atau bahkan tertipu pada saat melakukan kegiatan jual beli. Mengacu dari hal tersebut maka perlu adanya sistem sederhana yang dapat memudahkan tunanetra untuk mengidentifikasi nilai nominal serta keaslian uang. Alat ini menggunakan sensor warna TCS3200-DB untuk mendeteksi warna uang kertas dan sensor ultraviolet untuk mendeteksi keaslian uang lalu oleh mikrokontroller diubah menjadi data rgb dan dikeluarkan dalam bentuk suara, untuk mendapatkan keaslian uang kertas maka diperlukan bantuan sinar lampu ultraviolet yang akan membuat warna uang palsu terlihat lebih cerah dengan munculnya warna hijau selain warna biru, sedangkan uang asli hanya akan didapati warna biru, warna hijau dan biru tersebut juga dihasilkan dari pemisahan tiga warna dasar, pada dasarnya alat ini mampu untuk mendeteksi uang tahun keluaran 2000, hanya saja dalam program telah di atur nilai rgb untuk uang kertas rupiah tahun keluaran 2018

The value of subjects is one indicator that isused as a references to conclude studentlearning success academically. Artificial Neural Networks have the ability to learn and produce rules or operations from some input examples that are entered and make predictions. Backpropagation isone method that is often used in solving complex problems because the network with this method is trained using guided learning methods.
