Abstract

The Corona pandemic requires good knowledge from sports teachers and students. This study aims to determine how the socio-demographic characteristics of sports teachers and students in Lhokseumawe City, knowledge of physical distancing and socio-demographic relations to the knowledge of physical distancing of teachers and students of sports in Lhokseumawe City. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of sports in Lhokseumawe City. The sample size is 304 respondents. This study applied a questionnaire as primary data. Respondents who participated in this research amounted to 304 respondents. The results showed that all data were valid with a calculated r value r table and reliable with a Cronbach alpha value 0.6. The average respondent's knowledge of physical distancing is 4.27, which means that knowledge about Physical Distancing for the prevention of the Corona Virus ( Covid-19 ) pandemic for sports teachers and students in Lhokseumawe City was very good. Respondents' social-demographic indicators (gender, age, last education, marital status, occupation, activity (involvement) in sports activities and income had a significant relationship on 9 indicators of knowledge about physical distancing to prevent the Corona Virus ( Covid-19 ) pandemic. On teachers and sports students in Lhokseumawe City, the rest there is no significant relationship. Respondents' social-demographic indicators to indicators of knowledge about physical distancing, namely " holding a virtual meeting of sports activities (video or teleconference)" and "sick patients need to notify the doctor (paramedic) of the trip. Carried out.” This study used social demographics and knowledge as the main variables, whereas future research will be more comprehensive by including variables of involvement or behaviour in the implementation of physical distancing.

Abstract

Penjasorkes is an educational process that utilizes physical activities that are planned sequentially to develop and improve individual physical fitness of students within the framework of the national education system. This study aims to determine the extent of the performance of Penjasorkes teachers in the teaching and learning process in Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency in 2022. This type of research is classified as qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all 17 principals. Given the limited population, the entire population is used as a sample. The sampling technique with Total Sampling is that the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques are carried out by filling out questionnaires. The results of the research obtained in this study are the performance of Penjasorkes teachers in planning, implementing, evaluating and disciplined tasks in learning in Beutong District in the good category. This can be seen in general (88.24%) of teaching teachers make learning plans to be given to students and compile curriculum content standards as a reference or guideline in learning, formulate learning objectives, make teaching materials used relevant to learning objectives. In general (100%) Penjasorkes teachers conduct post tests to students. In general (88.24%) teaching teachers carry out learning evaluations according to a predetermined schedule, explain the material again and assign additional tasks to students as improvements, carry out teaching in the form of providing learning materials and carry out regular evaluations and provide grades to students objectively. In general (88.24%) teaching teachers come to school on time, carry out all the rules set by the school and complete the tasks given by the principal on time.

Abstract

Field observations obtained when I was on the committee of the Field Tennis League (LITEL) from these players stated that to achieve high tennis achievements, supported by good physical, technical, tactical and mental conditions, especially when hitting drives on sportsmen is a requirement that cannot be neglected, especially the game of court tennis. This type of research can be classified under Descriptive research as stated by Arikunto (1991: 63) that "Descriptive research. The number of samples in this study was 31 Penjaskesrek students. Data collection techniques in this study were Measurement of Power Ability of shoulder arm muscles and Measurement of Agility of Stroke Drive Tennis Court. The calculation of the correlation coefficient value above can be concluded that arm muscle power with the ability to punch the court tennis drive in FKIP USK Physical Education Students has a significant relationship. The results of the data calculation, showed that the correlation coefficient value (r) between the power of the shoulder arm muscles and the ability to punch the court tennis drive in FKIP USK Penjaskesrek Students was 0.50. In the sport of field tennis, the Drive punch is one of the basic techniques that must be mastered in the game of court tennis.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Contribution of Limb Muscle Explosive Power, Balance to Jumping Ability in Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 9 Banda Aceh Academic Year 2012/2013". Jumping is one of the athletic numbers whose achievement is influenced by components of physical condition such as Limb Muscle Explosive Power, Balance. This study aims to determine the contribution of Limb Muscle Explosive Power, Balance to jumping ability in grade XI students of SMA Negeri 9 Banda Aceh Academic Year 2012/2013 using purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study were: (1) leg muscle explosive power, measured by standing broad jump test, (2) balance, measured using stork stand test, and (3) jumping ability measured by jumping test. Data is processed using statistical techniques in the form of calculation of mean value, standard deviation (SD) and correlational test. The results obtained were as follows: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the ability to jump infection by (r = 0.49), (2) there was a positive and significant relationship between balance on the ability to jump infection by (r = 0.54) and (3) there was a positive and significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and balance on the ability to jump infection by (R_ (Y.X_1 X_2 ) = 0.61). The results of hypothesis testing show that Fcalculate = 6.52 ≥ Ftable = 3.44. Therefore, the explosive power of the limb muscles and balance have a significant contribution to the ability to jump infections.
