Abstract

The online buying and selling system has been very widely used by many groups which makes more and more parties need a third party as a safe delivery and intermediary for goods from the seller to the buyer, there is no buying and selling online, the distance from the closest person is also not an obstacle because it can only be sharing by sending goods through shipping services so that this shipping service business is very much in demand to open startup companies so that many competitors occur, one of which is competition to get customers or regular customers in various ways and mature strategies carried out to achieve company goals. Abstract

Individual economic development is very easy and affordable by what each individual has and the environment also helps someone in the success of each individual, especially after the presence of the internet provides many benefits and opportunities for society to achieve goals on a large scale, the internet is also help make it easier for the community to deal with the problem of the economic crisis due to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic era which made many people have to accept jobs because of the difficulty of the community in being able to carry out activities together and closely because the epidemic is contagious so that people must be able to adjust to open opportunities to be able survive and revive the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic era, one of which is by opening up their own business opportunities using the internet which is commonly known as buying and selling online, but many people are not biased. how many factors, in this study will look at the influence of asset ownership, business knowledge, financial literacy and income expectations that will be achieved if you do business online in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Quality control is very important to do to find out important aspects of the pace and sustainability of a company to keep operating, the importance of searching for information on the state and condition of a company both internally and externally, at this stage several tests are carried out on the data of an influence phenomenon. reward and leadership on employee performance on product sales using data testing methods and the relationship between each relationship between one variable and another, testing can be done using a statistical measurement and testing tool in the form of SPSS with 50 respondent data, the use of this testing tool will facilitate research in seeing the relationship of variables with accurate and fast results. The results of this study indicate that the effect of giving rewards to employees has a higher value of 4,468, while the servant leadership attitude has a value of 3,420, so that this value shows the effect of giving rewards to employees is greater to increase interest in better employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job characteristics, work facilities, and work motivation on lecturer performance at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara. The research employed a quantitative associative approach with a total sampling technique involving 60 lecturers as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20. The results show that job characteristics, work facilities, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance both partially and simultaneously. Job characteristics influence performance by improving task clarity, autonomy, and responsibility. Work facilities, although not yet fully adequate, still support lecturers in performing their duties effectively. Meanwhile, motivation driven by religious values and sincerity enhances creativity and dedication in developing the university. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.446 indicates that 44.6% of the variation in lecturer performance is explained by these three variables. The findings suggest that effective management of job design, facility improvement, and motivation enhancement can strengthen overall performance. The study recommends that future research include other organizational and individual factors to provide a deeper understanding of performance determinants in higher education institutions.
