Abstract

This study aimstoidentify andanalyze theinfluence ofvariableindependence, integrity, objectivityandprofessionalskepticism,auditorseither simultaneouslyorpartially onthe quality of theauditinthe South Sulawesi Provinci alInspectorate. The population in this study were all auditorsin South Sulawesi Province Inspectorate totalling 57 employees. Because the population of ≤100, then all members of the population can be sampled. Thus the sampling method used wassaturated sample orcen susmethod. Data collection methodsused wereobservation, questionnaires, interviews, anddocumentation. Analysis ofthe data usedtotest thehypothesis ofthe study isusing descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using multiple regression. There sultsofhy pothesistesting in this study showth at all independent Variables (independence) have a positiveand significant impact onthe dependent variable (quality audit) in South Sulawesi Province Inspectorate. The magnitude ofthe influence ofa givenindependent variableonthe dependent variableis equal to62.3% while the remaining 37.7% influenced byother factor soutside the model. Abstract

Background. Anemia during pregnancy is still a major problem in the world today because it is one of the causes of maternal death or also known as "Potentional Danger To Mother And Child". The high incidence of anemia in pregnant women is multifactorial, from a pure deficiency of iron, folate, B12, the level of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about the incidence of anemia. Objective. To determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women towards the incidence of anemia at the Mamboro Health Center Research methods. The type of research used is quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The sample is 20 people with the sampling technique using the feeder formula. Research result. The results of the study with 20 respondents having good knowledge were 1 respondent (5.0%) with anemia, 8 respondents (40.0%) good knowledge not anemia and as many as 11 respondents (55.0%) lacking knowledge with anemia, Based on data analysis with Fisher's test Relationship between knowledge and The incidence of Anemia obtained p value = .000 <0.05 and the relationship between Attitude and Anemia Incidence with Fisher's test obtained p value = 0.004 <0.05 with the results of a positive attitude study of 1 respondent (5.0%) with anemia, 6 respondents (30.0%) attitude positive without anemia. And as many as 11 respondents (55.0%) have a negative attitude with anemia. 2 respondents (10.0%) had a negative attitude with no anemia. Conclusion. there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of anemia and there is a relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and the incidence of anemia.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is a person’s belief about his or her ability to produce a planned level of performance in carrying out a series of actions that are consideret nnecessary to achieve the desired results. Providing Educational Classes (KE) to post partum mothers using modules on the importance of breast milk for babies so that this can increase the efficacy of mothers in breastfeeding their babies at the beginning og the postpartum priode 0-7 days. This study aims to determine the effectivebess of brestfeeding education classes on increasing the self-efficacy of postpartum mothers at UPT Puskesmas Sangurara in 2023. This type of research is a quast experiment with a two group pretest-posttest design. the number of sampel was 30 respondents (15 control group respondents who received questionnaires withhout educational classes and 15 intervention group respondents who received educational classes and questionnaires). Sampel were obtained using purposive sampling technique. Evaluastion of maternal efficacy was carried out on day 7 post partum both control and intervention groups. The results of this study indicate the of an increase in efficacy in the control group and the intervention group. Where in the control group there is a difference of 1.48 before and after being give educational classes and the interventional group there is a difference of 2.94 before and after being given educational classes. Based on the results of the paired T test, the value of ?= 0.00< ?=0.05 shows that there is on difference in the average before and after being given educational classes but there is a difference between the control group and the intervetion group so it can be concluded that educational classes are effective in increasing the efficacy of partum mothers.

Abstract

Collaborative learning and teamwork in elementary schools have been proven effective in developing students' social attitudes. Through learning activities that encourage students to work together, share ideas, and solve problems together, students not only gain academic skills but also develop positive social attitudes, such as empathy, responsibility, and effective communication. This study aims to examine how collaborative learning and teamwork can play a role in building the social attitudes of elementary school students. The results of this literature study indicate that learning that emphasizes cooperation can improve social relationships between students, reduce conflict, and improve social skills that are useful in everyday life.
