Abstract

Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan otonomi daerah dimaksud, banyak masalah-masalahyang secara umum dihadapi daerah berkaitan dengan kualitas dan kinerja PNS Pemerintah Daerah, antara lain adalah masih kurangnya sumber daya Aparatur Sipil Negara yang berkualitas di daerah.Hal ini ditandai dengan jumlah tenaga yang kompeten masih sedikit yang menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya kinerja PNS di daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan tingkat III Pola Baru pada organisasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan..Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah PNS Negeri sipil yang bernaung di bawah organisasi pemerintah daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan sampel yang di ambil adalah sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan Hasil analisis regresi membuktikan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari pelatihan dan Pendidiakn terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Organisasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Secara empiris komponen pelatihan dan pelatihan pola baru terdiri dari sasaran pelatihan, materi pelatihan, metode pelatihan dan peserta pelatihan. Seluruh komponen pelatihan dan pendidikan pola baru telah dinilai baik oleh informan terutama dari unsur materi pelatihan. Suatu latihan diadakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan suatu organisasi. Misalnya saja suatu organisasi dalam perkembangannya ternyata tidak dapat menunaikan fungsinya secara baik oleh karena berbagai alasan seperti struktur dan fungsi dan bagian-bagiannya tidak mampu lagi menyesuaikan dengan beban dan kualitas tugasnya

Abstract

Companies really need employees who have high productivity because employees are essentially one of the elements that become a resource in the company, these human resources who carry out daily activities. To realize employees who have high productivity need good leadership from above and also work motivation from their employees. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on the work of employees of PT. Pegadaian Sila Branch, Bima City. This research is an associative type with quantitative data from primary data sources. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation, determination test and t test. The results showed that leadership and work motivation together have an effect on the work productivity of the employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sila Bolo Branch, Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs in the furniture industry in the city of Makassar. MSME players, especially the furniture industry, are growing rapidly and innovatively, so that the market demands them to have the ability to compete in marketing their products. A quantitative approach is used in this study. The research method uses the associative method, which aims to explain the causal relationship or cause and effect and the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The research population is the owner of the furniture industry in Makassar. By using saturated sampling method in distributing questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is SPSS. The conclusion of the study shows that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Furniture industry business owners continue to innovate, be proactive and dare to take risks as a competitive effort in winning the market.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly transformed various aspects of daily life, including shopping activities. E-commerce has become an integral part of everyday life, especially among the younger generation such as university students. In Indonesia, the usage of e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada has dramatically increased, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce and sales promotions on impulse buying behavior among Indonesian university students. Using a quantitative approach, we surveyed 400 students from various universities across Indonesia. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS for descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The findings reveal that website quality and sales promotions significantly influence impulse buying behavior. Higher website quality, characterized by easy navigation, attractive design, and secure transactions, enhances the likelihood of impulsive purchases. Moreover, sales promotions, including discounts, flash sales, and special offers, are found to be highly effective in triggering impulse buying. The combined effect of website quality and sales promotions further amplifies this behavior. These results suggest that e-commerce platforms targeting university students should optimize their website quality and employ attractive sales promotions to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. Understanding these factors can provide valuable insights for e-commerce businesses to develop more effective and efficient marketing strategies tailored to the behavioral tendencies of young consumers.
