Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo berdasarkan hasil survey awal menunjukkan kenaikan jumlah nasabah dan kepuasan nasabah yang mengindikasikan adanya loyalitas nasabah terhadap PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai adalah 1). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah secara parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. 3). Untuk mengetahui variabel mana di antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT Bank Bukopin Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian eksplanatori, dengan variable yang digunakan meliputi kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah. Metode analisis data hasil penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistic berupa analisis regresi berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, dan analisis determinasi. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Nasabah, dan Loyalitas Nasabah

Abstract

This study aims to develop information systems activities in the village of Tenjolaya with Web-based, and this study also aims to facilitate the Head of general affairs and Administration to record and record the activities of Tenjolaya Village. Recording and data collection activities in the village of Tenjolaya still using the manual way of recording and recording all village activities with handwritten which of course not yet programmed and can not be accessed freely anywhere and anytime. If the recording and data collection is still manual, will cause difficulties when looking for data when the data is needed. Therefore the need for a program or application that can facilitate in informing the activities of Desa Tenjolaya effectively and efficiently. To solve this problem, it takes an application using PHP and MySQL database, which this application can facilitate the Head of General Affairs and Administration in completing its tasks, especially in recording and data collection of village activities. With this application, is expected to upgrade the existing system into a computerized system that is more structured and programmed, so that recording and data collection of village activities will be faster,accurate and more quality information produced. Besides, with this application,Head of General Affairs and Administration can easily and neatly in accessing data of village activities.

Abstract

The proliferation of network information algorithms (NIAs) in contemporary society has sparked significant ethical concerns regarding their societal impact. This study investigates the influence of NIAs on social interactions, decision-making processes, and the perpetuation of structural biases through a multidisciplinary perspective (Ananny, 2023). The findings reveal that while NIAs enhance operational efficiency across various domains, they also introduce ethical challenges, including privacy infringements, systemic inequities, and algorithmic opacity, which threaten social justice. Employing Ananny’s (2023) conceptual framework—which categorizes NIAs into three dimensions: encounters, observation, and probability/temporality—this research deconstructs the operational mechanisms of these algorithms. The analysis demonstrates that NIAs not only replicate historical biases but also engender new forms of discrimination through ostensibly neutral predictive processes. For example, algorithm-driven recruitment systems may perpetuate gender disparities if their training data reflects prior discriminatory practices (Crawford, 2021). This study underscores the inextricable link between technological ethics and societal context, arguing that an overreliance on algorithmic systems risks undermining human autonomy (Zuboff, 2019). The originality of this research lies in its integration of computational ethics theory with empirical case studies, such as the deployment of NIAs in mass surveillance, where privacy is often compromised in pursuit of perceived security. To ensure academic rigor, the arguments are developed through a critical comparison with prior research (e.g., Mittelstadt et al., 2016), while avoiding redundancy in phrasing or structure. Scholars such as Floridi (2019) emphasize the necessity of algorithmic transparency in regulatory frameworks. However, critics like Noble (2018) argue that technical solutions alone are inadequate; structural reforms in data governance and corporate accountability are essential to mitigate the misuse of NIAs. In response, this study proposes an ethical framework that not only addresses technical risk mitigation but also incorporates civic participation in algorithmic decision-making processes. The ethical implications of NIAs necessitate a holistic approach that integrates principles of data justice, independent algorithmic auditing, and public digital literacy. Future research should explore inclusive models of algorithmic governance, particularly in developing nations where regulatory frameworks often lag behind technological advancements. This study concludes with a reflective inquiry: How can algorithmic accountability be ensured if developers lack transparency regarding data sources and programming logic? By addressing these questions, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical governance of NIAs and their societal implications.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin dominan, pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui teknologi informasi menjadi kunci kemajuan ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak transformatif pelatihan digital marketing terhadap Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Berani Sukakarya di Kota Sukabumi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, penelitian ini mendemonstrasikan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital marketing anggota KWT, peningkatan dramatis penjualan produk pertanian, dan peningkatan substansial kemandirian ekonomi. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi besar pelatihan digital marketing sebagai katalis pemberdayaan ekonomi dan mendorong rekomendasi perluasan program ini kepada kelompok masyarakat lain di Kota Sukabumi

Abstract

This systematic literature review explores the transformation of risk management practices in educational institutions, tracing the shift from fragmented, siloed approaches toward integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks in response to globalization, technological disruption, and increasing regulatory demands. Using the PRISMA 2020 methodology, we reviewed and synthesized findings from 10 high-quality empirical studies published between 2020 and 2024, focusing on theoretical advancements, adaptive mechanisms in volatile educational contexts, and strategies for context-specific ERM implementation. The analysis indicates that the scope of risks in education has expanded significantly beyond traditional physical safety concerns to encompass reputational, operational, and psychosocial dimensions. These emerging risks are often driven by factors such as digital inequities, organizational complexities, and evolving policy landscapes. Three critical components are identified for effective ERM in educational settings: (1) risk integration that unifies financial, operational, and reputational considerations into a cohesive portfolio; (2) adaptive feedback loops that combine prospective scenario modeling, real-time AI-enabled monitoring, and retrospective learning from past crises; and (3) contextual customization, ensuring ERM frameworks are tailored to the unique characteristics, resources, and cultural dynamics of individual institutions. The study demonstrates that merging probabilistic risk theories with regulatory compliance standards, such as ISO 31000 and COSO, strengthens institutional resilience. Moreover, it highlights the importance of shifting from blame-oriented to learning-oriented post-crisis evaluations to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The proposed ERM framework bridges financial economics, institutional theory, and practice-based approaches, offering actionable strategies including real-time digital equity monitoring, stakeholder engagement protocols, and gamified disaster preparedness initiatives.By addressing gaps in the literature, this review makes both a theoretical and practical contribution to educational risk management. It provides a roadmap for mitigating contemporary challenges, such as resource allocation disparities, resistance to cross-institutional collaborations, and the protection of vulnerable school environments, ultimately supporting more resilient and adaptive educational systems.
