<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal managerial competence and academic supervision competencies principals in the professionalism of teachers Junior High School. This research is a quantitative approach that is research that aims to investigate the events that have occurred and then trace backwards to determine the factors that cause such events. Collecting data in this study is using a Likert questionnaire degan scale. While the analysis of the data is using a simple linear regression equation and multiple regressions. To determine the significance of the regression equation used T test and F test. The results showed that the principal effect of managerial competence in the professionalism of teachers Junior High School is 63.0%, the influence of the principal academic supervision competence of the teachers' pedagogical is 63.4%, then the effect of jointly between the principal managerial competence and academic supervision of the professional competence of teachers junior High School are 77.9%.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pokok kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam profesionalisme guru SMP Sekolah Tinggi. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peristiwa yang telah terjadi dan kemudian melacak ke belakang untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan peristiwa tersebut. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Likert skala degan. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Untuk menentukan signifikansi persamaan regresi yang digunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek utama kompetensi manajerial dalam profesionalisme guru SMP adalah 63.0%, pengaruh pengawasan kompetensi akademik utama pedagogis guru adalah 63,4%, maka efek secara bersama-sama antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik dari kompetensi profesional guru SMP SMA yang 77.9%.Kata kunci: kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi supervisi akademik, profesionalisme guru.]]>
