Abstract

  Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan merancang aplikasi berbasis Android untuk pameran, dalam hal ini Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS). Dengan menggunakan teknologi QR Code dan smartphone Android, pengunjung IIMS mendapat kemudahan akses dalam menjelajahi area pameran di IIMS dengan fitur Scan QR Code, Scanned Files, dan Booth Map, serta dipermudah dalam mengetahui pameran yang akan datang dengan fitur Event Update. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi metode analisis (survei terhadap sistem yang sedang berjalan dan studi literatur) dan metode perancangan program aplikasi. Hasil yang dicapai adalah implementasi rancangan aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah pengunjung IIMS dalam mendapatkan informasi produk dan mengetahui letak stan yang berada di dalam area IIMS dengan menggunakan teknologi QR Code. Dengan digunakannya aplikasi mobile berbasis Android ini, pengunjung dapat lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai detil produk dan stan di IIMS, serta memfasilitasi pengunjung mengenai informasi pameran yang akan datang. Kata Kunci: QR Code, event, pameran, android, informasi produk.  Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and to design Android-based applications for an exhibition, in this case  the IIMS (Indonesia International Motor Show). Using the QR Code technology and Android smartphone, the IIMS visitors could easily access the the exhibition area with QR scan feature code, scanned files, and booth map. They could also get an update of future exhibitions using the event update feature. The research methods incorporated an analysis of the current system, literature study, and application program design. The results achieved were the implementation of design applications that facilitated IIMS visitors to obtain product information and to locate booths inside the IIMS area using QR Code technology. This study concluded that the use of Android-based mobile application could help the visitors to obtain information about product details and booths at the IIMS easily as well as to learn information about future exhibitions.  Keywords: QR code, event,  exhibition, android, product information.

Abstract

Game Application of Tetris Nusantara is a game application that can run on mobile devices that have Android operating system. The game has elements of Indonesian culture and a new gameplay of Tetris. Therefore, this game application aims to entertain and introduce cultural diversity that exists in Indonesia so that players are not only entertained but get the knowledge through the application of this ‘Tetris Nusantara’ game. Research methods used in developing applications of this game is the waterfall method of research because it has a stage suitable for developing applications of this game. This game application allows users to find out information about the culture in Indonesia and entertained with a new gameplay of Tetris game. The results of this research is the creation of the archipelago Tetris game application using Indonesian cultural elements that can create interest for players to learn and add to the knowledge of the culture in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze sales data from warehouse to distributors, identification of distributor status, and extension periods of active distributors. From the analysis, a data warehouse application is created with user interfaces that are easy to understand so as it can facilitate executive decision making. The analysis is done through the following steps: survey of the running system, analysis of the data obtained from the survey, identification of the information needed for data warehouse creation and identification requirements of the system to be built. Meanwhile, designing a data warehouse uses the Nine-Step Methodology of Ralph Kimball. The result is a data warehouse containing relevant and required information for executives to make decisions. The data warehouse application displays information to the user interface that is easy to understand and quick in making the report. The data needed by the company have been analyzed and produce useful information for executives. In addition, the reports can be generated quickly and the results of the analysis shown in the form of charts and pivot facilitate decision making more rapidly and precisely.
