Abstract

The funeral tradition with sarcophagus was carried out for years, later the next period pemakamam with sarcophagus replaced with Enao trees made like sarcophagus as a means to bury people who died, especially in the old village. Until now, many relics of the enao tree have been found as a means of burying the dead. Then the Spirit died at Puja near his house. The possibility of its evolution of worship of the ancestral Spirit was made a sanctified place, there was placed in the house room, there was a kind of Pelinggih. Other beliefs dismissed trust in ancestors, also trusted the power of nature, which was felt to be helpful in his life. So that you believe in natural forces such as: Water, big trees, mountains, lakes, seas and so on, so that Westerners sabotage the ancient people who believe in the forces of nature (Animism and Dynamism).

Abstract

Peace and peace of mind are the desires of every creature, not only for the human race, but also for plants or plants and animals. Therefore peace is very important to be realized and it is hoped that all components of the nation will struggle, strive, and act for it to maintain and strengthen Unity in Diversity. Tri Hita Karana has the understanding of three causes of harmony, namely: the harmony of the relationship between humans and Hyang Widi Wasa (God Almighty), the harmony of relations between fellow human beings and the harmonious relationship between humanity and the natural environment. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Religion No. 516 the role of extension workers to guide and foster society with religious language. So it is important for extension workers, to understand the existing problems by providing education and understanding the concept of Tri Hita Karana. Extension agents need to improve their competence in the field of education, especially extension methods and strategies.  Keywords: Religious Instructor; Tri Hita Karana

Abstract

Rumah tangga terbentuk karena adanya ikatan cinta kasih sepasang manusia yang disadari sepenuhnya oleh pasangan tersebut. Kesadaran tersebut diperlukan dalam memilih pasangan hidup yang tepat bagi setiap orang yang akan menikah. Permasalahan terjadi pada saat pasangan tersebut memiliki perbedaan keyakinan yang mana, keyakinan merupakan suatu fondasi awal dalam mengarungi bahtra rumahtangga. Cinta tidak dapat mengenal agama, ras dan golongan maupun status sosial seseorang. Hal ini sangat memungkinkan bagi setiap orang untuk mencintai pasangan yang berbeda agama yang di anut oleh seseorang. Namun konstitusi di Indonesia melindungi setiap orang untuk dapat memeluk agama dan kepercayaannya masing-masing sehingga pelaksanaan perkawinan ini sulit pelaksanaanya pada saat pasal 2 UU Perkawinan tahun 1974 hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat untuk mengatur masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana Agama Hindu mengatur Syarat dan Sahnya perkawinan menurut Hukum Agama Hindu dan UU No.1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan serta Tujuan perkawinan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif yang kemudian dideskripsikan dalam bentuk Tulisan. Dimana perkawinan harus memiliki pengakuan hukum yang tetap untuk menjamin kepastian hukum bagi pasangan yang me;akukan perkawinan. Kata Kunci : Perkawinan, Hukum Hindu, Sahnya perkawinan.
