Abstract

Growth in mustard greens is greatly influenced by the availability of macro nutrients and micro nutrients, where if the availability of nutrients in the soil is not optimal, fertilization must be carried out. This study aims to examine the effect of the application of liquid organic fertilizer, moringa leaves and eggshells with different concentrations and intervals of fertilizer on the growth of mustard greens. The research design used was a factorial Randomized Block Design, with two factors being tried namely fertilizer application and fertilizer time intervals. First factor: without administration of POC (K0), Moringa leaf POC: eggshell POC 25: 75 ml / l (K1), Moringa leaf POC: eggshell POC 50: 50 ml / l (K2), moringa leaf POC: eggshell POC eggs 75: 25 ml / l (K3). The second factor: the interval of giving F1 fertilizer = 5 days, F2 = 6 days, F3 = 7 days. Each treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 36 experimental plots. Analysis of the data used to determine the observed response to the treatment given was done by the Analysis of Variance Analysis (ANOVA) and if it showed a real difference followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of Daunkelor liquid fertilizers and eggshell to the growth of mustard Samhong has not been able to increase plant height, number of leaves and fresh weight of the plan

Abstract

Erosion is the transfer of soil material from one place to another by certain media, such as water, wind and so forth. The transfer of soil from one place to another will cause some undesirable effects because in the place of origin of the land, its removal / erosion will make the soil more open and the nutrients needed by plants are lost because most of the substances / nutrients have been eroded. The rationale behind this research, due to concerns about the many events of land erosion that occur due to land damage. Accordingly the concept needs to be made in the form of spatial modeling of the amount of land erosion, which is based on Geographic Information Systems using ArcView GIS software. It is expected that the built model can be applied to a city / regency area as a data base of the government or related agencies, so that information on the magnitude of erosion maps can be disseminated early, in order to anticipate these concerns in the context of mitigating natural disasters. Kata kunci: erosi, lahan, Sistem Informasi Geografis Abstrak Erosi merupakan perpindahan material tanah dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain oleh media tertentu, seperti air, angin dan lain sebagainya. Perpindahan tanah dari tempat satu ke tempat lain tersebut akan menimbulkan beberapa dampak yang tidak diinginkan karena di tempat asal tanah tersebut, perpindahannya/pengikisannya akan membuat tanah lebih terbuka dan unsur hara yang dibutuhkan oleh tanaman hilang karena sebagian besar zat/nutrisi telah terkikis. Dasar pemikiran yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini, karena timbulnya keprihatinan terhadap banyaknya kejadian erosi lahan yang terjadi akibat dari adanya kerusakan lahan. Dengan demikian perlu dibuat konsep berupa pemodelan secara spasial tentang besarnya erosi lahan, yang didasarkan pada Sistem Informasi Geografis dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak ArcView GIS. Diharapkan model yang telah terbangun dapat diterapkan pada suatu wilayah kota/kabupaten sebagai data base pemerintah atau instansi terkait, sehingga informasi mengenai peta besarnya erosi dapat disebar luaskan secara dini, guna mengantisipasi keprihatinan tersebut dalam rangka mitigasi bencana alam erosi lahan.
