Abstract

Education is a process of human investment, which is to prepare superior human resources. Islamic character education results from the mandate of national education to form people who believe and laugh at God Almighty, have personality, have a noble character, are healthy, skilled, knowledgeable, creative, and independent. With these values, it is hoped that the transformation process for students can be applied in everyday life. Educational thinkers in Indonesia have given many ideas and concepts of character education, one of which is Abdul Malik Fadjar, a practitioner in education. The moral crisis that hit Indonesia and the lack of superior resources for Muslims presents an offer of value from the figure of Abdul Malik Fadjar. Therefore, this study tries to understand and examine Islamic character education thought by Abdul Malik Fadjar. This research is expected to be an additional scientific treasure. This study uses an approach (library research) with direct data sources from the works of Abdul Malik Fadjar himself and a descriptive analysis model. The offer from the results of this study are: (1) according to Abdul Malik Fadjar, human investment education is not limited to cultural heritage but to prepare superior human resources for the challenges of globalization; (2) the values of integrated human character from divinity and humanity as well as the value of science and technology skills; (3) the curriculum content must have the principle of integrity; (4) the style of thinking about Islamic character education by Abdul Malik Fadjar is religious-integrity.

Abstract

Kebijakan lahir bersamaan dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan kompleksitas keinginan, antarmuka dan tuntutan hidup. Konsep legitimasi berkaitan dengan sikap masyarakat terhadap kewenangan. Legitimasi adalah pemberian wewenangan untuk membuat dan melaksanakan keputusan sebagai bentuk pengesahan dari masyarakat. Dalam hal ini jika dikaitkan dengan berlakunya kebijakan pendidikan, maka kebijakan pendidikan tersebut dikatakan terlegitimasi atau berlaku setelah mendapat pengakuan dari masyarakat dan dari dinas terkait. Bentuk pengakuan masyarakat atas kebijakan antara lain dengan pengesahan, dengan demikian setelah rumusan kebijakan tersebut absah, maka kebijakan tersebut dapat diberlakukan.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu ujung tombak kemajuan bangsa pada masa depan bangsa. Dalam pengembangan pendidikan Pendidikan Nasional, maka perlu adanya kebijakan yang menjadikan pendidikan lebih maju. Peran kebijakan sendiri sangat penting, karena bisa membantu seorang membuat keputusan dengan memberikan informasi yang diperoleh melewati proses penelitian dan analisis, memisahkan dan mengklarifikasi persoalan mengungkap ketidakcocokan tujuan dan upayanya, memberikan alternatif- alternatif baru dan mengusulkan cara-cara menterjemahkan ide-ide kedalam kebijakan-kebijakan yang mudah diwujudkan dan direalisasikan. Dalam pembuatan kebikakan ini tentu adanya implementasi untuk melihat hasil dari kebijakan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan-kebijakan dalm pendidiakan itu sendiri dengan melihat tahapan-tahapan dan pendekatan implementasi kebijakan pendidikan.

Abstract

School management is one of the processes to achieve a school atmosphere so that teaching and learning activities can take place effectively and efficiently. Good school management will increase the motivation of educators, but problems will occur if this is seen from the room arrangements and school conditions that are not so good. In the world of education, the notion of quality in the context of educational outcomes refers to the achievements of school students. The achievements achieved by students are non-academic and academic achievements. This research is a literature study research technique where the results of the discussion are the results of references to books, journals, articles that are appropriate or related to this discussion. Looking for various information from books, journals, articles and realities of problems that fit the discussion into one, then reviewed again with grammar and ways to become interesting information. In this article, we will discuss the management of educator achievements in junior high schools, management of junior high school students in Indonesia, the influence of management for junior high school students on learning achievement.

Abstract

Education in this era of globalization has had a major impact on Indonesian society in terms of culture and religion. Education in Indonesia has many problems related to the character and personality of students which are very critical and cannot even be controlled by the students themselves. The research method used in this paper is the literary method, by making various literature studies and pieces of literature from experts on the influence of the environment in developing students' Islamic education perspectives. Besides that, this research uses the researcher's self-analysis method, so that insight, knowledge, and the experience of researchers. The results of the study state that the development of education is necessary for the formation of character or morals in the individual personalities of students and educators. Through management is the process of coordinating all resources through the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling to achieve the goals set.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relevance of the concept of merdeka belajar in progressive Islamic education from the Muhammadiyah perspective. This is motivated by the condition of teachers who are too preoccupied with administration so they lack focus on developing student potential. Added to this, the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) research conducted in 2019 said that student assessment in Indonesia was in 6th place from the bottom. Indonesia occupies the 74th position out of 79 countries. So, to overcome these problems the government held merdeka belajar which aims to optimize students' potential, and see the suitability of free learning education with the concept of progressive Islamic education according to Muhammadiyah. Researchers used library research methods (library research). Data collection techniques by collecting sources, books, journals, and previous research. The results of the study show that there is relevance to the concept of merdeka belajar with KH's statement. Ahmad Dahlan that with the development of the times, education must be able to keep up, so this is where good education is called if it is able to adapt to the demands of the times and modernity. Because in fact, progressive Islamic education is education that implements a modern education system and is able to prevent stagnation of thought.

Abstract

The teacher acts as a source of information, guides students in the learning process, and provides valuable experience. Through the education they provide, teachers can help students to develop into competent, creative and broad-minded individuals. The existence of a policy to stop the recruitment of PNS teachers can threaten the availability of qualified teachers. In the PNS teacher recruitment system, being a PNS teacher offers career stability, financial security, and various benefits. However, with the termination of PNS teacher recruitment, opportunities to become PNS teachers have become increasingly limited. In this research, we will discuss the important implications of the 2021 civil servant teacher recruitment dismissal policy on the availability and quality of teachers. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through literature study. The result of this analysis is that the policy of ending PNS teacher recruitment in 2021 in Indonesia is a complex decision with a significant impact on the education sector. Budget control is one of the main reasons behind this policy, but it is necessary to consider the implications for teacher supply and education quality. Keywords: Teachers, Education, Policy.Guru berperan sebagai sumber informasi, membimbing siswa dalam proses belajar, dan memberikan pengalaman yang berharga. Melalui pendidikan yang mereka berikan, guru dapat membantu siswa untuk berkembang menjadi individu yang kompeten, kreatif, dan berwawasan luas. Adanya kebijakan pemberhentian rekrutmen guru PNS dapat mengancam ketersediaan guru yang berkualitas. Dalam sistem rekrutmen guru PNS, menjadi guru PNS menawarkan stabilitas karir, keamanan finansial, dan berbagai tunjangan. Namun, dengan penghentian rekrutmen guru PNS, peluang untuk menjadi guru PNS menjadi semakin terbatas. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dibahas mengenai pentingnya implikasi dari kebijakan pemberhentian rekrutmen guru PNS 2021 terhadap ketersediaan dan kualitas guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka. Hasil dari analisis ini adalah kebijakan penghentian rekrutmen guru PNS pada tahun 2021 di Indonesia merupakan keputusan yang kompleks dengan dampak yang signifikan terhadap sektor pendidikan. Pengendalian anggaran menjadi salah satu alasan utama di balik kebijakan ini, tetapi perlu dipertimbangkan implikasinya terhadap ketersediaan guru dan kualitas pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Guru, Pendidikan, Kebijakan

Abstract

Saat ini Indonesia sedang memiliki keprihatinan tinggi terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar bagi peserta didik dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu sebabnya ialah kurangnya kompetensi kepribadian pendidik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini berTujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Profil pendidik yang ideal sesuai dengan kepribadian Bu Muslimah dalam Novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata. (2) Untuk memahami dampak kepribadian Bu Muslimah dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam dalam Novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata. (3) untuk mengetahui dan memahami relevansi dari kepribadian Bu Muslimah terhadap pendidik di era kontemporer. Penelitian dilakukan melalui studi literatur pada salah satu Novel karya Andrea Hirata yaitu Laskar Pelangi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menghimpun dari beberapa sumber literatur seperti buku, jurnal, skripsi dan tulisan atau karya ilmian yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Novel karya Andrea Hirata, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah kepribadian Bu Muslimah yang berperan menjadi seorang guru dalam Novel Laskar Pelangi. Peneliti menggunakan Teknik analisis konten untuk menemukan dan menuliskan kembali hasil analisis yang ditemukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bu Muslimah memiliki kepribadian yang ideal sesuai dengan Permendiknas No.16 Tahun 2007 dan Teori dalam Buku Pengembangan Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru karya Chaerul Rochman dan Heri Gunawan sehingga dapat menjadi role model bagi pendidik di era kontemporer.

Abstract

Education is one of the institutions or institutions that educate the nation and state. As a subject, students are expected to be able to become the nation's next generation who are capable and beneficial to society. Educators and educational institutions play an important role in a school's progress. Likewise with curriculum renewal. The curriculum that is always updated triggers several things that affect practitioners and even education experts propose new things, one of which is related to the abolition of the BSNP (National Education Standards Agency) policy to become the Standards, Curriculum and Assessment Agency. Associated with this renewal triggers several aspects of the latest aspects in the world of education. The purpose of this article is to find out the nature of the National Education Standards Agency (BNSP), the foundations in the National Education Standards Agency (BNSP), as well as the assessment standards in BNSP and how reforms are related to the Standards, Curriculum and Assessment Agency. The method used is library research method. The collection technique is manual and digital.
