Abstract

Islamisasi pengetahuan merupakan isu yang tidak bisa dilewatkan begitusaja dan telah lamadiperbincangkan, termasuk di Indonesia. Banyak kalangan yang mencoba mengusung gagasan inidan banyak pula yang mengkritiknya, namun tidak banyak yang memahaminya secara konseptualdalam konteks pandangan hidup dan peradaban Islam. Islamisasi Indonesia dalam bidang ekonomimasih sangat sedikit. Berbeda dengan Islamisasi dalam bidang lain seperti pendidikan, pemurnianaqidah, da’wah parlemen, perbaikan fiqih ibdah dan lainnya. Islamisasi dalam bidang ekonomibaru sekedar riak-riak kecil yang belum begitu populer muncul ke permukaan. Itupun baru dalamtataran ekonomi makro seperti bermunculannya perbankan syari’ah, asuransi syari’ah dansejenisnya, padahal tentunya tidak hanya sebatas itu. Sementara itu, sebagianyang lainmenganggap bahwa perkembangan studi ekonomi Islam tidak lain hanyalah sebagai reaksi sesaatdalam merespon modernisme. Maka dalam kesempatan ini menarik dikaji model Islamisasiekonomi dalam kasus Sarekat Dagang Islam (1905). Metode yang digunakan dalam studi inidengan menggunakan metode eksploratif. Hasil studi diketahui bahwa kekuatan Sarekat DagangIslam (SDI) tidak hanya dalam kekuatan doktrin dan konsep, tetapi yang sama penting adalahkemampuan membaca kebutuhan dan problem yang dihadapi oleh ummat dalam ekonomi waktuitu. Jadi, keberadaan Sarekat Dagang Islam tidak hanya mampu menggerakkan ulama dan ilmuanserta para elit Jawa, tetapi juga mampu menggerakkan ummat dalam gerakan ekonomi.

Abstract

The decline in the number of students in the food and beverage service is a concern for AKPAR NHI Bandung. The number of students in the program is not on target and is thought to be closely related to tuition fees and major selection. Cost can be a problem for prospective students to choose the specialization of the food and beverage service program and have a big impact on interest in choosing the program. The formulation of this research problem is how students' interest in choosing food and beverage service specialization and how the cost of education programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of fees and specialization selection and to determine how much impact fees and specialization selection have on student interest in food beverage service. The population in this study were students with a sample size of 60 respondents to provide information about interest in choosing a college program. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis where the research analysis method uses path analysis to analyze the research results. The results showed that the specialization selection variable had a greater influence on student interest than the cost variable.

Abstract

The community service program “Ibu Hebat Jago Baking” was implemented to enhance the technical skills and entrepreneurial motivation of PKK mothers in Kelurahan Isola through training in producing Kue Lumpur Pandan, Strawberry Cheese Cake, and creative bento meals. This program was initiated to address several issues faced by the community, including limited baking skills, lack of product standardization, minimal innovation, and weak business management. The training was conducted using a participatory and practical approach consisting of demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ technical abilities, with an average increase of more than 30% in recipe knowledge, baking techniques, product creativity, and packaging skills. Motivation to start a home-based culinary business also increased substantially, with 72% of participants expressing interest in selling products after the training. Additionally, participant satisfaction exceeded 89%, indicating the relevance and effectiveness of the program. This community service initiative successfully empowered PKK mothers by equipping them with applicable culinary skills and fostering entrepreneurial spirit, thus creating opportunities to improve family income and strengthen the local creative economy

Abstract

Issues in economy are problems that are not escape from government talk. In The Strategic Plan (Ren-Stra) was initiated by Ministry Cooperatives and MSMEs 2019 empowerment 2024 explained Cooperatives and that MSMEs are mandate of law, one is the law. No. 20 of 2008 concerning Micro Business Conditions, these moments, On covid 19 period , almost all MSMEs in Indonesia caught impact Covid-19 pandemic . Even though MSMEs is one of the barometers from the economy national which means can increase economy in Indonesia. For this reason, MSMEs need existence support and encouragement from government especially so that the MSME actors can survive in conditions nowadays. Related to Cooperatives and MSMEs, government of west Java cares enough for development and empowerment . This Can seen from main thing that is regulation. As positive step, the government of the Bandung City in empowering Cooperatives and Businesses Small Medium , empowering MSMEs is integration from development economy expected national​ capable For improve and implement equality income as well as create field work. There is a need for education regarding the financial management and marketing of MSMEs. Akpar NHI Bandung provides training and workshops for the MSME community fostered by the Bandung City Industry Service to make the Micro Business mentoring program a success , in this case also involving students and lecturers in college tall For Can apply his knowledge For empowerment community. Through the micro and small business programs, through training finance, digital marketing, and assistance in obtaining Halal, PIRT, HAKI permits.
